Fantastic experience: I took both of my children for a general check up, both who were very scared to see a dentist. We were welcomed by Maisa who was very understanding and considerate of thier fear, she made them feel comfortable by explaining each step of the check up process and was very gentle. Subsequently one child required liners and we followed this through with Kim who took was very gentle and professional. It was fabulous to see via a 3d video the process of the liners moving the teeth. Additionally each appointment has always been on time and they have been very flexible in working around school times. Great Clinic, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went to Iris dental as I was having pain from my tmj joint. Maisa is kind, patient and knowledgeable and was able to recommend the right treatment for me to be able to get relief. My headaches have gone away and tmj joint isn’t giving me any trouble. Fantastic experience: Visited Kim at Iris dental based on a recommendation. This was by far the best experience I've had with a dentist. Kim's communication was exceptional. She asked relevant questions. Let me know exactly what she was going to do and what to expect. And provided clear and easy to understand information about the treatment and recommendations. Her dental assistant was also extremely friendly and professional. If you are looking for a great dentist in the Point Cook area, I would highly recommend Kim!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Maisa and the team. I had a toothache and they fit me in for an emergency appointment. She did an emergency root canal for me and got me out of pain. The staff were very welcoming, professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Maisa, Dr Kim and their team at Iris Dental are amazing and by far the best dentist me and my family have been too. We have been coming here for years. Myself, my husband and my two kids all attend for regular check ups and cleans. My son also has gotten his braces done, the whole process is done so well. From the beginning to every check up Maisa explains everything clearly and the results are fantastic. Going to the dentist is not something my kids are afraid off as Maisa and Kim are always so caring and they always leave with a big smile on their face. Highly recommend Iris Dental.

Negative experience: I had reached out to this clinic for my daughter’s consultation. I had specifically asked on the call for Dr Maisa and it was told to me that she will come to attend us once Dr Kim will see. She never came. When I asked the same at reception, he was like she is attending other patients. Kindly note when someone requests a particular Doctor then kindly give the appointment as per her availability. Speaking to Dr Kim felt like I was talking to a AI Chatbot , who is giving me all the possible answers on the earth but not talking what’s the next steps. What we need to do as such. Won’t recommend it at all.

Fantastic experience: I been going here for few years now. When i do my scaling, Dr. Kim did an amazing job not even a drop of blood there. Teaching me how to take care of my teeth better and scaling became so quick and painless. Currently im doing my braces there with Dr. Maisa, she always nailed it. She makes the whole experience enjoyable, she pay attention to detail and make sure everything is well. All the nurses and staff always so helpful and giving positive energy.

Negative experience: They call me after 2 years to make an appointment for me after they took $50 from me when I became a mum. I had to cancel the appointment because I just had my baby and they wouldn’t give me the $50 back.

Fantastic experience: Bring your kids to see Dr. Kim Hyunh, not only she has very light hands, she also makes your kids so comfy that they probably won't feel if their teeth got pulled out.. Guarantee they will come back and not be scared to see the dentist anymore.

Negative experience: This place is horrible, they used to be good but they have gone bad they told my mum her tooth was fine 4 months ago and now she has to get it removed and to pay $5000 to get it fixed this is unacceptable if they had of looked earlier when she asked this wouldn’t be a problem!!!! very bad place don’t wouldn’t recommend coming here only if you want to have a rotting tooth in your mouth for 4 months she will be taking legal action not very happy

Fantastic experience: I needed a tooth extracted today and I was so lucky to have the most caring dentist, Marcus, look after me. I cannot recommend him high enough. He is an excellent dentist for those who have kids, wants someone kind and gentle, and if you want someone to explain what is happening and what he is using. Amazing outcome, feel so much better, and he helped my anxiety immensely! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Think twice before you take your child there. From the receptionist to the doctor, useless at dealing with a child (crying). Shushing my kid at the receptiont after leaving the room as usually they're afraid to go to dentist for the first time. On top of that, they refused to continue with the procedure they have started at another day. One star is being too generous.

I have fear of dentists and get extremely stressed, but Dr Luca and her assistant were very gentle and extremely patient with me. I strongly recommend Iris Dental. Negative experience: Malpractice and Dental Negligence provided by Iris Dental Maisa Zumot This dentist caused injury and pain to my 75 year old mother. She made ill fitting dentures that caused her pain and injury to her gums, and severe mental stress. My mum was begging pleading and screaming for help by the dentist. The dentist Maisa did not care and simply told the receptionist to leave, upon leaving her clinic in anguish and crying because she got no treatment and the shame by being thrown out of the surgery, my Mum fainted pain crossing Sneydes rd. My mum was on the ground on a Main Street, a motorist stopped and picked her up before cars ran over her and took her in the medical clinic next door to Maisa dental clinic. I wrote to Maisa for explanation of my mother’s treatment But NO REPLY, I wrote again asking for refund BUT NO REPLY. NOW ITS UP TO THE LAW COURTS for malpractice and negligence. And what ever happened to duty of care by a citizen if not a dentist??? Uncaring greedy selfish immoral dentist. She’s the one

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to this dentist as recommended by subscribers to Sanctuary lakes Facebook . Dr. Maisa is effectiant and reassuring and clearly explained my problem by giving me options of which I was grateful. I have recommended her to my daughter and family .

Negative experience: Took my child here for check up for gum irritation. Doctor took literally 5 minutes for the checkup then did a cleanup and charged 176$ for this and told us the tooth needs to be extracted. They over charged becuase of CBS.

Dr Maisa is friendly, diligent, hard working and always very pleasant, her staff are well trained and professional in their approach to clients. As a trip to the dentist can be a daunting experience by some people , Dr Maisa and staff dispel those feelings quickly. I would greatly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: After moving to regional Victoria about 6 years ago, I could never find a regional dentist that came close to the level of professionalism that Iris Dental had previously provided me. So now I make the trip from home to be treated at Iris Dental because the trust, dedication, care, compassion and exceptional technical abilities cannot be found anywhere else. Fantastic experience: I was so glad I was not able to be placed in an appointment with the usual dentist I go to. That was 4 years ago! My family and I are so comfortable with Maisa and her staff. She has been treating me and my family for the last 4 years and I wouldn't even think about going to anyone else! Maisa really cares and she's not about the money. A very genuine and honest Dentist I've seen in a very long time.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking all four of my children here for the past 18 months. They are always fantastic and patient with explaining what they are doing. A week ago I needed my four year old seen as a emergency as she’d had a fall and hit her tooth making it loose, the lovely receptionist told me to bring her straight in. Dr Zumot fitted me with adult braces after a fantastic initial consult so I now have to see her once a month for adjustments. I look forward to each visit as it is such a friendly place to be. Negative experience: Very rude receptionist and worse overcharged dentist! Never again!!!

Negative experience: Great people running the business but when I went in with a tooth ache, I asked to have the tooth removed. The dentist at the time said it required a root canal on the next visit. When I went back in, the old dentist was on leave and their stand in suggested removing the tooth to be the best course of action and performed the procedure. I feel this should have been the case all along and felt dissatisfied with the original decision.

Maisa is the dentist, and I highly recommend you go to Maisa because she is well trained, experience, is gentle on the teeth, and she always has time to answer any questions you have about your dental health! In addition, Maisa sends out reminder letters about when your next dental health check up is due, this is great post-dental care service because if not for the letters I would definitely forget to get my teeth checked and cleaned.
