Fantastic experience: I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and I couldn’t be more impressed with how fast and painless the entire process was! It literally took less a minute and the tooth was already out. I was amazed at how efficient and gentle Doctor Henry and the whole team was with the entire procedure, explaining everything beforehand which put me at ease. I was also given proper after extraction care instructions to make sure I recovered quickly without much pain. If you’re anxious about getting your wisdom teeth removed, I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Henry for a check up and clean. He was very gentle and thorough, would recommend!

Negative experience: If I could give it a negative review, I would. Whilst I understand that sometimes thing go wrong during procedures, their complete dismal of my symptoms and concerns resulted in a negligence that left me with an infection in the jaw of my bone untreated for more than 6 weeks, and I’m now thousands of dollars out of pocket fixing the issue elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Wesley, he can speak Mandarin, he is friendly and professional, I was very nervous about removing my teeth, he and the Aussie nurse are very friendly, let me feel comfortable, whole surgery is quick and went smooth, price of removing teeth is reasonable.

Both Wesley and the dental nurse (whose name I didn't catch) were kind, gentle, and understanding during a period of trauma for me (dental phobia + cracked tooth). I absolutely recommend them. Fantastic experience: I can't thank this team enough. The team had managed to get me in on late Saturday afternoon, 20mins before they close. They had to fix a dislodged dental crown 12 hours before I have to fly out overseas. I was so stressed out but luckily this team managed to fix it for me. Without this team, I would have been so anxious as I have had to find a dentist whilst I am overseas. Thank you so much once again.

Fantastic experience: I finally found my favorite dental clinic and dentist! I am extremely delighted with the scaling and cleaning service of Dr. Henry. He is very professional and gentle. He genuine care that I got treated only the necessary treatment. He also patiently give time for the patients questions without any rush. The reception lady also truly care to listen about your issues and find the earliest time for your dental appointment. Definitely will recommend this clinics to family and friends! The only issue is no designated car spaces for the clinic. so we need to find park on side road

Fantastic experience: I went to visit my dentist, Dr Wesley Kong for cleanings and checkups. Dr Wesley is very gentle and professional when cleaning and polish my teeth. The technology used is modern and make the cleaning process pleasant. The doctor also look for signs of cavities, gum disease or other problem. I will definitely go back for the check up and cleaning with them.

Fantastic experience: True Dental Care Preston is a great clinic! Dr Henry is my doctor, he is very experienced and thoughtful. I have been there 3 times because I had bad experience in another clinic, their doctor did poor job, the crown work was a failure and caused me trauma and fear about fixing teeth. I was lucky to find Dr Henry to fix up everything, it is not just about the great technic and skill he has, he is also very gentle and kind, he made the operation painless and fearless. My teeth got fixed perfectly and my fear to dental operation disappeared. This clinic has very new equipment, very high tech, it helps the checking and operation much more efficient and comfortable. The reception is awesome! Nursery Mia helps me to book the appointment by Wechat, they are often busy and I often have emergency call, she is always so caring and books me in as soon as possible. Everyone in this clinic is so nice and professional, they make the patients relaxed and comfortable. The price is very reasonable (cheaper than the other two clinics I have been to). I have more teeth to be fixed, I will continue going back to them. I highly recommend True Dental Care Preston to everyone who has teeth problem and is afraid of dental visit, they will take care of you physically and psychologically. Fantastic experience: This review cannot do justice to the high level of service and expertise you will recieve at True Dental. 10 stars out of 5 would be more like it. Dr Henry is so polite and personable. He explains the procedure as he performs it. Making sure your comfort and safety paramount, you feel secure and safe throughout. The first thing that blew my mind was he advised me I didnt need to spend $200 on x-rays as my teeth have such big gaps he could see what was happening. He ended up then charging me HALF what he thought the cost would be for my procedures as it would be "Over servicing" to perform unrequired services. This is like that mechanic you know who looks after you that you never stop going to because they dont bleed you dry. You wont find a technically better or more proficient orthodontist anywhere, PERIOD!! I just had the biggest procedure I have ever endured with the LEAST PAIN. 10 stars!!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! Dr. Henry and the team are super nice and friendly! I just had my wisdom tooth pulled out in probably just 10 mins. My face was so swollen a few days ago, it was badly infected, Dr. Henry is very gentle and detailed explained the situation and the cost. Had to come back today after taking a few days pills to let the swollen go down before we can do the surgery, it’s those ones that needed to cut open the gum and pull out and stitch but I didn’t feel the pain and it was so quick and gentle, nurses are also very considerate! Very satisfied, Thanks true dental care!

Fantastic experience: My crown-cap had fallen and I had had a shoddy wisdom tooth extraction elsewhere so I was stressed out. A friend of mine referred me here , based on a good experience she had. The receptionist was very helpful and squeezed me for appointment the same day. Dr Henry looked after me quire well and went through all the options. I could actually see my teeth on the screen ,which gave me a clear picture. As I had a traumatic experience elsewhere Dr Henry gave me lot of confidence & reassurance and thankfully I now have a course of action. I thank your team and will surely be back for my dental issues.

Fantastic experience: I went to True Dental Care in Preston 3 times so far i.e. Wednesday x1 and Saturday x2. Their brand new, modern & advanced equipments look cool! I like it very much. The dentist i met has great professional skills. He seems always kind and patient... so I am happy with his service a lot. Highly recommended. BTW, no gap for preventative treatments (Comprehensive Exam, Clean, X-Rays and Fissure Sealants) with my Health insurance. i.e. save my money. Fantastic!
