Fantastic experience: Tooth fell out Tues - back in place Wed - excellent performance by everyone.

Fantastic experience: I am currently travelling from Tasmania and wanted to get my routine dental check in so booked in last minute, got into the clinic and even got an appointment for my fiancé who hasn’t been to the dentist in a long time - the receptionist was lovely and helpful at moving appointments around to be at similar times, our dentist Dr Darshni was fantastic and they were a members choice clinic so covered by private health. We were even able to book 2 follow up appointments in consecutive days for my fiancé, and provided excellent service as he is quite anxious going to the dentist but had an excellent experience and did not feel judged at all!

Fantastic experience: Clean, Check, X-ray, Flouride all done pleasantly and professionally. The fluoride used was virtually tasteless and much better than the previous gluggy and too sweet one.

Fantastic experience: Following this recent visit, I highly recommend Kobi and Dr Brendtha who are highly skilled, knowledgeable and very experienced at their jobs with care and compassion – Thank you so much! Fantastic experience: Dr Keiran Brannigan is the best dentist I have been to, so much so that I have followed him from when he was at the Aveley practice. He is extremely thorough, explains everything clearly, and checks in to ensure you understand before proceeding. Highly recommend Keiran. Receptionists are lovely as well.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at DB Dentist Claremont today for a dental bonding treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Kieran was incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. The result is amazing — honestly, the best dental bonding I’ve ever had! I also want to thank the lovely ladies at reception for their kindness and efficiency. They were super helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. It was my first time at this clinic, and I’m really impressed. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others!

Well located with plenty of car and bike parking, very friendly at reception, not too long to wait, and surprisingly painless (unlike my previous dentist visit) treatment and good advice by Dr Nandakumar. Fantastic experience: Dr Bhalla is so very gentle, she does the scale and clean herself so is continually checking as she cleans, not just a quick come in and check then off to another patient. Very easy to book in, front desk staff are very friendly and professional. Completely covered by my health fund so no excuse not to go to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Yasmina is the best!! I’ve been going to her for over 4years in Sydney. I’m so happy I can see her during my yearly visits in Perth as she is simply the best. A very caring, honest straight to the point, friendly and efficient dentist! She’s also a professor which is an added bonus to your care! :) She is also incredible in root canal and because of my experience, she has taken away my fears of dentistry ever since. Fantastic experience: Attentive dental treatment. Resolved my tooth filling on the spot.

Negative experience: 3 of 5 appointments cancelled literally as we arrive at the clinic due to dentist being sick. Referral to paediatric dentist at sister clinic done for simple work on a child without being informed of a material gap due to it being a “specialist” treatment notwithstanding the only reason we go to this clinic is its “gap free” status under BUPA. Finally dental work rejected as dentist was not happy with the dental plan of one of the other dentists at the same clinic.

Fantastic experience: Great staff all around, my dentist and a dental hygienist were amazing. I have PTSD, for me I avoid feeling vulnerable so no doctor, dentist, hair cut unless I absolutely have to. Hadn’t been to a dentist in 8 years, never had cavities but under my gum line I couldn’t see the build up of plaque that started to hurt my gums not my teeth so much. They made me feel comfortable and calmed my anxiety.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a DB Dental client for many years and have gotten to know the DB team over this time. When you receive amazing and friendly service from anyone these days it needs to be acknowledged and I probably should have done a review sooner! Not only do the team at DB do a great job, they also genuinely care, always asking about my family and it’s like having a big social catch up when I walk through the doors making a trip to the dentist way less daunting. Maria at reception is just a gorgeous person inside and out and Dr Rohit so warm and friendly, as is all the team I’ve come across whenever I have an appointment there. Thank you for looking after me over the years and for the many years to come!

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment here and it did not disappoint. Pros: Booking the appointment was easy. The admin staff were friendly and efficient ( thanks Leila). There was no wait time, in fact, I was still filling out my forms when Dr. Chaturvedi came out haha. We had a really good chat about all the things I came in for (regular check up, tmj/d, braces). He explained everything, all the options, all the things- just 100% informed. The cleaning we went, the technician was good (though sorry I didn’t catch her name). Settled on getting a splint made- which amazing, no goopy tray to make a mold of your teeth! Excellent prices. Cons: There aren’t any- this should be your dentist. The end.

Fantastic experience: These dentists really go above and beyond. Asking for a very large filling at 5pm before a 4 day weekend would see most dentists run for cover but not this one. Cost was low and pain free!

Fantastic experience: Finally! (Cut to theme music) Dr Mohammed was perfect-gentle, reassuring and professional. The dental nurse (masked but lovely) danced with efficiency also, and reception was precise and on time; and the billing - yahoo, no gap! I'm booked in for another check-up later on this year.

Positive experience: Pros Dr Rohit Chaturvedi is amazing and is very good with me, especially with my anxiety at the dentist. He explains everything and does a terrific job and takes the process at your pace. He has such a nice way about him - 11/10 recommend The rest of the staff are very friendly - love Nadine the receptionist Cons Always late I experienced a 40 minute wait prior to my last consult, and normally have between 10-30 minute waits. I don't normally mind, but the 40 minute one was a long wait, and I had to get back to work. I would prefer if they'd just call me as say we are running late and can you come down 20 minutes later, rather than just sitting in the waiting room or give me a chance to reschedule.

Positive experience: Dr Rohit is excellent. Would be 5 stars except for the reception staff who won't pick up the phone and move slower than a tortoise on valium. Just book online so you don't have to deal with them.

Negative experience: Avoid at all cost. Still having dental work done at DB Dental repaired by other dentists. DB had to re-do a filling 3 times in 3 seperate appointments because they couldn’t colour match it, it’s still terribly wrong. A filling they put in fell out, the list of errors goes on and on and on. ** Footnote - I posted this earlier and I now see they are denying that I ever visited. Incredible. So they are liars too. I can’t emphasise enough how terrible the dental work that was done on me was. I’ve heard other woeful stories about this practice. All other staff are lovely, just zero quality dentistry.

Negative experience: Went to DB Dental Claremont Saw a very good dentist. He gave me a quote. I called back the practice. Confirmed the quote made the appointment. Drove all the way back over to Claremont, booked in, sat in the chair bib glasses etc. Oh we need to UP THE QUOTE this practice does not do that type of work. Question then why did this practice quote me that work if they don't do it ? Reasonable question? This DB Dental surgery takes no responsibility for its practices or quotes. The second dentist can see no problem with this and blames me the client for being unreasonable. Question ? Why is no body is willing to just do what they say or promise anymore? The only answer Vote with your Feet. I did and recommend you do too.
