Fantastic experience: Tracy and staff do an amazing job at putting my daughter at ease and making her feel safe while she is there. She often gets quite anxious about going but once Tracy talks to her she is quite happy to jump up in the chair and have her teeth checked.

I called Boston Bay Dental for help. From the moment I reached out, their team was incredible. Their setup is fantastic, they’re amazing with children, and the clinic is both highly professional and welcoming. They even handed out free goodies, which was such a kind touch. We’ve only lived in town for 12 months, but experiences like this remind us why we moved to a community-oriented place like this. Negative experience: I went to this clinic 2 or 3 times in the last two years the last time was 3 weeks ago. I always had this small red bit of gum but never thought much of it as the dentist never said anything. Anyway today I decided to get a second opinion and it turns out I have a gum infection that has also effected some bone. I'm apsoulutly devastated how has this been missed. How did this get missed? So now I will be spending the rest of my life keeping on top of something that could have been avoided.
