They make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. And meeting Dr. Holly was truly the highlight! She’s from Taiwan and does dental cleaning the way Brazilians love it — with incredible care, attention to detail, and deep knowledge. She took the time to explain everything about my dental situation and the next steps so clearly that it felt like a mini dental class! My husband is also being treated by her, and my daughter will be next — that’s how much we trust and recommend her. If you have Extras cover with BUPA, it’s bulk billed — so just go! ✨

I have had my treatments done by Dr Holly Ho & the Dental work she has performed on me is nothing short of exceptional, I truly can smile again with confidence! Holly is so friendly, caring & a true professional in her craft, I usually suffer with Dental anxiety but Holly made me feel so comfortable i got through my procedures without any problem. I really recommend Dr Holly Ho for anyone seeking a great dentist to take care of their dental needs.

Negative experience: Before they're always gud especially when Dr.Park was there now they're all useless..Our daughter had appointment with them but they didn't fix anything, just want to get the payment but didn't fix anything. Dentist doesn't know about it so why you become a dentist then if you don't know the problem. Such a waste of time and definitely not coming back here..

Fantastic experience: As soon as you walk in you are acknowledged by the receptionist and they were prompt on assisting you right away. The doctor as well as the assistant who looked after me are very good. Since I was visiting the clinic second time they knew who I was and we had a small conversation before the doctor did a routine check. He also suggested for a follow up and offered some recommendations in brushing techniques which code improve my oral health.

Negative experience: Rip Off-Was charged $300 for clean and polish! Without consent ! Been going to this dentist for at least 15yrs! Only wanted a filling!! My daughter was booked for a tooth filling, at 11.20 she was 5 minutes late because she got lost . (As practice had moved) Was told the dentist had left and to come back at 1.30pm. She went back only to see a hygienist not a dentist! who proceeded to clean and polish her teeth without consent! Half way through! she was asked what she was there for??? So X-rays were taken without knowing the price!!! She left with a new booking to return and be charged again for what we originally asked for!!! I have cancelled her booking with them and will find an honest dentist with integrity!!!

Positive experience: In the first 1/2 of 2023 they were closed for 5 weeks because the ceiling collapsed. Now in December 2023 they're moving so there's been 2 lengthy periods where only limited appointments are available. I've had to go elsewhere. The receptionist today was not the most pleasant experience; they presumed Qld Health had given me a voucher for dental work (they hadn't). I'm taking my business elsewhere because this is the 2nd time this year I've had to find another dentist. Was a good practice a few years ago when Dr Mark Taylor and Dr Raemon were there but now they're moving into new premises it seems they need to pay for the upgrade at the expense of good customer service.

Fantastic experience: Just absolutely outstanding service - both reception staff and dentists couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. We see Dr. Scott and, for my own checkups he always gives a clear explanation of what he found, as well as outlining various short and long term treatment options for me to consider without actually pushing me in one direction, or making me feel like I have to commit to a treatment decision on the spot. I recently also took my 2 year old daughter for her first check up and the way that all the staff interacted with her and went out of their way to make her comfortable and at ease in what is, let’s face it, a kind of scary experience, was just amazing. I couldn’t fault anything about the experience here, and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: Very poor experience, the Dr C Waring was only interested in keeping his schedule rather than attending to his patients. The front desk staff were equally less than flexible or understanding even when I called to mention I would be a few mins late after dropping my Son to daycare and driving 30mins in the rain. The front desk also struggled to provide adequate parking directions, using only vague directions. They waited until I had parked and arrived a few mins later to say the Dr wouldn’t take my appointment. Needless to say my family and I would not recommend this dentist practice if you’re looking for a dentist who has any sense of compassion for his patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr Currell is incredible at what he does and so, so good with kids. My children love going to see him! He is warm, energetic and makes my kids feel welcome and at ease the minute they walk through the door. He provides a comprehensive overview of the kids teeth and explains everything in detail. Dr Currell is an asset to Aus Fair dental and he makes going to the dentist fun! Thank you for providing such a fantastic service each and every time!

Fantastic experience: I have been here previously when I was in high school which was a pleasant experience from memory. Recently went back after many years, although the staff have changed it was no stress for me, as Dr Scott was so welcoming, understanding and made a big point of helping me feel comfortable. I am now happy to continue going back for regular cleans and check ups to keep my teeth and gums on track, where previously I have been afraid (like I imagine many people are too) to go back to the dentist. Fantastic experience: I was welcomed by Dr Scott yesterday to take one of my wisdom teeth off, I was amazed at Dr Scott's professional knowledge and honour attitude and friendly personality , the whole process only took him a few minutes with out any unbearable feelings, obviously my earlier worris were unnecessary, woke up this morning appreciating the feeling of no pain, no swelling, no bleeding, many thanks to Dr Scott.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment with Australia Fair Dental Care to have a single filling in one of my teeth which had fallen out as well as have an overall check-up, the dr spoke with me for 10 minutes & confirmed that I needed a filling to then instruct make another appointment to have it done. I was very confused & questioned if I could have it done today as that’s why I booked & to only have a unfriendly response that I would overrun my 30 minute timeslot. The clinic made me pay $100 for a 10 minute chat - Dr was very rude & do NOT recommend.

Fantastic experience: Making my first ever booking at Australia Fair Dental was easy and efficient. Dr. Craig Waring greeted me and accompanied me to the surgery room. We discussed my history and oral issues. He showed me certain issues with my teeth and explained recommended treatment. Dr. Craig completed his procedures without any discomfort (a first for me ever). I went to reception to pay the bill and was told there was a discount. My experience at this Practice was outstanding, I've never experienced this exceptional level of professionalism before. If you need dental attention go here and nowhere else. Mal.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kees Van Eck is a wonderful and caring Dentist. Although the Denistry is large it has a small and welcoming feel. The staff are awesome getting me in with only 2 hours notice. The skill,communication,and follow up service was exceptional. Can’t speak highly enough about a profession that is not on top of the hit parade because of obvious reasons but if you have to find a dentist there are no better on the Gold Coast. Can’t rate highly enough.

Negative experience: Got a root canal done here a long time ago, got the initial treatment and wasn't told I needed to come back. No offers to make a second appointment, no phone calls... I didn't know better, so I thought it was done and over. Now my front tooth is grey because the "temporary" filler for the root canal stained the inside of my tooth black after being in there for 2 years. Had to get it completed elsewhere, hate smiling in photos because my tooth is clearly much darker than the rest and there's not too much I can do about it without paying an arm and a leg for cosmetic dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I'm not a fan of dentists but I figured I had to do it for my health. Sham is my dentist and he's lovely. Does a really thorough job and I feel comfortable. Alex is the hygienist and she's very down to earth, funny at times but definitely makes me feel relaxed especially when she's cleaning my teeth. The admin ladies are always pleasant with a smilee on their faces. I will continue coming here.

Negative experience: Your appointment times don't mean much at this practice so be prepared to wait! I understand that there will always be appointments that run over time but find it astonishing that this practice just assumes that it's clients have nothing better to do than just sit and wait. Surely the least the reception staff can do is let clients know that there is a delay and ask if they would like to reschedule instead of sitting behind their desks prattling on about their weekends. Your arrogance won't get you far ladies, and it's certainly lost you this client.

Negative experience: Receptionist is so rude! Trying to make an appointment and she speaks to me like an infant. "I have a sore tooth, I think it needs extracting" "so what do you want me to do about it?" Can you get here in half an hour for an appointment?" "I can try" "WELL EITHER YOU CAN OR YOU CANT" do they want anyone to come?

Negative experience: The worst of the dentist in Gold Coast, the first thing the reception's attitude very bad!!!!! Second, Doctor Alex do the X Ray to me and break my oral cavity, after clean my teeth she make my top front teeth got a very big gap!!!!!! Cause they want to charge my money to let me do the teeth correct!!!!!! Worst!!!!

Negative experience: I Made a terrible decision to go to Australia  Fair Dental to get my teeth fixed with veneers. From the very start it was an awful process. The temporary veneers  kept falling off causing me to take constant time off work to get them put back on. At My final appointment  my mouth guard wasn't ready and I was told to collect it when it was. At the same time I voiced my concerns that the veneers were too big for my mouth and that they hit my bottom lip making it difficult to close my mouth naturally. My dentist told me "you're just not used to them" and to "give them time: Within 2 weeks after the appointment  1 tooth had chipped off already and I was blamed because on my delay to pick up the mouth guard which was not ready at my final appointment. After I Picked up my Mouth guard it wasn't long until another tooth chipped off.To which the dentist replied my warranty  was void and he would not be fixing them. Since then 3 more Veneers have broken or fallen off completely, 2 while I have been travelling overseas  leaving me in an extremely difficult  situation to get them fixed!! I have had second opinions from other dentists who also believe the Veneers  are to far large for my mouth. I don't get compliments on my teeth I get the opposite. They think I got them done is some back ally in Thailand, thats how bad they look! I decided  to go to  dentist in Australia because I thought if there was ever an issue I could go back and get it fixed, giving me peace of mind for the $7000+ I was paying. This certainly hasn't been the case with Australia Fair Dental. I'm left with a self conscious  smile and a quote of $10,000 to get this dodgy work re-done/fixed!!! Save yourself the time money and Hassle And go to someone who will uphold professionalism and INTEGRITY in their work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING ANY WORK DONE HERE!!!!
