Fantastic experience: I’ve been a regular patient of Dr Saurabh for about four years now, and I can honestly say he is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He is incredibly gentle, friendly, and communicative - exactly what you need when you’re a little nervous about dental visits like I am. Over the years, he has done more than four fillings and two crowns for me, and every time he’s made me feel completely at ease. I always feel comfortable and know I’m in safe hands. I’ve also noticed the extra touches added recently, like the relaxing music and the calming fish video in the waiting area. They really help reduce any anxiety and make the whole experience more pleasant. Highly recommend Dr Saurabh and the team at Tuncurry, they truly care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: Recently I have been taking my dental health more seriously than in the past! I found that quite a few dentist offices closer to me where overloaded with to many patients that they didn’t prioritise people based of pain. When my sister told me about her wonderful experiences with Smile Craft Dental in Tuncurry I called them immediately and got an appointment straight away. The practice is easy to find, welcoming staff, can always get an appointment! However the thing I like best about them is they get straight to the problem and explain everything in a clear and understandable way. After going a couple of times I did my research and found an affordable dental cover called smile and later found out that this practice was one of the listed practices. I have been to a few practices in the areas of Forster and I would recommend smile craft dental practices over them all!

I’m so impressed how team make sure you’re comfortable during the procedure, and happy with the result. Smile team’s so gentle & reassuring, and would explain every tiny bits, which will ease your stress level. I’ve had dental crown (with Dr. Pooja), & professional dental cleaning and hygiene checkup (with Dr. Saurabh). I’ve never once disappointed. Fantastic experience: I have been receiving treatment at this practice for a couple of months now. I have to admit I'm pretty nervous at the dentist. Dr Pooja has been lovely. She is very calm and caring. Dentistry by is very nature is not fun. At all times she has checked that I am OK and has worked to make sure I am as comfortable as possible. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The support staff also are very friendly and professional. Although no one wants to pay heaps for dentistry the fees have been reasonable. I am happy to recommend this practice and more importantly for me I am happy to go back.

Negative experience: I wish I could give a minus score of -10!! I went to Smile Craft to have an upper and partial lower denture made through a voucher from Community Health. The impressions were very roughly taken and sent overseas to be made. They came back for one fitting which was not adjusted correctly and my concerns were fobbed off. The finished product was unwearable. In fact the acrylic portion pushed my nose as they were too high and the length of the teeth in the setting was 5mm too long. I was told that was IT and even though I couldn't even talk with them let alone bite together, NO adjustment was made and I was told to go away and get used to them. Also IF I wanted them different it was up to me to pay AGAIN for new dentures. I have since done just that with a technician who knew what they were doing. Don't go here for dentures if you want to wear them. Horrible product and attitude.

I have had excellent dental work done after years of neglect and am thrilled with the results. My crowns were done on the same day as they are made in house. My husband who dreads dentists now has no qualms about dental visits. The entire staff are wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Dealing with anxiety is tough and going to a place like the dentist can be very daunting for someone like me! The team at smile craft always make me feel welcome and comfortable! I have had the wonderful experience of being treated by both dentist and they are truly great at what they do. They have a wonderful selection of payment options as well which was a big bonus for me :) I will be definitely making this my permanent dentist and making sure my family and friends know my experience too!!

Fantastic experience: I have had problems with a back tooth for a couple of years and after another Dental practice (which will remain anonymous) had several goes at fixing, I finally changed Dentist and went to Smile Craft Dental. It turned out to be a difficult problem to diagnose but Dr Lama showed great patience and skill to resolve my issue. I get very anxious when I go to a dentist but had no worries here and all the staff are so good to deal with. I highly recommend this practice. ✔✔✔
