Fantastic experience: Great dental centre. Recently came in for a clean and some fillings. Had some sensitivity weeks after the filling and Dr Anthony Lazarou brought me in free of charge to find out what was causing the issue and fixed it. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Not exactly the most gentle dentist i have ever had. I went there to get a tooth filled and he stuck a cold probe into the cavity without any warning. Was so painful! The he gave me a local and started drilling. I felt every bit of it. Obviously not enough local anaesthetic. While he worked he kept casting funny looks to the nurse like I was a circus freak. I don't like anyone questioning my integrity the way this guy with his shiny pearly whites and his Mercedes Benz (well with what it costed I think that's what he drives). My first and last visit. Not good.

Negative experience: Incredibly expensive. $300 for a 15min appointment. Beware.

Fantastic experience: I was in town on vacation and had a dental emergency. Even though I am not a regular patient, they were kind enough to squeeze me in quickly. Dr. To is knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything to me. He was able to fix me up to last the rest of my vacation. They were highly responsive in sending my records to my endodontist and the front desk staff was very friendly. Thank you again Cronulla Dental, I really appreciate you helping me out. I wish I lived in town to have you as my regular dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr To was so lovely and comforting! I was petrified coming into my appointment, but was soon at ease as he was able to explain everything he was doing as it was being done. Took all the fear out of returning to another appointment!

Fantastic experience: Dr Eleanor Bowden, nurse Hannah & front desk Giovanna THANK YOU to the 3 of you for everything you did today. From inception when I called this morning till the end of my tooth extraction you were all incredibly AMAZING to say the very least! I was in excruciating debilitating pain since the 16/4/20-20/4/2020 which saw me off work for 4 days, self medicating with left over anti antibiotics and the taking daily maximum doses allowed of Nurofen alternating with panadol to no avail in pain or symptoms from my dental emergency. I was turned away from 4 major hospitals POW, RPA, Liverpool & Canterbury & was told not to risk catching COVID-19, not to mention BIO-Dental in Cronulla whom did the original work & 9 other dental surgery’s claiming to be 24/7 emergency dental. The three of you didn’t have to see me but you DID which took you 3 hours past your displayed surgery hours & and for no extra cost. Words can simply not express enough, the gratitude! I was treated with the utmost respect sympathy & empathy, all of which was displayed towards me. Your surgery was clean, organised and professional. As a new patient today, I will now become a lifelong patient! In today’s society we all are so quick to point out the bad but not as quick to point out the AMAZING, which in this case you truly were!! I highly recommend your practice as THE practice in Sydney for all dental work to everyone whilst googling and trying to find a dentist especially in EMERGENCIES. I’m still in shock as the how cost friendly my procedure was especially during this pandemic we as a nation are facing! Thank you ladies, thank you thank you thank you!! I look forward to being pain free, sleep and seeing you soon for all my dental work in the near future. Fantastic experience: So, anyone can see where I've reviewed and what I've reviewed. I only leave 1 star, or 5 star experiences. You've got to either WOW me, or woe me if in gonna take the time. And I HAD to take the time to share my experience at Cronulla dental practice where I was (very well) looked after by Elle and Jess. I had been recommended them by a friend (recently moved over from the UK I hadn't visited a dentist before) First thing Very easy to find and a 60 second walk from the station which is super convenient. I was greeted by Jess who was really friendly and polite, and asked to fill out a brief form (name/address etc) My appointment was for 6.30pm and I arrived bang on. I was in the chair for 6.35 after filling the forms out. I explained to Elle that I was unhappy with some previous cosmetic work carried out in England just before I left, where 1 tooth had chipped, and 1 broken in half. She explained what the options were in the right amount of detail. 2 teeth needed composite veneer bonding, this took just over an hour, after explalming the process step by step as she went along the end Elle gave me the mirror to see if I was happy, while 1 was absolutely perfect, I wasnt 100% sure about the other. I'm not saying it was "wrong", (let's face it, ALL my teeth are different, so it cant really be right or wrong) just I wanted that tooth more square and less rounded. Immediately Elle agreed to add some more bond and modify the tooth to exactly how I wanted it. This took about another 20 minutes. She then cleaned them and gave the teeth around them a polish. I normally review the service OR the product, but the service AND product (my finished teeth) were absolutely 10 out of 10. Based on my experience today, not only do I recomend Crinulla dental practice, I HIGHLY recommend. The whole experience, and finished product could NOT have gone any better for me.

I picked Cronulla Dental Centre from a google search and I could not have been more happy with the result. As a child of the 60/70s I have always had apprehension about going to the Dentist from poor experiences. But Dr Michael and Monica, his Dental Nurse, made me feel relaxed, explained everything that was happening and what I needed done to my teeth. Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in YEARS and was nervous, as the last time I went to (another) dentist I had a bad experience. From the second I walked into Cronulla Dental Centre I felt comfortable and listened to. The staff all talked me through everything and I wasn’t left in the dark as to what was going on during the clean/consultation. Michael and his fellow staff members are fantastic - I highly recommend this team if you’ve been hesitant of visiting a dentist! Oh! Fantastic experience: Recently I had a root canal performed by Dr Eleanor Bowden (Ellie). I am no expert on root canals, all I had read is that that there could be a level of discomfort. To my surprise there was absolutely no discomfort whatsoever. I found Ellie to be highly professional, very informative and diligent throughout the entire procedure. What I liked most is that it is obvious Ellie is extremely passionate about her trade; I always felt I was in good hands! Whilst always professional, Ellie was also very personable which allowed me to feel very comfortable and provide the ability to have a laugh throughout the procedure. Very happy with my new dentist

Fantastic experience: I had Botox injected in the Masseter, I suffered with clenching my teeth which caused tension, earaches and clicking in my jaw. After my Botex I was pleasantly surprised how it relieved my earaches and tension. I’m very thankful to Dr Eleanor Bowden. Norma

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen two dentists here and they’ve both been the most upstanding of professionals. I had a check up and clean plus whitening done by Dr. Bowden. Her her quirky scottish accent and her professional and caring demeanor and skill left me wanting to come back. 6 months later I needed a crown due to significant pain from a cracked tooth from ages ago and Dr. Michael To and his nurse assistant Monica helped diagnose and treat me with quality care and efficiency! Just a great practice! Very reasonable prices as well compared to my old dentist!

I have never been to a dentist where they talk you through what they are doing and take their time like Elle does. Elle and Jess are such professional, helpful and polite girls, they always go the extra mile. There's also gas available to help calm your nerves for patients like myself. I visited this afternoon to see Dentist Elle as I had been having problems with my wisdom teeth and needed one removing!
