Negative experience: $800 clean, only to get $50 back from private health, thanks to the code the dentist used. Both appointments were max 40mins long. Promising to get more back the second time, I didn’t - this proves lack of transparency. Never again - could’ve got it done else where with a MUCH less out of pocket cost. Was also told by another dentist, I didn't have ‘gum disease’, so whether the whole process/expense was actually needed is another story. Very disappointing!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Marcus, who saw my son on Friday. My son was in a lot of pain, but Dr. Marcus handled everything with such calmness and professionalism. He removed one of my son’s teeth and filled another; all in a short amount of time and without causing any discomfort. My son didn’t feel a thing throughout the procedure! What truly stood out was how kind and attentive Dr. Marcus was. He took the time to speak with my son, answer all his questions, and make him feel completely at ease. His gentle and friendly manner turned what could have been a stressful experience into a very positive one. What impressed me even more was that the clinic called the next day to check in and see how my son was doing ; such a thoughtful and caring gesture that made us feel genuinely supported and cared for. We are so grateful for Dr. Marcus and the whole team. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: If I could leave a 0-star review, I would. I used to go to Maidstone Dental and was attended by Dr. Marcus. I had a root canal and some fillings done. Since then, two different dentists have questioned why I wasn’t given a crown after the root canal, explaining that without it, the procedure is essentially useless and the issue will return. On top of that, the fillings I had done less than two years ago already need to be redone. This was a complete waste of money and time. They just want your money. I simply can’t recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I've been referred to Dr Tu Anh by a friend and so glad I went with her orthodontic treatment. She's super professional and her level of attention to details is second to none. On top of that, the whole dental clinic is always well maintained and pleasant to visit - every single time! Would definitely recommend Dr Tu Anh for anyone looking for a trusted and experienced dentist!

Fantastic experience: I was travelling trough back to Adelaide as I’m a truck driver, I had a tooth snap on me and causing crazy pain. These people were so great to fit me in the same day. I have always been scared of the dentist and I haven’t been for almost 12 years. So took a lot for me to walk through the door. The dentist worked with me so well, had the patience to wait for me as numbing stuff works a little different with me and gave me extra antiseptic when I asked, and she worked so well to remove the tooth with very little pain. If I had a dentist like this in Adelaide I wouldn’t be scared. They are great highly recommended, very nice and chatty also you don’t get that weird feeling being around random people or was very relaxed

He was knowledgable, extremely gentle, talked me through the local anesthetic with breathing exercises. I was so anxious to get my deep clean, however, Louis made me feel comfortable and at ease. I will be highly recommending to everyone I know. Also, his work is outstanding!!!

Fantastic experience: Cracked my tooth over the weekend and booked an appointment online, confirmed via email and SMS immediately (5* for convenience and technology). Onsite parking is available, and the practice is accessible via a lift or a short flight of stairs up. The receptionist was warm and friendly, and as a first time client there, I was given a short, electronic form to fill (once again 5* for being tech savvy). Perhaps due to it being a weekday, there was no other clients there. Dr Tu came out to say hi and introduced herself as my dentist (5* for such a warm welcome that I'd not experienced in dental clinics elsewhere) while I was filling up the form. Dr Tu then took me through the examination of the cracked tooth, and also spoke about dental care in general. Learned a few things there... Whole process of fixing the tooth was relatively painless, and the price was affordable to boot. The appointment stated 60 minutes, and I was surprised that their timing was spot on! I'm going to attribute this to the level of experience of Dr Tu.

Fantastic experience: I came in with a painful ulcer on my cheek next to my erupting wisdom tooth. It was my first time here. Dr Judy Lin gently polished my wisdom tooth so that it was no longer pressing on my cheek and is no longer painful! She and her assistant were so gentle and calm, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The receptionists are also amazing, they provided next level customer service. I had the option of tea, fruit, oreos and Netflix! There is also a great kids area to keep them entertained. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I went in for my first checkup/clean in a long time and was blown away by the service and advice that I was given around my treatment plan. The clinic is beautiful and modern, and the staff were so lovely and helpful! They are very affordable, transparent and upfront with their costs and you don't end up with any surprises at the end of it. I will definitely be making this place my new regular, and won't be waiting so long in between visits.

Got 2 tooth extraction, Dr Tu Anh was super gentle, caring and professional. Even though this clinic is not my insurance's members choice provider, the service and care are totally worth it. Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at this dentist today. The set up is modern and welcoming with tea / coffee facilities and even a bowl of fruit in the waiting area. Dr Tu Anh Pham is friendly and takes her time with her consultation unlike many other dentists i have previously seen. But most importantly she offers honest advice and does not push you to have unecessary treatments. I highly recommend this dentist!

Before my appointment the wonderful receptionist Evy called me to rest assure that Dr Judy was very kind and gentle. When my appointment came, Evy, Dr Judy and her assistant (which I didn't get her name!) were so incredibly kind, welcoming and friendly. As I had never been to a dentist before they made sure to explain every single detail to me about what was happening, the tools being used and answering any questions I had. Fantastic experience: Wow. Just had a tooth extraction here and the experience was amazing. The receptionist is friendly, the Doctor is calming and gentle. I had several injections and a tooth removed and i barely felt a thing.

A thorough consultation and explanation of my current dental health and how I will be able to achieve my ideal dental appearance was given. I was shown with a camera what teeth needed attention and was given a clear understanding of my dental plan so there was no surprises. The team omit a calm, friendly vibe that keeps you relaxed and at ease whilst visiting them! The clinic itself is very modern, and warming. A play area for the kids and a lovely refreshments bar in the waiting room. Not to mention, they have their own parking which is super easy to get to! Fantastic experience: I have just finished my dental check and cleaning with Dentist Tu Anh, she’s amazing nice and very professional with high skill so I feel very comfortable with this service even usually I hate to do teeth cleaning. Booking was easily done online and the service was top notch. Staff were very friendly and professional, prices also very reasonable and plenty of car parking outside. Fantastic experience: After some painful experience with my previous dentist (in the CBD), I had deliberately avoided dentists for almost 3 years until my wife forced me to visit her dentist, Dr Tu Pham. Her argument was that even our young kids like to come and visit her. So, I reluctantly visited Dr Pham at her previous practice in Footscray. Dr Pham had certainly removed my fear of visiting a dentist thanks to her gentle care. Dr Pham identified three problems with my teeth including one that required root canal treatment which were successfully carried out. Dr Pham has also been very thorough in her examination and treatment of our teeth (our whole family is in her care now) and she always try to make sure that we take preventative measures to prevent more serious problems in the future. Last Wednesday, I had a chance to visit Dr Pham at her new and current practice at Maidstone Dental Clinic and I have to admit that I’m so impressed by the friendly staff as well as the fantastically new facilities there. My wife even told me that she would like to visit Dr Tu Pham at her new clinic more often!

Fantastic experience: A wonderfully caring and knowledgeable dentist with a friendly admin team who make you feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you step in the door. The space feels more like a day spa than a dental clinic. They even have a TV screen above the chair so you can watch Netflix instead of listening to the drill in your mouth. I can definitely recommend Maidstone Dental.
