Fantastic experience: I never thought I'd enjoy the dentist, but after my visit today I'm pleasantly surprised! Mena and his team are amazing, full of information and work hard to ensure you are comfortable every step of the way! I called as a new patient experiencing an extreme toothache, they had me in the chair within 20 mins! I also got to watch a movie with headphones and also have a robotic neck massage, as a mum of 4 young kids, it was quite nice!! I look forward to my appointment next week!

Fantastic experience: Mina is a very friendly and caring dentist who always does his best to ensure you have the best possible experience. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good local dentist, someone who takes the time to listen and cares about the needs and concerns of his patient. He always explains what he is going to do before he begins and checks in with you often to make sure you are okay. I appreciate how he takes an interest in his patients lives as well. The rooms in Penrith are very clean, comfortable, and offer a very welcoming environment. My sons and I enjoyed siting in the electric massage chairs while waiting our turn, and we got to select shows on Netflix.

However my experience at Glenmore Park dental services has completely enhanced my experience at the dentist. Dr mina clearly goes above and beyond for his patients and has the best interest in mind. I went to see dr mina to fix a previous issue I had with a previous practice, and he clearly explained the issue and resolved it with a progression plan. I also make regular visits to dr mina for cosmetics dental purposes such as whitening as well as regular check ups. The clinic is very well priced in terms of all their services. I definitely recommend a visit to dr mina, he will change your entire opinion of dentists and what they do.

Fantastic experience: Glenmore Park Dental Services (GPDS) are amazing. I have a fear of tooth pain so attending an appointment to get my teeth cleaned is overwhelming. But I felt no pain or discomfort with my first clean performed by GPDS at all. Or my second or third clean, they were incredible and very low cost as covered by Health Insurance. Then one of my molars broke and GPDS organised for the molar to be removed. Again, no stress or pain, complete professionalism, communication and efficiency. But the icing on the cake was the procedure to put in an implant! OMGoodness I was nervous. But once again the procedure by GPDS was seamless and pain free, even that night and the next day little to no pain relief. They are wonderful & professional. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional practice , have scheduled a visit two days in advance. Turned up 15 minutes prior to visit with a phone call prior to ensure booking. Get there fill out paperwork then told dentist is not available and hasn’t made contact with reception . Asked to reschedule . I will be taking my Buisness elsewhere , you would think an establishment would give common courtesy and notify a patient of any changes before they have changed their whole day to make the visit . Poor form

Fantastic experience: This amazing dentist saw me struggling with a loaded trolley and my toddler asleep on my hip. He very kindly offered to help push my trolley to the car for me. Such a kind man to take time out of his busy schedule to help a struggling mum. Thank you so very much. I’m sure with such a kind caring personality he would be a wonderful dentist!

Fantastic experience: Wow this dentists is amazing! I went in for the $99 check up and clean and came out of there exstreamly happy, not only did he clan my teeth ( the right way ) but he did three different X-rays on my teeth to see if I had an infection after a previous dentist did a half job on my tooth. He even did extra work wuthout chargeing me. He was the first dentist iv ever been to that didn't want to charge me an arm and leg after the check up, he actually found ways to save me money and teeth. Glenmore park dental is now my family dentist. I couldn't possibly recommend them anymore! Amazing is all I have to say.

Positive experience: I believe that when the tooth is extracted, the x-ray has to be taken to examine but today this procedure was not followed. The dental doctor just checked it and gave an injection to numb it and extracted the tooth. The whole surgery was completed and out of the room in 15 minutes. In that context I was happy it was done fast. Before I took the appointment and since I didn’t have dental insurance asked the cost of this surgery, I was clearly informed that it will be costing within $200-300 but a little bit surprise when I was charged $310.

Fantastic experience: Can't express my satisfaction enough! I was treated by Mina Gibryal for composite veneers on my bottom teeth. I had bad crowding and crookedness discolouration and decay. I was just hoping for slight alignment and colour improvement. Mina is an actual artist. When he was finished, my bottom teeth were PERFECT. He made them perfectly straight, even correcting the gumline. The colour is beautiful and the outcome farrr exceeded my expectations. Erini helped me to get this appointment and even attended the session with me. This team is absolutely amazing, I can't recommend enough. Thanks so much guys for your professionalism, hard work and commitment to customer satisfaction. I never thought I would actually enjoy a dental appointment but I had a great time with you guys. Fantastic experience: AMAZING!!!!!! Can not recommend Erini, Ross and the team enough!!! They are brilliant!!!! Honest, trustworthy, amazing customer service and just such a great dentist. You can tell it is a calling/love for Dr Erini and the team, not just a job, but a passion. Our kids actually get excited and ask when we are going back!!! And they've had some not so nice procedures that kids hate, yet they at times beg to go and see Dr Erini. Do yourself a favour and book an appointment, guaranteed you will never need to look for another dental practice and dentist!!
