Fantastic experience: Definitely a 5 star experience, I am terrified of dentists normally, but Dr Emily has changed that for me. She is friendly, competent, gentle and reassuring. She takes time to explain everything, so that the patient is fully informed. She even took into consideration my financial situation which was really really kind. As an Age-Pensioner I do wish that dental care was covered by Medicare. Thumbs-up for the staff and the relaxed atmosphere in this Practice. See you all in 12 months!

Fantastic experience: Dr Richard was fantastic. I had a crown last month. The whole process was quick and efficient without any pain, he's very gentle and thorough. Dr Richard has a great assistant that has definitely mastered the suction machine. For memory my whole procedure was "gag free". I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The crown is perfection.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this practice for many years now. I always had a fear of visiting the dentist, this fear no longer exists due to the warm professional approach shown to me on each visit. The latest technology used by Dr Jimmy and his team makes visits interesting and pain free. I travel from Devonport each time for a service I know and trust .

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend these guys higher. Sarah in reception is so lovely and the whole team makes you feel so comfortable. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed 48 hours ago and I have had absolutely no swelling, very little pain and the procedure was fast and easy. I highly recommend Dr Richard especially and can't speak highly enough of the kind, funny and friendly dental assistants

Fantastic experience: The staff are amazing. Knowing I was very nervous and they never brushed off my concerns. They allowed me the time to recover after my two teeth were removed. My replacement plate is beautiful fitted perfectly. Big shout out to the receptionist Who has a beautiful personality and for the lovely follow up phone call the next day.

I have the biggest anxiety around dental work, Dr Richard was absolutely amazing ensuring I was ok during my whole appointment, Sarah at the front desk is absolutely amazing goes out of her way too make sure you receive the best service and care.

Negative experience: The smorning I rang up to cancel a app for my daughter that has just found work, to be told a $75 cancellation fee would be added to her account because I didn’t cancel within the 24 hours. I received a text message to confirm app but it does not give you an option to cancel app. The receptionist Sarah told me that they had tried to call me numerous times to confirm app which didn’t happen as I had no missed calls. I have been taking my family to this dentist for years and never had a problem until now. I think it’s unfair and a money grab..we have never missed an appointment and have forked out thousands of $$ to this dentist. At the end of the day all they care about is money and not the patients. Will be taking my family to a different dentist from now on.

Fantastic experience: Got in quickly due to a tooth emergency. Everything from the start was fantastic, from the receptionist who was so incredibly lovely to the dentist and assistant. Everything was explained to me in great detail to ease my nerves and I was checked on constantly throughout the appointment.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent dental practice. The dentists are very professional and explain procedures and costs in detail before commencing any work. The receptionists are very friendly and accomodating and rooms are very clean with all the equipment looking well cared for and new. There is adequate parking which is always convenient and a spacious waiting room with interesting artwork.

They were supportive and came up with payment options that suited my lifestyle as they have a range of options. They were flexible with my appointments and upfront about treatments and costs , concentrating on conserving my teeth rather than filling their hip pocket. Fantastic experience: I had heard nothing but grand recommendations for this dental surgery, located in the beautiful, relaxed, quaint and quirky town of Deloraine, around 40 mins drive from Launceston, a beautiful, scenic drive, with lots to see on the way if you choose, or just hound the highway, there in no time! The surgery is easy to find, located on top of Parsonage Street Hill, and has a huge, open carpark with ample free parking available. The surgery, reception area and waiting areas are trendy, pleasant, spacious and up to date, with beautiful, friendly, helpful and professional staff all round. The Dentist and dental assistant, my son saw, Richard and Dani, were absolutely fantastic, and my teenage son was quite impressed and extremely comfortable during his consultation. The waiting time for an appointment is amazing and minimalistic, being only a number of days on most occasions. They also offer glamorous teeth perfecting things, botox, etcetera. Wonderful surgery, great staff, awesome location (make a day or afternoon of it, and enjoy the beautiful township of popular and friendly Deloraine). Professional service, highly recommend this surgery to all! 10/10

Fantastic experience: I recently have had most of my teeth removed and replaced with dentures, Boxie has been incredible as all the staff that I have dealt with. When I had my first visit , I felt so comfortable with the staff there, and that was the main reason I finally decided to have the dental work that I needed done. I totally recommend anyone needing dental work to go and see them x ( it was the best decision that I could have made)

Negative experience: Well had all on 4 surgery with temporary bridges before procedure was promised Only difference from temporary bridges to permeant would be a small gap as gums heal and would last upto 12 months day of surgery comments from dental surgeon could have been closer to gums and about 3mm to far forward (more like 10mm ) and this is a work in progress and they have been known to brake ? Yes they broke within 3 months as had numerous trips to have bridges ground down so I didn't bite my gums every time I chewed absolutely amateurs and most expensive place on the planet for this procedure .

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter for an appointment with Dr Kevin. The staff were amazing and showed the utmost care. Usually I have problems getting my kids to go to the dentist because of their fear but Dr Kevin and their lovely assistants helped talk my daughter through the whole process and now she can't wait to go back.

Negative experience: Please never come to this clinic, very bad experience and irresponsible dentist!!! I had one dental filling and one tooth extraction on 9th March, after one week later, i still feel very painful, i think maybe some infection or something wrong with the filling, so i booked another appointment and reviewed my teeth on 16th March, the dentist checked my teeth and said"no problem, just some food waste fell into the tooth extraction pit", then they cleaned that! I told him i can't eat anything even when i drink water, i can feel painful, he just ask me to buy some antibiotics to take for one week, i had to leave the clinic! After i take the antibiotics for two days, the tooth pain didn't get better, but worsened! The pain continued 4-5 hours on the night of March 18th. After taking 2 tablets of painkillers, there was a short-term relief, then i began to look for other dentistry. Fortunately, i booked a clinic in Launceston yesterday (19th March), the dentist checked my teeth then she found out the real cause of my toothache, the repaired tooth hurt the nerve and the nerve is dying, that's why i felt much painful!!! Now i need root canal treatment which will cost me over $4000! I am not sure if it's your fault to make my tooth nerve dying, but i never feel any pain before you did the filling. Also from the X ray, the nerve is good. The real reason i am angry is you are not honest and didn't tell me the truth when i go back to review my teeth, which caused me a lot of pain!!! I haven't been able to eat normally for a long time! If you think i need root canal treatment, please be honest just tell me rather than just let me feel severe pain!!! Or do you think it's a mistake in your operation that you dare not admit???

After missing an appointment which was my fault i asked to see someone urgently and was advised to wait two weeks or go see a doctor. I wont be back and would advise looking around.
