Fantastic experience: Kudos to Dr Edwin Lim for his excellent service and professional dental treatment. I had always feared going to a dentist but on this occasion the disturbing discomfort gave me little choice. Dr Edwin was very thorough, reassuring and offered intelligent advice that helped me decide on the best solution for my problem. Everything worked very well and I'm very happy for the final result. Thank you Dr Edwin for your friendly and gentle way to make sure I was perfectly comfortable . Also your easy sense of humour did help a lot too. I certainly forgot I was on a dentist chair and I didn't feel any sense of dread . Thank you v much Dr Edwin . You will always be the dentist I'll go to in future and I'll definitely recommend you to my family and friends. I must also express my thanks to Ms Fong the receptionist for her efficiency and for her clarity to help me understand my health insurance. This is definitely a supreme dental clinic to go to.

Negative experience: Dr Amanda Yang, very irresponsible! Do not recommend! 1, reception rude, lost booking information 2, Dr Amanda Yang is the one they give me even though I didn’t book with her. 3,After check, she insisted that I should go to a place they recommended to get a 3D image done. Otherwise their system “might not able to review it” 4, They said and will contact me after she reviewed the image. But after weeks and weeks. We didn’t get any sort of contact from them. 5, So I contacted them, and finally got answer and reviewed of the 3D image through the phone. She gave very half-hearted review saying, things we concerned are all good, just wait and see. We believed her and didn’t do anything(I am really regret that I believe her) After months, we still not sure, so we went to check with other dentists, the result is stocking, turns out we should solve it early rather than “wait and see”! Amanda Yang, if you do not know, or you forgot, just say it. Very irresponsible! Poor reception! Environment there is also not well managed. Do not recommend this place. Do not recommend Amanda Yang at all!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a deep cleaning and wisdom tooth extraction done by Dr. Kitty Liu at Supreme Dental Care, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Dr. Liu is extremely professional, patient, and genuinely cares about her patients. She can speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, which makes communication so easy, and she is wonderfully kind to both elderly patients and children. During the cleaning, she constantly checked on how I was feeling and communicated with me in such a kind and reassuring way. In all my years living in Melbourne, this is the first time I’ve met such an amazing dentist. I’ve decided that from now on, my whole family will be coming here for all our dental needs. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding care & service at Supreme Dental Care! This was my first visit to Supreme Dental after recently switching health insurance providers and I can confidently say I highly recommend them! I saw Dr. Joe Lim for the extraction of two upper wisdom teeth. The first procedure took place on a Monday and involved an impacted tooth that was causing pain. It required drilling and stitches, yet Dr. Lim did such a brilliant job. The following Monday, he removed the second wisdom tooth which was also under the gum but less complex and he extracted it in less than five minutes!! Dr. Lim’s profile on the clinic’s website is a perfect representation of the care he provides. Not only is he incredibly skilled and competent, but his gentle, calm, and reassuring manner is truly his greatest skill which is honestly the most important in a doctor. His extensive dental experience is evident not just during the procedure, but also in the recovery process, which went perfectly thanks to the precision and care he took with every step. I’m now planning to become a regular patient at Supreme Dental and have already recommended the clinic to my partner and friends as their pricing is fair and transparent, with a strong focus on safe, and high standard treatment! I’d also like to comment on the reception ladies, who were friendly, helpful, warm and welcoming throughout. A special mention to Fong who provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience even more positive. As a 27 year old Australian woman, finding a trustworthy dental clinic means a lot and I’m so glad I’ve found that with Supreme Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: I am so lucky to find this clinic and had Melanie help me with my impacted wisdom tooth. During regular check, my dentist suggested me to extract wisdom tooth. Because it’s horizontal and close to nerve, he suggested me to find a specialist to do it who is close to city. I searched Supreme dental and booked appointment for second opinion. When Melanie said she can do it, I am shocked and a bit nervous. But Melanie has very good technique, made whole process smooth and easy to me, not much pain. I expected a few days pain after extraction, but I didn’t get it, even never used painkillers I bought for it. I recovered quickly, no swelling or other side affects. Even 14 days passed, I still can’t believe the whole extraction process and my recovery so easy. Cost less and got specialist’s treatment. After 14 days, my tooth is 95% back normal, Melanie double checked and everything is fine, she also gave me good tips. She is nice, kind, gentle. I believe in the future, she can be a good surgeon. Nice personality and excellent skill.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the dentists and service here. I’ve been going here for a few years and every dentist I’ve seen has done an amazing job. The receptionists are pros too, last time I had a tooth ache and wasn’t sure if I needed to remove my wisdom teeth, they offered to have a dentist look at my last x-ray then called me back for an update. Fantastic service and so glad to have a dental clinic I can fully trust! Dr Yeeny was especially wonderful when I had my braces done

Negative experience: I think it is the time to end my family’s more than 3 years journey with Supreme Dental. The dentists were super nice, really considerable and friendly. However today the receptionist was so rude and extremely arrogant, I had been really polite and gentle to her but she was so tacky. I was very disappointed. I recommended this place to many of my friends but sadly I told them the story one by one today, it was my mistake to put the trust into this place.

Negative experience: Super disappointed. Made appointment. Show up and they said I rang up and cancelled my appointment. ! What’s the point I’m showing up if I had cancelled my appointment. No apology . Nothing. Keep putting blame back on me. Thanks. Never come back again. P/S: I reckon another client rang up to cancel their appointment and they thought us. :/ but still upset me without any apology

Fantastic experience: I’ve met countless dentists in my life and I can tell Dr Hendrix is a very good dentist. Professional, skillful, and he knows what’s the best for the patient. Only if he were working near CBD, I would definitely go find him.

Negative experience: The receptionist were so rude. When we arrived they didn't even ask for our name, they just say sit there. They didn't register we have arrived so the dentist thought we were late. Customer service is terrible!

Negative experience: Went for an appointment as a new patient for a general check-up and clean. Straight after the appointment, I noticed right away that the doctor had chipped the filling on my front tooth during the clean. My tooth was clearly uneven and rough at the corner, and she explained she couldn’t tell there was a filling there. Never coming back here again. *UPDATE* I wrote the above review 8 months ago after my appointment on 17/01/2022 with Dr Amanda Yang. I have never been so insecure about my smile ever since that day and wish I had spoken up to her at the time to replace the filling. They did not try to reach out to me after my review which leaves me even more so disappointed.

She has been friendly, warm and professional in every session of treatment. I highly recommend Dr Huang for her professionalism, skills and knowledge.

She gave me professional and honest advice, and explained my progress to me patiently in every session of treatment and adjustment. She understood her field very well including the limitations of my condition. I appreciated the professionalism and knowledge. While my situation actually required surgical procedures, Dr. Yeeny managed to adjust the best she could within her limit. I fully trusted her recommendations and skills, and I'm happy with the result. Now I only have to wear my retainer daily, and revisit her in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Alnick for the first time for a root canal treatment. I was initially very nervous about the procedure but the Dr’s explanation was very clear and he was also very patient with my questions which eased my worries. He is a dentist I’ve come to trust and will visit him for all my future dental issues.

Negative experience: I went for check up for my 7 year old daughter and asked them over the phone for only check up before going and been told it costs $60. The doctor checked her up and decided to do clean up. I was not told she needs clean up or asked if I am okay with the extra cost and that it will cost extra money and it’s my first dental experience in Australia. I had to pay $170 Out of honesty, they should have mentioned the extra cost and told me if my daughter really needed a clean up

Negative experience: Please don’t go here. I needed a simple filling which I got done. Now a month later I need to pay $2000 out of pocket for a root canal. Absolutely unacceptable because a dentist is unable to do his job properly now I have to pay $2000 for a root canal because my tooth is dead. My tooth was fine before all of this as my dentist said my filling needed to be replaced now a month later my tooth is dead. PLEASE I urge you do not go here
