Fantastic experience: Gisborne Dental Group was recommended to me and I’m so glad it was. I used to travel to Melbourne for dental care and while my previous dentist was good (just very expensive), Gisborne Dental Group has been far superior in every way. Their customer service is outstanding, the team is incredibly knowledgeable, and their pricing is much more reasonable. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I honestly can’t recommend Gisborne Dental Group highly enough

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shazneen Rahman and Marlett have helped me with 3 procedures over the last 4 months. I've had many dentists but none have had the attention to detail, utmost care and amazing personal touch that Neen brings, ably supported by the highly skilled Marlett. Emotional care was there from the first moment as she built a rapport with me. Two of the treatments I've received are generally considered to be painful during and after, but I can say that I felt almost no pain during or after either of the treatments due to Neen's skills. I'm encouraging friends and family to come under Neen's care. I highly recommend Neen to anyone looking for a dentist who is a superior clinician and can be trusted to deliver first rate services.

Fantastic experience: Every step of the procedure was explained to me. I was very nervous due to past bad experiences and they reassured me and put me at ease. All in all as positive as experience as possible when getting a tooth removed.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Gisborne Dental Group, The receptionist was so helpful and understanding, I'm 36 weeks pregnant and had toothache no other dentist had any availability or were open as it was a Saturday on a long weekend. Dr Shazneen and her wonderful assistant (I'm afraid I can't recall her name) were kind enough to see me, staying open later just to help me. I hadn't been to a dentist for years out of fear but I've never had such a good experience ever, they were so understanding with me not wanting an x ray and even positioned the chair so it was safe for me and my bump and explaining clearly what need to be done, this will now be the only dental practice I will frequent. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars!

I especially loved the 360-degree xray, which allowed them to spot problem areas and make sure the cleaning was extra thorough. Great approach to preventative care.

Fantastic experience: Josh has an easygoing, caring manner to make you feel more comfortable in 'the chair'. He explains things clearly so everyone is on the same page. I would recommend him for both adults and teens.

Fantastic experience: Attended for a cracked filling upper molar with a new dentist Dr Max Li. He noted decay, checked for cold sensitivity, took an Xray and took time to explain that there was significant decay so that the options were extraction with the option of root canals but significant chance of failure with resorption of bone around the roots or implant. He was very professional, through and was not hurried and happy to explain his management. He noted another problem on the Xray with again decay under the crown with a draining sinus on an upper molar not opposing any lower teeth. So two teeth extracted. Brilliant local anaesthesia blocks with no discomfort on the lateral side and only a tiny sting on the inside with the teeth extracted with no discomfort. I am an anaesthetist so perform local anaesthetic blocks regularly.Very happy with his professional service and would be happy to have further treatment if required.

Negative experience: Just needless cost through dental tactics,, paid for dental hiegene clean that's fine,, then just asked for opinion on implants then took mould which I didn't ask for then told it wouldn't work if I had gum problems then charges 500 bucks extra ,,, go to another dentist first,,,, he needs you to help pay for his mansion extension.....
