Fantastic experience: I recently I had a Dental treatment with Dr Victoria, and she is absolutely fantastic including her Dental assistant as well both of them in my opinion are just a golden star. They really took care of me through out the whole procedure I know it wasn't easy on my side and theirs, But they helped me get through it.and I'm highly grateful to both of them on superb effort, they deserve all the stars in the world. My God bless them forever.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Joe for about 2 years now after a friend recommended him. And I’m so glad I did! It’s a totally different experience compared to other dentists I’ve seen around Marrickville and Mascot. One dentist told me I needed 2 sessions of “deep” clean & 3-4 fillings, which honestly felt a bit over the top !! when I first met Dr Joe, he came across as friendly, honest, and down to earth. After checking my teeth, he said I don't need a deep clean, and there was no need to rush into fillings. He suggests to keep an eye on 1 tooth and see how it goes at the next visit and decide if I need filling. Really grateful to have found a dentist who’s not just professional but honest &caring. Can’t recommend Dr Joe enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr Victoria Trinh is lovely and pleasant. Made the experience calm and comfortable and not overwhelming.

Fantastic experience: 100% would recommend Dr Jess. She’s incredibly considerate of dental anxiety and takes the time to answer questions and do additional checks. Her technical is also great, I have much less discomfort during checkups than previous dentists!

Negative experience: If you wish to have your dental work redone again and again, this is the clinic for you. Unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory, with repeated issues and discomfort. I would not recommend it for those seeking consistent, reliable dental care. I have regular check-ups, just not with your dentist anymore. I’ve already had the same crown redone twice, and I won’t repeat it a third time for the same result. I will need you to cover the cost with my new dentist, though.

Fantastic experience: I can't rate Dr Jessica highly enough and if I could give her and Mascot Dental Clinic 6 stars I would. I was looking for a new dentist and after reading great reviews decided to attend this dentist under their new patient promotion, and I am very happy I did. Dr Jessica is the most gentle dentist I have ever visited. She is kind and caring, knowledgeable and calmly explains what she is doing every step of the way, and answers any questions with total patience. I have already recommended a friend to go see her and wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone else to see her. All the other staff were also very friendly and the premises looked Clean and they had all services I needed on site.

Fantastic experience: I've done my teeth clean up from Dr Jessica Wong and Erika was her Nurse. Dr Jessica is a nice, kind, gentle and understanding doctor. She made my dental treatment easy and relaxing. She was very gentle with her dental tools. I would highly recommend her as a dental doctor for anyone.

Fantastic experience: Had a check-up, x-rays and clean after not having been to a dentist for about 5 years (I know, I am terrible)! Saw Dr Kim Larkin. Dr Larkin made me feel really comfortable. Did a terrific job cleaning my teeth, was gentle, friendly and communicated everything she was about to do. I'm not sure what the dental nurse's name was (sorry) but she did a great job too! Not to forget the receptionist was also friendly. I will be back, just found my new permanent dentist! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: The clinic is clean and modern but I had a completely wasted experience. I booked an appointment on Friday to do a root canal treatment and sent my x-ray to the clinic. Next Monday I came to see a doctor Kim, and she told me that she can't treat my tooth because it's too complicated. No extra x-ray. No detailed check of my tooth. No look at my tooth at all. The referral she gave me is basically "dear specialist, please treat her 16th tooth". Then I paid 60$ for it. I wish they could tell me in advance they can't do it and I would not waste my money and time.

Positive experience: Whilst the dental care is great, I'd like to suggest that your full address is given at the time of the reminder booking, especially for first time customers. There is a host of dentists in Mascot and when you google Mascot Dental - others pop up with very similar names to Mascot Dental Clinic. This makes it very confusing and without that SMS to look back on & verify the address, one finds themselves at a different dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jessica took on my Damon braces plan as I had them put in overseas. She was very reasonably priced, so lovely to deal with and made me feel extremely comfortable. They have never made me feel unwelcome for coming back for retainer wire attachments or other minor, yet completely normal and usual, follow up issues. I highly recommend the entire team.

Negative experience: The dentist asked my took two X-ray for nothing and paid more than $100 for that, it was worthless, they didn't send the X-ray photos to my email address as I asked. 1 star service.

Fantastic experience: Great service and convenient location right next to Mascot station. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and booking is easy and convenient online. The clinic itself is clean and spiffy, with high tech equipment. Been going regularly since I moved into the area and would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I needed some urgent treatment for a cracked tooth, they were easy to deal with and efficient. The premises are near new and very clean, the staff were very helpful. Interestingly their follow up since the visit has been very good as they try to ensure that everything was good with you following their dental work. I will be using them again.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jessica is an excellent dentist & her assistant Sophie is a lovely girl & together they make a great dental team. Everything about this surgery is good & I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done for me. The camera they use to make 3D images of my teeth was incredible & shows you detailed images from inside your mouth on the screen. I had no problem making an appointment online & there was no waiting once I arrived. Thanks for the brilliant service.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional service. Treatment options were explained very well. I had gone to the clinic with nasty accidental damage to front upper teeth. It was treated brilliantly by Dr. Wong and fixed the same day. Looked better than before to be honest. Very reasonable cost and great treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience today. The doctor addressed all 3 of my concerns in regards to the health of my teeth and gave professional advice and treatment options. The dental clinic itself was equipped with modern technology and xrays were available onsite which was convenient and helped me understand the assessment better. Would recommend Mascot Dental Clinic to anyone who wants a comfortable dental experience.

Negative experience: Dentist not knowledgeable and I suspect half blind. All teeth are the same size to him. Zero aesthetic judgement.

The staff were very friendly and it was better than I was expecting as I was having a tooth extracted. Did not experience any pain throughout the process. Pricing was great.
