Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Oral Health Therapist, Eliza and her dental assistant. My clean was thorough and gentle, and the whole appointment was handled with great care and professionalism. My teeth feel amazing! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had my wisdom tooth out yesterday by the wonderful Dr Jana, and not only did I barely feel the needles to numb it, I somehow have next to no swelling today! She's amazing and the whole practice just has such a friendly and welcoming vibe. I take my kids there too to Dr Jana and she has a skill with making them feel happy and comfortable... maybe it's the balloon animals she makes at the end but I suspect it's just her! Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Tooth for a while now and have always felt so welcomed and comfortable, however today my clean with Eliza and Amy really made me leave the clinic feeling extra great. Eliza was so so lovely and thorough. She really took care of me. Eliza was even able to fix something I’ve had for months and didn’t even realise was an issue! My teeth have never felt cleaner. I’ve very thankful for these two.

Fantastic experience: After a frustrating experience with my previous dentist, where I was misdiagnosed and left dealing with ongoing pain, I was starting to lose faith in dental care altogether. Thankfully, a recommendation led me to Tooth Dental, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From my very first visit, Lou and her team were everything a dental practice should be: caring, thorough, and genuinely invested in my well being. Unlike my previous experience, they diagnosed the issue on the first visit and provided the right treatment, bringing me much needed relief. I honestly can’t fault the team at Tooth Dental. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend for anyone with children or who may have dental anxiety. We brought our toddler in for their first check up, so glad we chose Tooth Dental. You are immediately welcomed into a child friendly environment, we saw Dr Lou who got on our child’s level to welcome them and waited until they were comfortable to proceed to the room. Our child was shown all the equipment and the appointment went at their pace, which all helped make this first experience wonderful. Thank you to all the staff and Dr Lou for helping make the first visit a marvellous one.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist for anxious kids and adults. Took my 4year old after he wouldn't open his mouth for the last dentist. Everything about the dentist made it such a positive experience for him and us. The environment is really calming not clinical at all and everyone is so friendly, great receptionist Issy and Jess the dentist was amazing! from coming to play with him so he felt comfortable with her to allowing him to decide on everything he was open to doing. She was so patient, did not push him at all. Allowed him to use the tools and do some colouring even made him a balloon animal afterwards. He let her do a investigation and fluoride treatment, without any issues. Strongly recommend for anyone anxious about the dentist. Couldn't recommend more highly

I had Dr Jodie and Jessica (and I believe Bec and Kelly assisting) for a check up and clean, both were lovely and thorough - took initial images and X-Rays to establish a baseline for future reference, discussed any concerns with no judgement and got some great, realistic advice on maintaining oral health! Fantastic experience: I have dental trauma and these are the KINDEST, SMARTEST, GENTLEST women in the game. Everything is considered and thoughtful. The beautiful helpers at the front desk are magnificent and the experience I had with my dentist changed my life and is reshaping my fear. I was treated with so much care and respect that it brings tears to my eyes just thinking about these wonderful women. I can’t recommend Tooth Dental enough, I am telling all my friends that this is the only place to go to. You can heal your anxiety and trauma here, it is a safe space.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience. I took my daughter to see Dr Lou. My daughter is almost two and has a complex clinical past including a cleft palate. She is really afraid of new people, new environments and is fearful of being touched. I am still shocked that there were no tears during the appointment (this is a first!). Dr Lou clearly has a wonderful rapport with children and her patients; I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: This place, just wow! I broke a tooth while on holiday in NZ and my daughter booked me an appointment with Tooth Dental, the closest and most highly recommended clinic in Ashgrove. They got me in the day after I returned to AU. So quick! The clinic is just lovely, very light and airy, almost spa-like, and the staff were friendly, engaged and knowledgeable. Dr. Sophia Frankcombe, the dentist I saw, was amazing. Fixed my tooth quickly, explaining the entire process as it unfolded with warmth and empathy. No pain (not even the novo shot), and all very reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend Tooth Dental, and especially Dr. Frankcombe.

Fantastic experience: We aren't current patients but were searching for emergency dental assistance for our son tonight(Saturday night) for a dental emergency. Lou picked up her mobile on a Saturday night within a couple of rings, gave us advice and options to try to secure treatment tonight as she was unavailable on this occasion due to completely reasonable circumstances. Even though we are not normally her patients she offfered to see my son first thing Monday and even come in early. We so appreciated her support which helped us get the issue fixed quickly.

Fantastic experience: After returning to this dentist after 5 years away for work, my daughter had her very first dental appointment here and couldn't have been a more pleasant experience for her. Gabby made her feel very comfortable with the kids tv show and a taste test of her new red velvet toothpaste. They took the time to explain everything in great detail and help us understand what needs to happen with her dental care in the future. We will be returning for many future checkups!

Fantastic experience: Dr Soph was able to see my daughter, even though her day was full! My one and half year old will eat almost anything, so she thought giving the floorboards a taste was a good idea. I advised her not to, but if you have ever seen my daughter eat - it is with passion and force. The floorboards were no different. Dr Soph and her assistant made her feel safe and kept a smile on her face at all times. It was difficult for Dr Soph to see into her mouth, but she was still able to tell me what damage has been done, what may have been done that we cannot see and that hopefully her teeth will come back out. All and all - a 10/10 for Dr Soph and the crew at Tooth Dental. Thank You for fitting us in!

Fantastic experience: I have being taking my family to Tooth Dental for a number of years, and the service is always exceptional....but what and Lou and her team did recently went above and beyond. To ensure that my highly anxious 8 year old daughter felt at ease.....the fabulous Lou and Amy worked with Liz Fisher from Brisbane Orthodontics to give my daughter braces. They blew my mind with their kindness and compassion for her.

Was able to find an appointment for the following morning and was pleasantly surprised how nice everyone was. Everyone made me feel welcome, and the consult was thorough and professional but with what also felt like a personal touch as well. Would definitely recommend.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by 3 friendly faces, one of which ended up being Dr Kate Collins who would be taking my appointment. Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Tooth Dental the other day. All the staff I encountered in the practice made me feel very welcome. My dentist, Dr Lou Waldie, was professional and made the appointment enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Doc Waldie at Tooth Dental a handful of times for regular check ups, plus having a sleep mouth guard mould made up. Experiences have always been first class - a pristine practice, pain-free appointments, and good conversation throughout! Receptionist was extremely polite and professional, with confirmation calls made prior to appointment and follow-up calls subsequent to ensure that all was well. Highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: If you want Little Johnny to have just a check up and take a selfie to put on facebook this is the right place for you. They have all kind of fancy useless stuff inside but, they can't even extract a problem tooth. Worst experience ever and they didn't even refund me or apologised for their awful incompetence. Plus, they keep deleting my comments as they prefer hiding the problem instead of address it, that's an amazing thing to do when u run a business right? Who doesn't want to be ripped off? I guess it's Tooth Dental Philosophy. Worst dentist ever

Fantastic experience: My last dentist brought back my dislike of having my teeth checked, so much so, I decided there has to be a better dentist out there somewhere. There is! Her name is Kate Collins! Right from the minute I sat in the waiting room chair I was made feel welcome by the wonderful reception staff. Kate explained everything and gave me recommendations and options. The treatment was swift and painless. Kudos also to Kate's excellent dental assistant too. It's like she was a mind reader! I'm back to not minding going to the dentist again. Thanks team. P.S. Their follow-up is second to none.

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist, and it’s the second time in 12 months I have seen these guys. Dr Alex is a cool guy and tells you the process from start to finish, being 45 and having grown up with the fear of dentistry, these guys help you settle the nerves. I will never be able to go to the dentist skipping with glee. But at least these guys help in every way.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Tooth Dental - the best dental clinic in Brisbane. The team are always so professional and friendly. I was so relieved to get an emergency appointment after experiencing a sudden toothache, as my regular dentist was unable to fit me in. As soon as I called, I was told to come in and Dr Alex saw me immediately. I was advised my tooth had died, and required an emergency root canal on the spot. I was extremely anxious after my experience at my last dentist but Alex did a great job to calm my nerves (with happy gas!). I decided to continue all root canal treatments with Tooth Dental. I'm so glad I made the decision to switch to Tooth Dental, as a regular check-up revealed issues with fillings I had completed at my old dentist, which likely contributed to my nerve damage / tooth dying.

From the very first phone call, through to meeting the receptionist and then Dr. Kate, the experience has been first level service. Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned at Tooth Dental and I've never had such a friendly and overall great experience when visiting a dentist. All the dentists I've been haven't really cared how I feel about the uncomfortable cleaning process, but Dr Alex asked a few times if I'm okay, and even though I said yes, he stopped two times during the clean just to give me some time to "recover" before he continued. Exceptional service, clean and modern reception, equipment and rooms - highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was actually completely blown away by the entire Tooth Dental service. Dr. Alex was extremely personable, knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. There was a real genuineness about the entire team which just made the whole dental experience really enjoyable and comfortable. The clinic is also really clean and incredibly modern. I loved that you are able to watch a movie during a dental session - It’s just a nice little touch. I could not speak anymore highly of this place.

Fantastic experience: I had not been to the dentist in a lot of years. When I was finally convinced to go for a check up I booked in with tooth dental. Upon arrival the reception staff were very friendly. Dr Kate Collins was the dentist I was assigned to & she made me feel really comfortable with the work she was doing. Kate talked me through the process & gave me time to relax my jaw when needed. I found Kate be be very knowledgeable with any questions I had for her & she gave me some extra advice in regards to flossing in which I now can’t go a day without doing. I recommend Tooth Dental & Dr Kate Collins to anyone who is unsure about going to the dentist based on how comfortable I felt in their presence.

Fantastic experience: I would be toothless without Tooth Dental! Dr Waldie and the team here are amazing. They treat you like a person, not a dollar sign. Fantastic experience: Everyone should have access to a dentist like Dr Jana Hurrell. It is a relief to have found her. Jana is calm, careful and inspires confidence as she explains what she is doing and why. After terrible, painful experiences in the past - I had spent the past 15 years being terrified of going to a dentist. A fear which kept me awake at times - worrying about the health of my mouth and the sad future of my teeth. I would go to the dentist everyday now if I had to. But because of Jana, Lou and the rest of the tooth dental team- I know that is unlikely.

Fantastic experience: I recently went to Tooth Detal for the first time for a check-up and filling. I couldn't have been more pleased to have Alex as my dentist. He was very kind, professional, easy to get along with and made me feel super comfortable and taken care of. I was scared going into this because I really don't like going to the dentist but Alex took great care of me and relieved me of any angst.
