Fantastic experience: I was recommended to go here for my 5 year old who was very scared of the dentist. I was told they were very friendly and gentle. They completely surpassed my expectations. The dentist was incredible with my daughter, she was so lovely and it was a great experience. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Picked up my new denture yesterday crafted by Felix. I love it. Fits perfectly and is very comfortable. My lisp is dramatically reduced. I left it in all day..Ate lunch and ate dinner with it in. I didn't want to take it out. Thanks heaps to Sara and her amazing team. Wish I'd found you earlier. Very happy and comfortable now. I'm not afraid to smile now xxxx

Fantastic experience: I have been using tooth sparkler Frenches Forest ever since they started their practice in Narraweena and then moved to Frenchs Forest. There is no doubt in my mind that thet are the best dentists I have ever had (and I've had plenty over the past 70 years). They have looked after my teeth to my complete satisfaction, only ever doing work that was completely necessary. They are extremely professional, kind and attentive and always ensured i was comfortable with what procedure they were contemplating and completing. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any family, they are the best.

Tooth Sparkler's has been my and my late wife’s choice for the last 12 years and we rate them as Excellent. Sarah has a highly trained team that perform their specific duties professionally with courtesy and friendliness. The practice is equipped with the latest equipment. I have observed Sarah make a home visit out of hours to attend to the needs of a patient. Great to see they are Finalist’s in this years awards

Fantastic experience: Great dentist and staff

Negative experience: Lovely staff on the desk but didn’t have the best experience with the dentist , hate going to the dentist the best of times for obvious reasons. Needed a filling , was given the injection but rather than waiting 20 or 30 seconds for the numbness around the tooth she started drilling straight away, i nearly jumped through the roof due to the pain, the dentist giggled and said oh I should have waited for the injection to take effect. Will never go back again…..I should have said something but didn’t …

I was looked after and taken care of by Rachel & Emma, who went above and beyond my expectations, and previous experiences with other dentists. Negative experience: Being a happy patient of Sarah's for many years and recommending patients to her. Today Tooth Sparkler lost me as a patient. I phoned up to make an appointment to be told I had an unpaid fee for a no show earlier in the year which they would not waiver. My no show was due to me falling over splitting my head open, unconscious and suffered a concussion. The practice knew of this but still couldn't look beyond it. I will no longer recommend this practice to anyone!

Negative experience: Over-servicing a speciality. Expect to be overcharged and have unnecessary services performed. Make sure you have plenty of money in your wallet left over to find a Dentist somewhere else to finish the job.

Negative experience: Disgusted. Had some work done on a cracked tooth and was told I had to come back for a second appointment. Took time off work to go to second appointment, but they did NO actual dental work - just a lot of painful prodding of all my other teeth/gums followed by a sales pitch for lots more expensive work which I didn't want. Wanted to know what my "budget" was - even after I told them I have a kid with a disability and all my money is earmarked for his future. Their response was "well we have to make money too!". I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I just wanted my cracked tooth fixed and after two visits to Tooth Sparkler it's still not fixed. Will be going elsewhere to get it fixed.
