Fantastic experience: Lisa and Anderson. I have autism and where I was supposed to pick up my mouthguard from has been shut during Easter break. Lisa was so lovely, calm and assuring on the phone and so helpful. I can’t believe they are helping me get a custom fit mouthguard same day, they said it will be ready at 12 as my game is at 2:15. They totally went above and behind to put me first and help me, I have now found my new dentist and I will be coming back here with $200 for a checkup and clean to work with Anderson on my smile. I am over the moon happy. I lost my original mouthguard to someone else not communicating Easter break, and now I have found an ever better mouthgaurd place and a better dentist! He even fit it to my wisdom teeth which the last guy didn’t. I am so lucky.

Fantastic experience: Extremely impressed with the quality of service from on the phone, to reception, to sitting in the chair and leaving. Affordability was my biggest concern given the time of year it is but they provided tooth extractions at a very affordable price. I’ve also had terrible dental experiences, highly traumatic with tooth extractions and numbing, however my dentist today unfortunately I didn’t get his name, however he was awesome! Great communication, patient but very efficient and quick. Staff are so professional and polite. My partner and I will definitely keep this practice as our regular Dental moving forward.

Fantastic experience: I have always been very nervous with dentists from a very early age after several bad encounters and this has persisted to the present day, that is until I had the need to attend Breeze Dental for an excruciating tooth ache. I was fortunate to find a booking on the same day and attended the surgery again with trepidation but knowing I needed the treatment and there was no other option than to face my fears and go. When I arrived at the surgery I was met by the receptionist who had me fill in the medical form and await the dentist. I was then shown into the dental suite by the dental nurse and met Andrea who was going to be my dentist. They were both wonderful and I was at ease straight away. This was very unusual for me but Andrea asked what was the problem and then set about diagnosing the particular tooth involved and what could and could not be done to ease the ache all the time reassuring me. The end point was it had to be removed and the whole procedure and risks were explained to me in a very clear way and what I could expect including the maximum financial cost depending on how it all went. Whilst the tooth took a fair bit of manoeuvring to remove, both Andrea and the nurse always made sure I was ok as it progressed and for me to indicate if I wanted them to stop or it was hurting too much. This continued to ease my anxiety and in the end there was success and the tooth was removed. I would highly recommended Andrea and the whole practice especially if your in anyway nervous or have dental anxiety. They are very calming and understanding and ensure your doing well during the procedure. Thank you to them and I am so happy I have now found a dental practice I can attend and not be anxious and put off attending as I have in the past.

Fantastic experience: Today I came to the dental clinic @4 pm without appointment concerns about my 2 wisdom teeth got holes & a little painful. Dr Anderson was urgently organised time to let me in @ 5:30 then finished a lot thing like X-ray, filling, cleaning…. @ 7:10 pm although the clinic is close at 6. It’s absolutely fantastic support & care for patient. Dr Anderson is amazing, so far the best doctor I have ever seen in 20 years. He is very friendly, kind, patient & gentle to explain everything to make sure I’m understanding 100% before he started his jobs. Fantastic experience: My appointment from a different dental clinic cancelled last minute this morning, so I called in at Breeze Dental earlier today at 8:30am to ask if they can book me in ASAP because of the pain from my wisdom tooth. I need two wisdom teeth to be taken out. Told them my situation and I was surprised that the quotation they gave me was way affordable than the one that got cancelled. Lisa the receptionist was very kind and lovely. Dr. Anderson was wonderful and did an amazing job on the surgery. Extracting two of my impacted wisdom tooth perfectly was done in less than an hour✨ Right now the pain is subsiding from the surgery✨ It’s an 11 out of 10 Experience! Service is great and efficient! Every appointment has been pain free due to their great work and as I had a fear of dentistry, this has gone now that I have found a dentist that I trust. Negative experience: overpriced

Fantastic experience: I took my 9yr old son to see Dr Anderson to have a tooth extraction. My son was really anxious, but Dr Anderson and his assistant Kuljit were lovely to him, so patient given his fears and resistance all the way to the end. I recommend Dr Anderson for children.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Van Nguyen at Breeze dental for a 3-4 months now and I cannot express just how much of an amazingly professional dentist and honest person he is. I had been traumatized by years of different dentists giving me misleading information about what best treatment plan to follow. Thousands of dollars and many years wasted I had given up on finding a dentist that would help me without trying to line their own pockets through unnecessary procedures and advice. Dr. Van in the short time I have been his patient, has helped me enormously. He has put me on a treatment plan which is affordable and time efficient. What I appreciate most is that he has been very transparent about the reasons why each step of the treatment plan is necessary. I highly recommend Breeze Dental and in particular, Dr. Van, if you are looking for a regular dentist. So far I have had 4 procedures and each one has been pleasent and painless (I even had to have a tooth pulled). Thank you doctor for everything you have done for me :) Kenichi

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment at breeze dental as my partner insisted me to go as i had not been in a couple of years and she thinks i have some holes. When i arrived i was greeted by all the friendly staff which made me feel very comfortable. I was seeing Dr Niall Quigley, he was a very approachable guy and made me feel very comfortable straight away as he chatted for quite some time prior to the appointment. He made me feel like i wasn't just another patient but that i was another person. He then spent his time with me taking photos and X-rays then giving me a very comprehensive examination. He then sat me by the computer explaining everything in great detail which made me understand that i had more then a couple fillings, and showed me the holes on the x rays and photos. The treatment was painless, i did not feel the needle at all and i could tell he took great pride in his work. Everyone at breeze dental work great as a whole team, and i would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone i know. 10/10

The dentist my kids go to and I had been to once before was closed so I looked and looked and found breeze dental and have not looked back since . Dr Niall and the team at Breeze Dental is awesome he has helped me so much my teeth are looking great he has taken so much of his time to make my smile the best it can be . He is gental and explains everything and always does his best to accommodate even the worst of clients like myself . I highly recommend him and am so greatful that no one else was avaliable that day my tooth broke .
