Fantastic experience: Hubby and I both after a health transformation, decided to get a consult from Dr Fady at the Richmond dentist for niggling issues with our teeth. Post children my teeth had shifted, chipped and I just needed some advice. After meeting Dr Fady, and his amazing likeminded and helpful team, I didn’t even bother getting a consult elsewhere. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our smiles, and it has (tacky as it sounds changed our lives). Dr Fady is passionate and just a great person all round. You will soon learn to love his playlists as there is always music playing. His front of house team Cartia and Cassie were always a pleasure to chat to. At times I had to visit with kids in tow and Cartia happily kept my 1 year old busy. How great. Riya and nurses were so sweet. I can’t fault the place. Being honest visiting a dentist was a nervy experience and that fear is now gone. They are now our go to, we trust them with the whole family’s smiles, and my 4 year old has had her first checkup experience! Thank you a million times over.

Like most people I can find the dentist a tad confronting, however he immediately puts you at ease and checks in throughout the appointment. My teeth are spotless and feel amazing after my clean.

Fantastic experience: I have finally finished my Invisalign journey. Nearly 2 years ago at age of 60 i decided i wanted to fix my bite and correct some imperfections on my teeth. From the start Dr Fady explained everything so that i understood what would happen. End results look great especially after correcting with resin bonding. All staff were really lovely from girls at front reception Cartia and Cassie , Riya the hygienist and Dr chris who did some fillings before I commenced my Invisalign and finally to the main man Dr Fady . Fantastic experience: I came to TRD after having a terrible experience with another dentist in terms of her manner and approach, and the job she done on my teeth. I had paid a lot of money for composite veneers and was deeply unhappy with the results. Dr Chris has given me the results I originally expected and has just been fantastic to work with. He does amazing work to understand and meet the needs and expectations of patients, he will offer professional advice where needed and is always open to making changes and adjustments in such a professional and accepting manner. I am admittedly very particular and fussy about my teeth and he has taken every suggestion seriously that I have put forward and given the work on my teeth utmost attention to detail. I was terrified of the dentist for years after multiple negative experiences to the point that I asked the dentist who done my composite veneers to use anaesthesia because I was so jumpy and anxious, however working with Dr Chris has also changed my experience of being in the dental chair. My experience with TRD and Dr Chris has been second to none- I couldn’t recommend them more.

The team get to know you from a personal level. If I didn't relocate to Sydney, Dr Fady would be my dentist for life!! Fantastic experience: I only wish I found Dr Chris and Resin infiltration sooner!! I’ve had a prominent white patch on one of my front teeth for as long as I can remember. I’ve always been so self conscious of it and even smiled in a way to cover it up. My usual dentist advised the only way to get rid of it was to drill a whole and fill it which I was not keen on doing, I’m so thankful k stumbled across Dr Chris’ Instagram page and enquired about the resin infiltration technique. The results are amazing and it was absolutely painless, all done within a 45 min appointment. It’s made the world of difference, thanks Dr Chris! Fantastic experience: I have been wanting to get resin bonding done on the front top teeth due to the small size and bell shape. My previous dentist kept pushing me to have Porcelain veneers (I'm assuming his resin bonding skills weren't great) but that was not what I wanted. I was recommended Dr Fadi by a good friend of mine and boy am I glad I went to see him. He made me feel super comfortable, listened to my concerns, what I wanted and wasn't pushy, after a few test he confirmed I was the perfect candidate for resin bonding. Went back two weeks later and had the bonding done, I was blown away by the results, my teeth are perfect size, shape and most importantly they looked natural - EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. Thank you Dr Fadi for giving me the smile I have been dreaming of for years. You are a superstar and can't speak highly enough of your work.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has spent most of my life avoiding the dentist I was quite anxious about visiting Dr Fady, but I knew from seeing his previous work that it would be worth it for the amazing results he always delivers. Dr Fady could tell that I was quite tense throughout the process but he was very patient and even asked if there was anything he could do to help calm my nerves, which was very caring of him. From the get go Dr fady made me feel extremely comfortable, I initially came to see him for Invisalign. Fantastic experience: Havnt been to the dentist in 7 years because of a bad experience with a different dentist. This created a fear of dentists. I worked up the courage and went to The Richmond Dentist. Well let's say I was back 3 times in 2 weeks and with each trip I was less nervous and more excited to look after my oral health. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Chris Cajili! I’m not one who particularly enjoys visits to the dentist but Dr. Chris was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. I’d gone in under somewhat urgent circumstances as my face had swelled up where I got my wisdom teeth removed by another dentist, over 2 months prior. Dr. Chris was able to quickly diagnose the problem and insisted I keep in touch should there be any additional pain/problems. Such excellent and caring service. By far the best dentist I’ve ever been to, and such an easy, seamless experience.

Negative experience: I never take time to post negative reviews, but I wish I never found the Richmond dentist as it as been a literal nightmare for me - I have spent close to $13,000 on my teeth with the richmond dentist and I am mortified with my results. I don't want people to waste their time (taking multiple days off work) and money. I got my teeth done for my wedding and I didn't even end up smiling for my wedding photos which breaks my heart. While Dr Fady is a very nice person, I am immensely disappointed and upset with my experience of getting veneers. The assessment, planning and initial consultation before getting my veneers was a very positive experience at the Richmond dentist. I did my research, read reviews and that is why I decided to choose them to help me with my smile makeover. The day when my veneers were suppose to be inserted, I get a phone call from the clinic asking me to come an 1hr earlier - I did the best I could as I was not given much notice and live 1.5hrs away from the clinic. I was only able to make it 20 mins or so earlier than my scheduled appointment. Dr Fady thanked me for coming earlier as he needed more time to squeeze some one else in. I noticed he did rush my veneer insert and rushed me out of the clinic straight after room to make time for this other patient. As a result when I got in the car, there was a big gap in between my two front teeth (was not there in my temps and not apart of my smile design). My heart sank as my teeth looked worse than what they did naturally, I took photos and emailed the clinic that night to see Dr Fady asap as I was planning to head overseas for my wedding. When I did see him, he tried to convince me that "my teeth had moved overnight". Not once prior did he mention I had loose teeth, and I noticed the gap as soon as I got in the car and had a good look at my teeth. He wanted me to pay an additional $600 to fix that tooth. Luckily I had a snapchat photo with a time stamp that proved him otherwise and I was able to not pay that amount. When he did fix it, the problem was even worse and there was major crookedness at the bottom . I have attached both photos - with the gap the at initial insert and with the crookedness at the bottom after he "fixed" it. I have now been to another dentist who fixed this issue for me and it has cost me another $4000 but even still it was hard for them to colour match my 2 front teeth (as they don't know what colours were used in the first place) and there is a discrepancy that I have to live with because I literally do not have the ability to spend thousands on my teeth again. I have spent thousands on my teeth (still paying the loan off) and now more than ever it bothers me off that I paying for something which was a complete waste of money. I do not want other people to go through my horrible experience. I have not been able to smile as I did before I got my teeth done and it has hurt my confidence so much more.

Three years ago, I regrettably travelled to Thailand to get 8 porcelain veneers which resulted in a fake, uneven smile, chipped veneers and damaged gums from the poor dentistry work. Fantastic experience: Over a period of about 4 months Fady completed a gum lift, removed old composite veneers and replaced them with 8 beautiful porcelain veneers on my upper teeth. Throughout the course of my treatment Fady payed incredibly close attention to how I was feeling, my pain levels and overall comfort. From past experiences with other dentists, I have found this kind of treatment is rare. Fady’s approach is more of a teamwork - relaxed, working together, every step of the way to create a finished product that is natural, functional and aesthetically pleasing.
