Fantastic experience: I would absolutely recommend Future Dental to anyone!! I was super anxious to get a checkup after a long time but Dr Amar was so kind and understanding, I had a very thorough checkup and clean and then booked to get my wisdom teeth removed the following week. The procedure was with Dr Anthony and went so smoothly even though I was absolutely terrified I wouldn’t change anything about the care I received, even down to the admin team checking on me throughout my recovery. The price was the lowest I’d found for removal too, although I would’ve happily paid extra for how gentle and kind everyone at the clinic was! My teeth have now healed up perfectly and it’s such a relief to have found a local dentist I can trust and afford. I will definitely be back for future checkups!!

Fantastic experience: Great reception staff, thorough dental work and caring attention afterwards. I rang with a semi-emergency and the reception staff fitted me in then soon called me back with a better time. It was a tricky job, but the dentist made sure I was comfortable throughout and did a thorough job. The next day, I got a call asking how I was and offering any support if I needed it.

Fantastic experience: I recently switched to Future Dental from another clinic nearby and the difference is night and day- I'm so glad I switched! The entire staff is friendly & professional, using great communication and responding in a timely manner. They're a preferred provider for my health plan and charge such reasonable rates that my out-of-pocket fee is minimal; my check-up and cleaning appointment was $50 less than at the other clinic. The dentist, Zaid, is personable and knowledgeable, and he listened to my preferences and needs regarding my care. Instead of trying to "upsell" costly procedures I may or may not benefit from, he created a prioritised plan just for my situation. I highly recommend Future Dental Centre.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Sarmad for a veneer procedure, and I am compelled to share what a great experience I had. If you are considering veneers, I would not go anywhere else but to Dr. Sarmad. From start to finish, he made sure I understood everything as I was very unsure at first, but after the consultation I knew straight away he was the right man for the job.

I came across a procedure called bioclear and this is the only clinic in Australia that I can find that has this procedure which is very surprising because Australia usually is so behind to get things to the market. I've been insecure about my black triangle for a very long time now. I have considered all other procedure such as veneers gum draft etc which cost a fortune. This procedure is extremely affordable and works so so well. For my experience, I can say it gets the benefit of getting that perfect smile like veneers (in my view) but staying very natural, all thanks to Dr Sarmad, who not only corrected the black triangle, but also going beyond to make sure my overall smile was perfect with the extra effort of shaping my teeth, a 11/10 satisfaction. If you are looking for perfectionist practitioners for dental cosmetics with a natural look/style, this is the place to go. And thank you to the receptionist staff. She was so on top of everything, very thoughtful and mindful. I definitely found my long-term dentist now.

Fantastic experience: I am a 51 year old woman who works in an industry where my job relays on me to communicate face to face with people. When my teeth started falling out I was devastated. When learning my fate that all my teeth needed to be removed I was petrified. I am highly anxious of the dentist and the numbness that comes with the removal of teeth. I was referred to Future Dental to see Dr Sarmad by my denture guy Mark at Advanced dental Clinic. I was sceptical at first but, Dr Sarmad made me feel so relaxed and reassured me that everything will be fine. When he explained everything in detail and mentioned the option of being completely asleep during the procedure I immediately felt less anxious. Dr Aly, the anaesthetic doctor made me feel relaxed and comfortable. His nurse, Vivienne that was by my side was simply amazing. When I received a follow up call the next day I thought that was a beautiful touch. I also received a text from Dr Aly, it’s the small touches that make a difference! From the reception staff to the dentists I highly highly recommend Future Dental to anyone who suffers extreme anxiety when attending the dentist. I have some sweeping which is to be expected but the pain is minimal. They have given me a new lease on life. I can now smile again :)

Negative experience: Visited the dentist here today. He was very professional and helpful but I’m afraid the receptionist needs to do her job a bit better. I was told by her that I could get a payment plan to get my teeth removed over the phone so I made an appointment to get an consult and quote to get this process started. Once meeting the dentist, getting my X-rays and told my quote I was then told there was no payment plan to offer unless you have afterpay or zip pay. Very unprofessional of the receptionist to do this as I feel I wasted $120 for a quote that I cannot go further with due to the costs as I had only came here due to her telling me the wrong thing. In this day with everything going on you would think dentists would be more lenient with how expensive everything is I definitely won’t be back sadly

Fantastic experience: If you’re after a solution to black triangles and wanting to preserve your natural teeth consider seeing Dr Sarmad for bioclear - he and the team delivered amazing results and I couldn’t be happier! I came to get bioclear done to fill some black triangles that had developed after having braces. From the initial consult he was extremely informative, professional and approachable. Everything was clear and transparent in terms of cost and expectations, which is great for over-worriers like me. The actual procedure itself was smooth, uncomplicated and painless. I was shocked at how good and natural my teeth looked after. In conclusion I highly recommend Dr Sarmad and the team for dental work and advice, where you feel like they actually care and look after you.

Fantastic experience: Dr Michelle Z was absolutely amazing!!! I had both my two boys who are 4 and 2 go visit her. Unfortunately they both had cavities that needed fillings, and no dentist has been able to get close enough to be able to do a proper clean or fill them. Dr Michelle was so gentle, patient, precise, quick and sweet they got everything they needed done. I couldn’t believe it! I know how much parents need a great dentist for their kids - Dr Michelle is definitely the one to go to! I’ll be getting my braces next with her! Thank you again Michelle you wonderful!!! 20/10!

Fantastic experience: Came all the way from Darwin to Melbourne just to get the bioclear treatment done. The result was amazing! I had few black triangles after the Invisalign treatment because of overlapping teeth and the shape of my teeth. I did research on different ways to fixing black triangles, such as pinhole surgery, gum grafting, etc. And bioclear was the most suitable for my case. Dr. Sarmad was incredible. He was super professional and friendly. Like he said, more people should know bioclear. I will prob visit Melbourne frequently from now on! Thank you Dr. Sarmad and other staff. Lucy fainted after her first vaccination and the response from the staff was extraordinary. What was even more amazing was that when we returned for her 2nd vaccination they remembered her, and put in place several things to make her feel more comfortable. Thank you, this was fabulous service and the clinic should be proud of the level of care they provide.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental team at Future Health! Dr Sarmad is highly professional, personable, and very respectful of your comfort levels both during and after procedures. Another dentist I'd seen elsewhere had referred me to have my wisdom teeth removed surgically as they were so impacted, but Dr Sarmad was able to do the procedure in chair at half the cost. His gentle, kind nature helped put my nerves at ease, and he took the time to explain each step of the process, including costs and what to expect afterwards. The dental assistants are lovely, and the added bonus of noise-cancelling headphones while watching netflix makes for an enjoyable experience- something that I thought I'd never say about going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Best ever dental experience staff are very helpful and genuine . Dr Sarmad is patient, explains everything simply and is really gentle. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Negative experience: I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment, sat there for 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, was never called in. I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be, and in response was asked why i was attending a doctor (not something you generally want to discuss both in a waiting room with others present, or with someone who isnt a doctor?) I was then told that the patient before me was taking longer than expected but that i would be next, and then someone else was called. at this stage, having waited for almost an hour, i left. I suffer from anxiety and had previously booked a phone appointment given the COVID situation, which was confirmed,I then received a call and had this appointment cancelled and was told that I needed to attend- I was then ignored completely when i did attend. I cannot necessarily speak to the quality of the medical professionals here, (not for lack of trying) but customer service is atrocious. Being a medical receptionist myself I'm aware of possible delays etc and more than willing to wait if kept up to date but to be completely ignored for near to an hour and then have my motives for attending questioned in a public space seems dubious. Nobody attempted to stop me leaving, rebook me, or call me to follow up afterwards either, though I have no doubt having received this feedback form that the fees will still have been claimed through medicare despite not actually providing a service.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had two appointments with Dr Anthony Michalopoulos in the past week and am already confident in his work. The first was for my first checkup with this dental practice (moved after having poor dental work elsewhere). I can honestly say I have never in my life had such a thorough check up. He took pictures of my teeth to show me areas of concern rather than other clinics that blindly tell you what’s wrong and what’s urgently going to cost you hundreds/thousands of dollars. He was thoughtful of my current financial situation and helped me plan what was urgent and what could wait until I could afford the treatment. He also walked me through long term plans to improve my smile (invisalign, shaping, bonding). I went back for my second appointment yesterday and had two fillings. Both Dr Anthony and the dental nurse were gentle throughout and very thorough. As far as I can tell, he really did an impeccable job. Two very deep fillings that aren’t even visible, perfectly blended with my natural teeth. Slightly nervous I might need a root canal in the future, but hopefully these fillings will last. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Great place for both medical and dental attention. You can book appointments online. GP is very kind and thorough. Dentists and nurses are very professional and understanding. They even had noise cancelling headphones and netflix, for you to relax whilst the dentists work!

However, what is surprising is how easy it is to communicate with him and his staff ( special shout out to my favourite chika Roxanne), how relaxed the environment is and that I actually look forward to my visits. It is with no hesitation that I would recommend Future Health & Medical to anyone looking for a quality Dentist you can trust! P.s you can watch your favourite Netflix series while they deal with the lifetime of neglect which is your mouth. If you need a suggestion they are also pretty versed in some good series. I show up for my appointment only to be told that i don't have any appointment booked although i booked for one. My time was wasted and no help was given whatsoever. Do not recommended. Fantastic experience: The front desk staff, dental assistants, hygienists and Dr Sarmad are all passionate and caring about providing for their patients. This is the dentist you want to visit if you are afraid or nervous of dental work, as you will instead become someone who is happy to visit each year simply for the pleasure of seeing the staff! I had the usual checkup, and x-rays, and then two wisdom teeth removed, a clean and a filling, and finally a splint made. The cost was extremely reasonable given the extensive work and they were accommodating in regards to appointments. I'd never had a filling before and people had told me that the sound of the drill upsets them. However, at Future Dental they place headphones on and you watch tv while they do the work! I'm not a fan of needles, and they were extremely good at providing the local anaesthetic in a manner where I barely felt anything - in fact, I actually felt nothing with the exception of the inner gum and true to Dr Sarmad's word it was two seconds of a slight pinch sensation and done. My partner has had terrible experiences with dentists and I worry about his dental health, but I will be sending him here and feel like this will be the turning point for him to regain confidence in dentistry again. You won't find anywhere better.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this medical centre for a few years the medical treatment is second to none. The doctor here actually listens to you and always helps. DENTAL review: two weeks ago I visits the dentist here needing a bridge for my front tooth. On first visit the dentist explained all my options, I decided what I wanted and he took no hesitation to get started. Two weeks later I have a full smile again. VERY impressed with the treatment. Equally as good as the medical treatment. highly recommend.

Negative experience: Had high hopes cause of amazing reviews. My appointment was at 1.30 and I got there 10 minutes early. Receptionist who was smoking outside the health centre told me they'd be open in 10 minutes. Went in at 1.30, waited until quarter to. I was on my lunch break so I asked the receptionist when I would be seen, she said I'll just text the doctor and see where they are. Wow. The biggest thing for me was staff smoking outside the health centre. Totally unproffessional.

Fantastic experience: Very nice and friendly doctor, gives you the time you need and is very knowledgeable , great to have her around!

Negative experience: This was the worst doctor I have ever visited. The reception staff were lovely and the clinic overall was actually very welcoming. I dont know exactly who the GP was that I saw that day but she had me in the room for about 20 seconds, then answered her mobile phone and told the person on the phone to wait 30 secs until shes done with her patient (me) she then kept this person on the phone and finished my consult. I was basically rushed out of the door, too sick to really protest against any of this. I'd say I was in her room for all of about 2 minutes. I will never be visiting again. I also don't appreciate my personal medical history being discussed on google. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: We have been to lots of medical centres since our pregnancy and birth of our baby, however we will never go to anywhere else but to Future Health with Dr Hanan. She is super caring and treated us like family. The place is super clean, there is ample off street parking and it's close to public transport and we will always come back.

Fantastic experience: I have never given a review for a medical professional before because if I have felt the need to say something unfortunately it has not been good. However in this case, it is the total opposite. I began seeing Dr Hanan Al-Alo around 2 years ago due to the surgery being close to my home. Now, I would simply travel from wherever I was residing. Hanan & Suzie her receptionist are like part of my extended medical family. Having a GP that makes you feel comfortable & you can trust is paramount but what impresses me more is her lack to needlessly watch tap, as a lot of GP,s do. She listens to you & does not care how long it takes & she is not money or Medicare driven! I love her sense of humour, her humility & her kindness. She truly is a credit to her profession & an absolute gem of a find to me. 5 stars!
