Fantastic experience: A very friendly and helpful dental clinic. Dr. Anita Lam and her team are very considerate and accommodating, putting patients’ interest and well being as their foremost priority. This is the best dentist team that I have ever met.

Fantastic experience: Dr Anita Lam is the best Dentist, she is so gentle and professional. Also the admin team is so kind, helpful and supportive as they always send reminder emails, text messages and phone calls. When I couldn’t attend the appointment for some reasons, they would just reschedule my appointment or give me a ring when there’s a cancelled booking that I could take.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I felt very comfortable to have our teeth regular check up and the teeth cleaning today done by Dr Anita Lam. Her knowledge n technique is very professional. Her hands handling the cleaning tools on our month was very gentle made us feel great during the procedure. We found the dentist operator room was very clean n tidy. The equipment is advanced. The bed was comfortable to lie down n can request a pillow put it under your neck. Also The dentist assistant was very good to assist the dentist on her side. The receptionists were very friendly and the reception area is big made u have a warm n comfortable feeling sitting on the chairs to relax. We all happy with their whole services.

Fantastic experience: Dr Anita Lam has been treating an elderly friend of mine for the last year. My friend is very anxious but Dr Lam has made her feel very comfortable. All the other staff there are very caring and efficient, too. I would recommend this practise to anyone.

And I am so satisfied with the choice and happy that I found the right place. Dr Zhi Chyi Tan is very professional and patient, I am very comfortable leaving my tooth health in her hands. You could trust her and this clinic for sure.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, takes a long time, violent and has poor technique. Fitting a retainer to hold an open mouth in place can cause inflammation and bleeding of the gums, which can cause pain for days and can be very expensive.

Negative experience: Dr Anita is my Dr and the boss, but I can’t suggest any friend to go to this clinic as she’s not professional for a higher technique work such as porcelain teeth, it took her the whole day to make it in another room but left me alone had nothing to eat , didn’t even drink any water from last night, I found she was having meal break when I almost faint and still waiting for her…and then she made a wrong color tooth…Finally she stick it into my mouth and there’s a gap between the tooth and the gum… She said she can’t fix it this time…This was the 3rd time I booked as the earliest patient for porcelain tooth but each time she said there’s only 30Minutes for me, even after I emphasized that to book it longer before the 2nd time,still she just let me wash the tooth instead, waste of too much of my time and the result is no good.

Negative experience: Worst dentist ever, not even check about your insurance coverage before start and Doctor Dai(sounds like this) (Female doctor) (come here last year)will charge you full price 95 dollars, when she only clean a half range of your teeth. And manager will tell you that is their rule, even you only clean one tooth, they will still charge you full price. (95 dollars) Don’t go.

Negative experience: Had the worst experience recently with Dr James. My regular dentist recently left the clinic and I had a couple of fillings to do. With all the other dentists busy, I was advised to go with Dr James, but that was the worst experience I ever had and I have had a lot of dentist before. First of all, there was a huge lack of chemistry with him and his assistant, it seemed like they both didn’t know what to do at certain points. Secondly for a couple of fillings, I was in the seat for 1 and a half hour! Not even once was I asked to take a break. I had to request for a break after 1 hour of having my mouth wide open. And lastly, I felt that sometimes even the dentist himself was sure about what he was doing. He hesitated about some things and didn’t seem confident of what to do, for only fillings. I’m seriously concerned whether he even did the job properly, and to be charged such amount of money too. That was the most stressful experience I ever had.

I’ve been there a couple of times for dental clean and root canal treatment, Dr.Zhi Chyi Tan always look after me and explain about my situation in great detail:) I also appreciate the lovely teammate Leo and Daryl in front desk, they’ve always been so awesome and professional especially when I got a bit concerned about my insurance. Negative experience: 其实不太理解为什么洗牙要用牙线。 用牙线洗牙是可以节约成本吗？ 而且非常用力，搞到牙龈出血，然后就会说 你有牙周病。。 我感觉我要是再继续去的话，我肯定不止牙周病，我感觉我牙都得被牙医用牙线拔掉了。

Fantastic experience: Great team of friendly dentist who care. Preferred private health insurance provider for my bi-annual check up. Been seeing Dr Anita Lam for many years now and always come out of my cleaning appointments with smooth teeth! I've sent my friends and family to this clinic too who have seen Dr James, Dr Tan and Dr Pang, and they all tell me they are happy with their treatment. Just need to send someone to see Dr Ethel who I am sure is fantastic too! Can't go wrong here.

Except some issues i over comes with my own research and recommendation from friends. They tried their best to fulfill our needs. Above all for filling and general dental, they are pretty good on their skills and workmanship.
