Fantastic experience: Dr Sarah has done a wisdom tooth surgery for me today from 2pm to 3.10pm. So comfy And Relax. No pain at all. The surgery has been done under local anaesthesia and nitrous oxide. Very professional performance. They have treated me so well and patiently during the surgery and also after the surgery. Definitely will introduce them to all my friends.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wong and Dr. Yick are some of the best dentists I've visited, incredibly professional, knowledgeable and kind. I don't feel uncomfortable and stressful at all during several 1h+ procedures. They took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the procedure and answer all of my questions, putting any concerns I had at ease. Other staffs are professional and helpful as well. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and made to feel comfortable. Seeing a dentist was very stressful to me before, but my experience at Kingsford Dental was quite pleasant. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped, which further adds to the overall positive experience. The attention to emphasis on patient comfort are truly commendable. In addition to the excellent dental care, I really like the efficiency of the appointments. I never felt rushed, yet the appointments were well-paced, and I didn't have to spend excessive time waiting. Imo it's one of the best dental clicics in Sydney for both adults and kids. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had a really awesome first experience with Kingsford dental. Booking was easy, reception staff were polite and Dr Sara was great! She was very thorough and informative and did a good clean of my teeth. I was given a quote beforehand so I knew exactly what the out of pocket expenses were in addition to what I could claim against my private health. My first exp with a Medibank advantage dentist in Clovelly had been absolutely awful so I was very relieved to find that there were actually genuinely good dentists at Kingsford dental for my second attempt at using a Medibank covered dental. Thank you for providing a quality service.

He is also very gentle and interactive with my child, who used to be afraid of visiting the dentist. She loves dental visits now because of Dr Alex. The cost is also very reasonable. Fantastic experience: Before COVID me and the kids used to see Dr Sarah and Dr Terence. They are so nice. The kids love them. After the lockdown was finished we started going back and saw a new dentist Dr Alex. I didn't know if he was going to be as good but if it's possible he's possibly even kinder and gentler! The nicest people, go here you won't regret it.

She really is great and also super nice and attentive, takes the time to take you through the steps etc. I also had an implant done with Dr Wong and procedure went very well, no issues at all. All the dental assistants are super lovely and the receptionists, Ally and Sandy, go beyond to help you sort any issues w insurance booking etc etc, are fantastic. Highly recommend Kingsford Dental.

She has always been so patient and kind, empathetic to her patients. I am very grateful for that I have her to look after my dental health. All the clinic staff(literally everyone whom I have encountered over the past few years) has also been very professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I went to Kingsford Dental to treat a toothache. Dr Alex checked and treated my toothache by gentle wisdom tooth removal. He carefully explained about periodontal disease to me. I am happy for how the treatment was clearly explained and conducted.

Negative experience: ** Response to your comment back: all you would have to do is turn off the machine you were going to use for me - not a crisis. Do NOT turn it back on your customer saying that I am feeling "negative." Your TEXT MESSAGE was inappropriate, never seen a clinic conduct their communication in this way. Happy I switched to a different dentist. Cancelled my appointment the night before due to personal issues and I received a very unprofessional text message from this clinic saying that I caused a "major disruption" to their clinic. Did not know that the cancellation of ONE SINGLE appointment would cause the end of the world. If you do not expect sudden cancellations or even no shows then you should not be taking bookings or even running a business. So unrealistic and rude. They claim to be fully booked all the time. Sounds like more of a complaint of losing money and greed for them than anything.

Fantastic experience: I had Dr Terence to treated my achey chipped tooth, he was very friendly and gentle. He explained my situation clearly and give me options that suits my circumstances. You can tell that all the equipment is clean and new, I didn't have to move from my chair for X-rays, you even get the results on the screen straight away (so convenience!!!) Booking appointment is very easy and flexible, took me less than 5min. Crystal was the one that helped me book the appointment and she even taught me how to brush my teeth correctly. She is very polite, friendly and even send me a reminder 1 hour before my appointment. So if you are late or early, they can always adjust your appointment to your schedule. For prices, I feel like it is a fair price since all dentist are expensive in Australia. If you have private health fund, use it and let the receptionist know because they will help you how to claim it. The location is definitely convenience for students and non-driver(since parking is harder now days) there is a bus stop right in front of the office with lots of buses to city or Randwick. FYI, nobody even knows that I had chip tooth since it looks so natural and the treatment was fast. Definitely recommended to anyone who have emergency dental problem.
