Negative experience: Supposed to be open on Monday at 2.47, it was closed

Negative experience: This company will take your money and ruin your smile. They ground my front teeth down without proper warning or procedure, and wont fix it. Absolutely zero ethics. They should be shut down. I'll be taking legal action.

Fantastic experience: Lots of covered parking - free for 3 hours. Many shops, lifts as well as escalators and travelators - very accessible.

I’m a Smile member; the practice honours that membership discount, so in concert with my insurance the bill didn’t hurt and the surgery hurt even less.

Negative experience: This dentist is cheap, but you get what you pay for. I had no issues for simple clean and check procedures, and getting a referral to an oral surgeon to have my wisdom teeth removed. I had two fillings here, one of which was fine, but the other was an absolute nightmare. The actual procedure took over an hour and the dentist couldn't work out how to numb me. She gave me so many needles of anaesthetic that the inside of my mouth had sores and my face was numb for hours afterwards, but I could still feel the drilling and was in pain for most of the procedure. The filling caused a problem with my bite and that gave me a jaw ache, so I had to come back to have it adjusted. To their credit, they did this for no extra cost. It's been a few days since the adjustment now, and the tooth is sore and the filling feels rough/sharp on the edges. I am hesitant to go back a third time and am thinking I might just find another dentist to have a look at it. Overall, this dentist is affordable and fine for a simple check and clean. But if you need any work done, I wouldn't recommend it.

Negative experience: Not good, I had to have a tooth removed so an x-ray was taken, so I went ahead, but the tooth was infected. This should have shown on the x-ray I was not informed of this, anaesthesia does not work on infection. One half of the tooth and root could be extracted and another booking made in a week to finish the job. So for the last six days I was in constant pain, and the antibiotics weren’t working I left the surgery with no pain relief offered, I went to my regular dentist and had what only I can described as a botched procedure fixed , they inserted a temporary seal to stop the bleeding before I left. All I was given at Tooth Booth was a couple pieces of gauze to stuff into the area to stop the bleeding, this didn’t work. And I have now paid double what I should have. It’s not the money, it’s just the lack of care and attention compared to my usual dentist. Can’t wait for the reply I wonder if they will offer a full refund and apologise for the pain and inconvenience caused.

This is the best dental treatment I have ever experienced and I am truly grateful for the considerate and caring treatment I received from all staff. I thank you all very much. I had an extraction. This was carried out efficiently, and honestly pain free. I have suffered ptsd from dental treatments in the past but I can say that today my treatment has given me the confidence to attend this dentist again. I do not say that lightly. I was truly impressed and so was my wallet.

Fantastic experience: I am a happy customer who has been attending both the Indooroopilly and the Chermside stores for the past few years. For people like me who don’t have insurance they’re services are reasonably priced and their manager Priya always offers the highest level of customer service. On one occasion I did have an issue with a year old crown but they replaced it for free so I really have nothing other than great things to say about Priya and my dentists.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a tooth extraction and the dentist seeing me was nothing but wonderful she talked me through the process explaining what's going to happen now and what's going to need to happen later down the track. Overall she made the experience of seeing a dentist very positive. I definitely recommend this dentist to anyone new seeking a dentist.

I very rarely leave reviews on customer service but in this case I have chosen to write one as she certainly goes above and beyond to ensure one is happy with the service they are providing. Negative experience: AVOID THAT PLACE! I visited Tooth Booth Dentist at Indooroopilly for a filling replacement. I booked my appointment for Saturday, a week before Easter. After 3 hours, a part of my new filling fell out, so I sent them a message. They contacted me following Monday, saying that they could fix it, but I had to see the same dentist who has done the job. The problem was that this particular dentist was working on Saturdays only. As there was Easter coming, my next possible appointment was in 2 weeks. I tried to explain that I really could not wait two weeks with a hole in my tooth, given the fact that the sharp part was extremely irritating my tongue. All they said was that I had to wait. Otherwise, if I would see another dentist at their practice to fix my filling, I would have to pay. I said I had already paid $340 for the poorly done job and I was not going to pay again. I contacted them several times, as my tooth was really irritating me. But they kept repeating that I had to either wait until my dentist would come back, or to pay again if someone else will do the job. Thus, I asked for money refund, so I could go to another dental practice. They said they could not give me any refund until my dentist would see me, so she could assess my tooth. They finally offered me an appointment with the next available dentist. What they ‘’forgot’’ to say was, that this appointment would not fix my filling, but it was just to have a look and assess my tooth. If I wanted to fix it for free, I STILL HAD TO WAIT and see my dentist. Therefore, I had to cancel this useless appointment, which would just waste my time without fixing the problem. I had no other option than just to wait for my dentist to be back at work. After two weeks of waiting, they sent me a message in the early morning that they had to cancel my appointment because my dentist had some emergency at home and could not come that day. I called them back really upset, as I really could not wait an additional week. There was another woman on the phone who said that of course I did not have to wait to fix this up, but I could see any dentist who was available asap. She explained that I did not have to pay anything extra for seeing another dentist as it was all covered under their warranty in their practice. Like, SERIOUSLY? What was that two weeks comedy about then? After my complain, they ATTACKED ME with a very shocking and ridiculous email, saying that my ‘’review was unfair and very false’’. They were making excuses due to lockdown and accused me of lying, saying that they offered me several appointments. Yes, there was a lockdown, but it lasted only 3 days, while my tooth took over 2 weeks of waiting to be repaired. It is also true that they offered me an appointment, which I cancelled. But it was JUST BECAUSE they insisted I could come only for another dentist to assess my tooth, not to fix it for free. The problem was not the appointment, but MONEY. They suddenly wrote they ‘’never told their patients that they were going to be charged again for treatment that had only just been done'', and that they just ‘’wanted to have a look to make sure it was the same tooth that was treated, and if not, then only a charge would be put through if it was a completely different tooth''. This was a big LIE! They had never told me this before. Secondly, did they think I was stupid, not knowing whether it was the same tooth or not? Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they were just attacking me, no empathy, nil apology, just changing the facts how it suited them! SHAME ON YOU! To summarize, I had been waiting 2 weeks for no reason, with the hole in my tooth, in pain, JUST because their workers had obviously no idea how their practice works. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. They behave very nicely and professionally before you pay. But after paying, if there is any issue, THEY DO NOT CARE and treat you like rubbish, like there was nothing more important than money! Moreover, after everything, I still had to visit another dental practice, as their job was really poorly done!

She remembered who I am with every visit made to the clinic and went out of her way so I could complete my treatment by following up on a finance application. She was efficient and took care to let me know what was happening, with X-rays done really quickly and the whole appointment being smooth. It’s pretty simple but giving me short breaks to close my mouth was really comfortable. Was a great dental experience and for $99 I’ll be going back

My fillings are very deep but the dentist did such a good job. it had no pain or sensitivity after - which is not what usually happens after I visit a dentist.

Negative experience: BEWARE!!!! Do not use these guys. They do very dodgy work and don't take responsibility for their malpractice. Seriously find somewhere else to go or you will end up regretting it.

Negative experience: So I had done my research online so I went to go visit tooth booth Indooroopilly. Got there and no one was at the reception but 2 ladies laughing as they came to the desk, an younger blonde lady and Dr Sharon I’m pretty sure. They were absolutely rude, snobbed me as they were still talking rudely about co-workers. I stood there for a good 3-4mins waiting. The younger lady finally talked to me but I have a disability and a lisp, and she was giggling as I spoke to her. So I left. Most uncomfortable I have ever felt. Ruined my whole day.

Fantastic experience: After moving away from home from my usual family dentist, I was nervous about finding a new dentist with same level of care and I definitely have found it with Tooth Booth! The customer service is second to none, clean facility and very easy to get to! Would def recommend!

Fantastic experience: I am AMAZED with the results of my recent experience at The Tooth Booth at Indro! I took advantage of a special they had offered for teeth whitening, and I seriously could not be any more pleased with the results. I look after my teeth for the most part, but as we can mostly all attest to, felt that they could be looking a bit whiter and sparkle more. From the second I stepped foot inside the clinic, the staff there took care of me. Kudos to all the staff from this clinic as they truly provide exceptional customer service. I have had my teeth whitened at a few places throughout the years, but it took The Tooth Booth to finally feel comfortable with the processes and results to make me a life long customer! I will never go anywhere else and will be checking back in about 6-12 months from now for my next appointment, but so far, so good! Thanks guys!

Negative experience: The staff at this practice are so rude and defensive. Just have a look at their responses to bad reviews on here! Rather than taking feedback on board to improve, they try to claim you are reviewing the wrong place or shame you. They are over priced and provide zero customer service. Find another dentist.

Fantastic experience: So nobody wants to be a repeat customer at their dentist but my teeth are bad so I am THAT dude. I’d avoided going to a dentist for years but then needed an emergency root canal. I was sceptical about going to a dentist in a shopping centre (although it is very convienent) but they were available. I was pleasantly surprised. No dentist visit is fun but this was surprisingly painless. I agreed to let them fix up my crappy teeth a bit at a time and I’ve been back 4 or 5 times so far because the staff are absolutely wonderful. Dr Amesha is a real professional - polite, nice and very good at her job. I’m a nervous patient and she’s handled my nerves (and one panic attack) with grace. I’ve had very little bruising and pain. I was able to chew properly a day and a half after both my first and second stage root canals. The hygienists I’ve had have been equally competent (unlike previous experiences at other dentists I’ve never been left to drown in my own spit or been poked by the slurpy thing). The reception staff are completely lovely (Priya especially). But nothing equals today’s experience. Adam (I confess I don’t know if he’s the owner or the manager) went totally above and beyond. They’ve been running this special on crowns (of which I need two). They’re normally quite expensive and my insurance has run out for the year, so it was looking like next year (and hope my fillings don’t break). But this month they have a great deal - several hundred dollars off each. Well I was offered this deal a few weeks ago and mistakenly I was told (or maybe I’m wrong about that because I was still a bit dazed from the anaesthetic) that I could arrange to add them to my payment plan now but do the actual crowns later and still get the great price, providing I did this before the 30th of June. I thought about it once I was off the good drugs and it sounded great, but because I’m slack I didn’t get around to following up until today. Turns out that isn’t the way the deal was supposed to work but because I’d been offered it Adam bust a gut to give it to me. He worked out all the financing and I was signing the papers within the hour. He was also really chill about all the extra work this caused him, and my deposit payment messing up twice (very much my fault). So in short (TLDR) Adam is a cool dude, Tooth Booth are excellent dentists and I will very much be a customer of theirs as long as my teeth need help.

Fantastic experience: I have been avoiding going to the dentist for a very, very long time and I decided to bite the bullet and book an appointment. I decided to go with tooth booth Indooroopilly because they were close to my work and had a special offer for new patients. I am so, so glad I did! It was such an easy and pleasant appointment. Everyone was so friendly and super efficient! I was shown photos of my teeth and where I would need some new fillings. While my teeth were being cleaned I just watched the TV and felt very relaxed and comfortable. Then what I needed done and the costs were very clearly explained to me and they helped me set up a payment plan which made getting the dental work I needed possible. I stuffed up with the application at one point and it slowed the process down, but they were so patient and helped me resolve my mistake while engaging me in friendly chat. I am so impressed with their service and how welcoming the environment was. I would and will recommend Tooth Booth to everyone!!

As soon as I walked through the door at Tooth Booth I received a very personalised, friendly, and pain free service. Professional and compassionate. The dentist was very respectful and comprehensive when explaining any questions I had. I went in for X-ray/Check-up/Clean and they managed to fit in two fillings too. Efficient with no rushing anything! I really appreciate it. Thank you for this.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad that I decided to go to the Tooth Booth at Indro Shopping Centre. I've had years worth of Orthodontic treatment done, so it was important for me to have quality dental check/clean and I had some concerns about the health of my teeth/gums. Really amazing customer service, and everyone was so helpful and genuine from when I inquired about the service, to the end after the dental appointment and I felt very comfortable! I had Dr Andrew V who was clearly very experienced and extremely thorough, I appreciated the clear communications throughout the dental clean, him and his team were very professional and friendly. I was so impressed with the results and not only transformed my teeth (which I previously thought there would be permanent stains and other complications with my fixed retainer/condition of my teeth), after the appointment, I was amazed on the improved difference! The price was great for the results and dental services I received (as I dont have private health insurance)!! The front desk team and Adam were really awesome and I highly recommend this place!

Negative experience: I was really disappointed with my first experience here. I had to wait 35 minutes after they had already delayed my original appointment by half an hour, and I understand that sometimes these things happen in the medical industry, so I was happy to wait. However, the dentistry was awful. I have had a significant amount of dental and orthodontic work done in the past at other clinics, and given that this was only a clean, it was far too painful. She was rushed and extremely rough throughout my whole appointment and I now have very painful, bruised and enflamed gums. There are little purple bruises around my teeth and I can't talk or smile without being in a lot of pain. The rest of the clean was not done thoroughly and was at a significantly lower standard than that of the many other cleans/checkups I've had done before at other dentists. I'm now really concerned about my gums and teeth. However, I must say that the staff were very friendly and polite and the receptionist, Priya, in particular was absolutely lovely.

Negative experience: sloppy application of gel from a pen like the ones from the supermarket caused my lips to blister, not happy

Negative experience: Wasted my money paying for X-ray and examination and told to wait for quotes to be done to start my treatment and no one gets back to me. Went there and told them so o had to get another X-ray and exam and had to pay again. Now. I have dental emergency and they said I would have to pay again for another X-ray and exam to get treatment.
