Fantastic experience: We were holidaying in Noosa when I bit into something and broke my tooth. As it was in my smile line, I was quite distressed. My husband rang the clinic and spoke to Dr Nick who got us to come in straight away. It was 4:45 on a Friday night so we couldn’t believe our luck. I was immediately put at ease by Dr Nick and staff by their calm, caring and professional manner. Dr Nick explained each step and a his opinion of what I needed in terms of future dental work. I am thinking of coming back from Victoria to see him, that’s how impressed I was! My husband and I are so grateful and appreciative to Dr Nick and the care he provided and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Gentle Dental at Noosa Civic … especially Dr Joe! I’d avoided the dentist for about a decade and paid the price … literally, but luckily qualified for the release of my super to pay for extensive work required. I’ve so far had 3 crowns and one filling and, although not pleasant like a nice massage (lol), it’s made so much easier with the genuine care, professionalism and perfectionism that’s been taken. Dr Joe has made the experience so much better than I could have imagined and will definitely be making that 6 monthly visit from now on to maintain the great work done. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I wanted to share my story as I set them a huge task. I have neglected my teeth to the point of huge embarrassment. From my very first visit to Gentle Dental at NOOSA CIVIC the ladies at reception helped ease my fear. Absolutely lovely. Joe is a professional, respectful and highly skilled young man. He had a few concerns about the task at hand but talked the whole process through with me to the point I left there with all the confidence I needed to go back and have it done. This was completed yesterday. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: My experience at the gentle dental was that it’s a great place to go for treatment. My comment is that I rang for an emergency appointment asking to see a dentist for a toothache and when I went there and during the appointment I realised I was booked in with a hygienist. I said I didn’t want my teeth cleaned and was told well it’s part of your package so you should. Apparently I was booked in for a $300 package ‍♀️I didn’t book a package. A bit disappointed

Fantastic experience: The best dentist experience I’ve had! I went in with a sore wisdom tooth and Dr Kenway had a look and said it’d have to come out. Within ten minutes, everything was all done and the tooth was out with no pain at all! The actual extraction took less than a minute :)

Fantastic experience: I dread going to the dentist! At my routine check, it was discovered that I have a few cracked teeth and that crowns were required. Oh no! Well, I had my first one done this week and I can’t recommend Dr Jason highly enough. He lives up to the name “Gentle Dentist” and he and his assistant kept me talking with little rest stops in between while preparing my tooth. The best bit was being given 15 minutes break while my crown was made using the 3D scan that was taken and having it secured. I walked out of the dentist with my new crown in place. Very impressed and no pain when the local anaesthetic wore off either!! I won’t feel nearly as apprehensive getting the next one done.

Fantastic experience: I had an EMERGENCY late last Thursday afternoon (where my front veneer had fallen off!!! - Trust me, THAT'S NOT GOOD!!!). My usual dentist is 90 minutes away, but now that I live in Noosa, I thought I'd try to find a local dentist. When I called the number, Sarah went above and beyond to get me an early appointment (8:10am Friday), so I'd have my veneer back on before I went to work. You ladies and gent were SO EMPATHETIC, UNDERSTANDING AND HELPFUL!!! I'm MOST GRATEFUL. I have no doubt that I've found my new local dentist. HUGE THANKS to the GENTLE DENTAL team who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me.

The staff are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make the experience of going to the dentist very enjoyable. I ended up seeing Dr. Plum and she is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever seen. Dr. Plum explained everything thoroughly and she has a calming disposition so I felt comfortable and relaxed right away. Dr. Plum's dental knowledge and steady hands gave me confidence that I can trust her advice and trust her for any procedure that I may need. I would highly recommend Dr. Plum to anyone who is looking for a dentist in the Noosa Region.

Fantastic experience: I recently saw Dr. Plum at Gentle Dental in Noosa Civic and the experience was incredible. It was, without a doubt, the most informative and calm dental session I have ever had. From her calming playlist to her bedside manner, Dr. Plum takes the time to get to know you, understand what might be going on and explains the whole process as she takes you through it... and the best part is, she doesn't ask you questions with sharp tools in your mouth! ;)

Fantastic experience: I have only attended once and found everyone very friendly and very informative, I had a check up and clean, I was shown photos of the problems with some of my teeth that need attention in the near future. I was not harassed into spending money and did not have a dental plan worth thousands pushed upon me like so many other dentists. Fantastic experience: Over a period of a few months I had quite alot of work done on my teeth by Dr Charlie Henry who I would highly recommend to anyone. The staff were always super friendly and made going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I bring my mother with alzheimers to this dentist, and they are always extremely gentle and considerate with her. she is absolutely terrified of needles but Dr Charlie is incredible and she says it's the best experience she's ever had with a dentist. he also explains everything to me very well and with great patience (as a carer, I ask a lot of questions!!), which is so helpful for understanding the procedures that are going on and how to ensure mum's tooth health in future, but also to help us weigh up the best options for our budget. the front desk (generally Malita, but everyone I have met here) has also been phenomenal with keeping me updated, and dealing with schedule changes that crop up randomly due to mum's other medical appointments, as well as passing on comprehensive information to me about mum's appointments when I was not in with her and being patient with both our needs. so happy to have discovered this business, and could not recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Love these guys. Now in three locations its so easy to make an appointment that's convenient for me. I also noted that each surgery is equipped with the latest in technology. For me, that's important given that my requirements could be considered complex. I can now achieve complex dental work on the Sunshine Coast rather than travelling to Brisbane at last.

After spending years fearing the dentist and neglecting my oral care, gentle dental has worked with me to gain confidence, over come my fears, and fix the damage I had created in my mouth, while also being mindful of my budget. Fantastic experience: I really don’t like the dentist after a really bad experience when I was younger. All staff made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. I had a fall in the shower and had badly damaged my front tooth and chipped another as well. I was also aware that I needed more work done as well. I was so lucky Charlie Henry and his dental nurse (so sorry I’m bad with names) made me feel so calm, talking me through everything that he was doing and the repairs are amazing. I have had three visits in a week and will continue to get the remainder of my work done here. I was not made to feel bad about the condition of my teeth as I have had done in the past. They are also very well priced. Can’t recommend this dental practice enough and that’s a big thing for me.
