Recently, I visited Measured Dental Care for my routine six-month dental cleaning. During my visit, Dr. Chai casually mentioned that my wife and I have been patients of his for over 27 years. That moment made me pause and reflect; throughout those years, neither of us has lost a single tooth or experienced any unexpected dental issues. That's nearly three decades of pain-free, problem-free oral health—an outcome that speaks volumes about the preventative approach, precision, and dedication of Dr. Chai and his outstanding team. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with warmth and professionalism by the front-desk staff. The clinic is equipped with the latest dental technology, and its appointment system is flawlessly efficient—booking and rescheduling are always seamless. The quality of care, attention to detail, and genuine concern for long-term dental health at Measured Dental Care are second to none. Their pricing is more than fair for the calibre of service you receive. In every respect, they set the gold standard for what dental care should be. Fantastic experience: Had an awesome new patient experience with Dr. Lim at Measured Dental Care. Super friendly, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. In the past I've had dentists/hygienists that seem like they just want to get the job done as quick as possible, even if it means making the clean uncomfortable. Dr. Lim was the total opposite, and when he noticed I was having a bit of sensitivity he switched to a different method and the result was the most relaxed and pain-free clean I've ever had! Really looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, reassuring, listen to what you have to say. Biggest highlights for me were 1. When Chai explained to me why I was having soreness in simple terms and with pictures, followed by what to do. That was life changing and will benefit me for my whole life. 2. When Chai and the assistant openly discussed their thoughts based on my xrays, which let me witness firsthand how the xrays I was paying for, contributed to the whole treatment process. Have had 2 appointments so far, and intend to see them in future. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Professionalism, confidence, patience, consideration, care, gentleness, kindness, concern, exemplary skill, interest and personal focus are amongst the attributes afforded me for the past almost twenty years from Dr Chai Lim and his staff at Measured Dental Care. The practice has been a mainstay in the treatment of my dental needs. Dr Lim’s staff from hygienist, oral health therapist and the welcoming reception team have consistently been attentive, friendly and helpful in any way possible and have successfully maintained a highly professional profile within the practice. I feel very fortunate that on arriving to WA from the East Coast those many years ago, my referral to Dr Lim was one of the best supports established for my interstate relocation. Needless to say, I could not recommend Measured Dental Care highly enough! My sincere thanks to Dr Lim and ALL his team for their care in my dental welfare and at times, my emotional wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: WOW!!! Don't look any further. The people of Measured Dental Care are those rare professionals that people rave about. I have been fortunate that my family could afford great dental care growing up; however, I have struggled to find doctors who provide the same care level and professional knowledge. Dr. Lim and his team are curious, intelligent, and use the latest tools to fix problems efficiently. Dr. Lim looked at an issue I have suffered with for 2 years. Using his wisdom and three simple tests, he was able to identify a problem that other local dentists had dismissed as routine teeth grinding or stress-related. I will admit, it's not going to be cheap, but when it comes to my teeth, I prefer to pay for lasting pain-free quality. Clean office, professional staff, and up-to-date processes. Now that this issue is taken care of, I hope I won't need to visit ever again, but I suppose that I will be happy knowing that I am in good hands with Measured Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: I was impressed with my first appointment at Measured Dental last week. From start to finish, I found all aspects of Dr Chai Lim and his team's service both professional and personal. Pros: Location - Easy to find, easy to park. Clinic fit out - Clean yet comfortable. Not as clinical as most medical set up's with natural light and greenery! The team - From reception to Dr Lim himself everyone was welcoming, helpful, professional and efficient. The service itself - Dr Lim spent the time with me to assess and also explain. Taking time to sit and go through findings and options going forward showed the care he has for patient outcomes and the respect he holds for each individual. Bookings + clarity on pricing etc - On conclusion of my appointment the reception team were helpful in getting my follow up treatment booked in. This was not a 'pushy' process at all and availability seemed quite open to meet my needs. They printed out exact pricing quotes with expected rebates etc for me to view before my next appointment and also were still happy to write my upcoming appointment times down (which I appreciate, despite it not to be common practice in 2020!) All in all I can see why Measured Dental has great reviews. I look forward to continuing my dental care with them into the future!

Fantastic experience: Chai is the best dentist I have ever seen, and I don't say that lightly. I have a mouth full of problem teeth, and suffer from severe anxiety when I have to visit a dentist. I asked my friends for a recommendation for the kindest, gentlest dentist around to help me deal with my fear of being in the dentist chair, and Chai was recommended to me. He put me at ease immediately at our first appointment. He is always considerate to how I am feeling, and is kind and considerate which was my number one requirement. He is also incredibly skilled! I have required multiple fillings and a root canal and I have made it through without panic attacks or agony, and I credit this very much to his calm nature, as well as his assistants and other staff who give an aura of kindness. I have no hesitation in recommending Chai to any person who is looking for a new dentist.
