Fantastic experience: For over the last 4 years I have always received expert professional treatment and supervision and so after 4 years usually cleaning and rarely fillings or more extreme service I can enjoy my original teeth still at the age of 80! I particularly appreciate the work and dental attention from Dr Amrita, my dentist.

Fantastic experience: From a cheerful welcoming greeting / fast -efficient treatment … had a tooth extracted - if it could be classed as a painless experience - it was. Ending with a cheerful farewell.

Fantastic experience: My wife visited for the second time each and found their services (6 month clean and scale, fillings and a veneer) friendly, faultless, objectve and reasonably priced.

Negative experience: Service has definitely gone backwards especially reception. Think twice about coming here. Made an appt online due to an emergency (for wed). Rang the clinic Monday to see if they had anything earlier. Was changed to Tuesday 11. Have arrived to no record of my appt. Receptionist cancelled my appt and didnt schedule the new one despite saying it was booked. This is the second time in a row coming here that I’ve been stuffed around by reception. If you are busy person probably go elsewhere because they love wasting your time.

Negative experience: Recently, an Elderley friend of mine Aged in his early 80's had a Tooth Removed and "Halfway" through the procedure, the Anesthethic wore off !!! & he was in "Extreme Pain", like a "Horror Movie". "Not a Great Outcome" !

Fantastic experience: The consultancy resulted in a plan to redress an expected issue in the near future. While there were no immediate concerns, it seemed prudent to take action now given that this issue was foreseen and would ultimately need remediation. The discussion covered options, costs and procedure times in a calm and relaxed manner, enabling a decision that felt appropriate and effective.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sadiq and his assistant, and reception staff gave top level service. Really impressive efforts on all fronts.

Negative experience: Dr Nasser did not provide accurate assessment, and caused me stress over an issue he exaggerated which was non existent, as I had great teeth. Nearly 3 years later, I've found a new dentist, and been healthy and happy. Awful care and assessment. Also told me that I could get a discount if I agreed to treatments before EOFY, therby inflicting pressure, while minimising the suggestion/effectiveness of non invasive treatments. In the end a qualified Endodontist recommended I needed nothing that Nasser advised. Be careful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Liz and Angelica were both very professional and friendly. I’m glad I tried NDC out. I’ll definitely be back for future check ups.

Negative experience: Extremely overpriced! Got my root canal treatment here. Also, 4 wisdom teeth extracted which weren’t needed in the first place.

Fantastic experience: EDIT: Sadly Dimitri left before I could have a second appointment with him. These guys go through dentists very very quickly! Had a clean and polish with Dimitri, and it was the best dentist appointment I've ever had. Actually checked my jaw and neck muscles before hand, gave plenty of time between cleans and polishes, and most importantly, didn't feel like 99.9% of dentists who just "go through the motions". I think I've found my regular!

Fantastic experience: I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and I’m so glad I chose this dental practice for the procedure. From the consultation to the post-op follow-up, the entire team was professional, kind, and reassuring. The oral surgeon Dr Naser clearly explained the procedure and answered all my questions, which really helped ease my anxiety. On the day of the surgery, everything went smoothly—the Assistant Janet and Dr Naser made sure I was comfortable, and the Local Anaesthetic worked perfectly. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing service, from booking through to leaving the clinic. Dr Liz was very thorough in her explanation and ensure I felt completely comfortable. The receptionist did provide incorrect information about the out of pocket cost for the first visit but the dentist quickly rectified this. It's the best dental experience I had so far.

Fantastic experience: James has always been my hygenist at spring street and he has always been the most caring and positve person in all his dealings with myself and my family. I've had a root canal with a gold crown on top which has been a bugbear eversince it was done with another organisation around 4 years ago. The other day whilst flossing the crown came off so now i knew it was time to remove the remaining tooth. I required an extraction so james recommended that i see cecil. Cecil was absolutely brilliant in his handling of the extraction from the getgo and his utmost care and professionalism was comforting during and after the process. Once done and in just two days the area that the tooth was extracted from felt great and now i'm so happy that once again i will have no ongoing concerns with that Root canal tooth. I highly recommend both james and Cecil at this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to NDC spring street since October 2024 and have been in maybe around 6-8 times the last few months and have had nothing but best experience every time. My Dentist, Dr Liz, has been one of the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is always so transparent with me with what she is doing and goes through the cost with me to make sure that I’m comfortable with the procedures that she does. The receptionists and dental assistants are also so lovely and are all so proficient in their roles! I highly recommend !!

Fantastic experience: I just had a routine check-up and cleaning at National Dental Care on Spring Street, and as always, I was really impressed! The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the clinic has a modern and clean vibe that puts you at ease right away. Dr. Liz took great care of me during the check-up. She is very nice, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The hygienist also did an excellent job, making sure I was comfortable throughout the check-up. I highly recommend their services. The team's professionalism and dedication to patient care really stand out.

Negative experience: We Normally see James and find him to be very good and have no issue with him at all. My son has had his last 3 appointments cancelled at the last minute and on each occasion he has had to cancel his work shifts, the second cancellation came via a text message while he was on the way to Spring st….We have used Australian unity insurance for over 10 years and now are considering moving to another provider as this is not what we signed up for…..

He is up to date with the latest practice and research and you can discuss things such as the affect of certain medications on oral health. Dr Chin also has a strong specialist network.

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue. We brought our 5yo here for a 2nd opinion and was seen by James Medera. What was meant to be an awfully expensive dental plan recommended by another dentist from a different practice, we decided to do our due diligence to get an independent professional opinion and very glad we did. James planned our daughter's treatment over several smaller appointments so that it would not be too daunting for her. She had a tooth extraction done on the chair with just some local anesthetic and this was done meticulously. Despite being an arduous process and all the tears from my 5yo, she still managed to sit through it and came out of it fine. She is still stoked to go for her dental visits and is comfortable with her dentist. Thanks James.
