Negative experience: So If you google "FREE DENTIST CHECKUP PAKENHAM" and BOOK online.. NO PRICE IS EVER SHOWN! Its my fault for "NOT JUST KNOWING" it wasnt FREE! EMBARRASSING AND HUMILIATING. losing my job is hard enough but being spoken too like im the idiot for your targetted google words and BOOKING SYSTEM IS DISGUSTING. DR SHAYLA IS SO LOVELY.. YEAH IF YOU PAY HER ENOUGH. makes me show her on my phone that her website doesn't show any price for checkup qnd talking to dentist. I needed a quote to get my super before my teeth fall out.. IM STRUGGLING ALREADY YOU ARE SO UNKIND DONT USE PEOPLES STRUGGLES IN YOUR SEO STRATEGIES.. i wasnt asking for work to be done just for you to look at my problem and give a price.. when did dentist become the new plumber! Ive never been so upset in my life

Fantastic experience: When I called on Monday and explained my tooth pain I had an appointment the next day and provide solutions for pain management on the Monday. During the appointment I flagged I had a hard stop to leave clinic and the Dental team made every effort to ensure I was able to meet my appointment and cover my dental needs. Very friendly staff from the reception to the dental room. Highly recommended them

Fantastic experience: I've known Dr. Nick since he opened Renew Dental his first clinic in Pakenham six years ago. The dreadful feeling of being at a dentist disappears as soon as you are in Dr. Nick's dental chair. He makes you feel relaxed, and he's patient and gentle in his procedures. Apart from being a great dentist, he's also a great human.

This procedure was practically painless considering the complexity of work required. I didn’t even feel the needles to numb the area first. Very friendly and professional staff. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! I have a huge phobia of dentists, but today i decided to start the journey of healing my teeth, Dr Shayla was super super fantastic! She helped me through all of my ups and downs, she was patient with me and so very kind to me during the entire process!! Even with my phobia, I will 100% be coming back to have more of my teeth worked on. If anyone had phobias of the dentist, I reccomend Dr Shayla! Fantastic experience: Pakenham Dental are great. From the super friendly receptionist to the assistant and especially Dr. Nick, I was given an appointment fast and Dr. Nick was very patient and explained everything that needed to be done for my root canal. He was clear with all my options and the best way forward. He was very gentle and always checking that I was ok. I live almost an hour away and I would rather travel to Pakenham Dental than go to my local dentist. I will definitely keep going back to Dr. Nick and his team.

Negative experience: I went to get a filing. I advised them before I went why I was going. $140 later, no filling, no clean just photos and xrays. Quoted $5k for 1 tooth implant and crown or a maybe filling that might fail and they didnt have time to fill it now. No pensioner concession. This used to be such a great dentist. Not affordable at all now if you're on fixed income. Got quoted $2800 at another dentist for the same thing. Advise, make sure you get a quote before you let them do anything.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nick is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is so gentle and calm which helps to calm the nerves, and the kids feel the same. The dental surgery is exceptionally clean, tidy and orderly. And although sometimes it’s a little hard to get an appointment when I want because it is a very popular dentist, we never have to wait when we arrive!

Fantastic experience: I had a bit of an emergency when my puppy ate my retainer while I was at work. Still wondering how she managed to get to it. Not only did the office get me in within 24 hours to do the mold but Dr Shayla Le had it ready for me the next day by going out of her way to squeeze it into her very busy day. I was in a bit of shock it was done so fast at the time but was incredibly grateful and just had to share. She really went out for me (and I would imagine all her patients) thank you. And here is a photo for reference.

Fantastic experience: Pakenham Dental is a straight forward family clinic without all the fluffy bits. Doctors are all professional and well trained, they don't try to push you into any extras that you don't need. Support staff are also professional and make you feel comfortable during your procedure. Fees are reasonable... I recommend..

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nick from Pakenham Dental is our favourite Dentist, He has excellent skills, very friendly and accomodating especially when I had an emergency dental appointment which I need to fix my filling urgently. He accomodated me the same day and assistant watched my baby (unable to find someone to look after her since it was an emergency) while I had my tooth fix. Very greatful to Dr.Nick's team!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I travel from Doncaster East just to have Dr Nick look after our teeth which is slightly crazy given the abundance of dentists in our area. We do it for the simple reason that we absolutely trust Nick's professional expertise and experience (plus he's a really nice guy!). We both have numerous problems (I have advanced gum disease, hubby's needed an implant, root canal etc) and in those situations you need to know that whoever is looking after you has your best interests in mind, not their hip pocket. Nick is simply the best dentist we've ever encountered and an absolutely decent human being! As an extra bonus, the practise is always very well run with the most lovely, helpful staff. Very, very highly recommended!!!!!

Negative experience: Horrible. 2 teeth extracted and dentist broken the tooth next to them and now can't chew properly. Contacted them about it and no call back or solution offered

Negative experience: Dr Hocking gave me a denture that is 1cm too short I have the worst jaw pain and back of skull pain my over bite is now a underbite which has made me grind my teeth constantly because the bite is under now, its driving me insane and hasn't done any good for my mental health and he made the denture darker than my actual teeth colour! Do not get a denture from this man. # I've since had it measured he made my bite go back 1.4cm PATHETIC!

Fantastic experience: Alan and the nurse I had to extract my wisdom teeth were extremely professional, From beginning I felt they both asked and explained all questions the whole way through procedure, I was very impressed with Alans efficiency and experience proven beyond doubt, The results speak for themselves very little swelling and minimal pain not enough to take any pain killers, Whole procedure I could not fault.

Negative experience: In this clinic Told the dentist lots of pain was in left side but he said wisdom tooth causing the pain so he pulled it out, 2 days later same pain even worse came back went to another dentist said they pulled an intact healthy tooth? WOW.. What an idiot people, all they after is money $$ and they rush also expensive, try pedram dental in fountain gate shopping centre great price and they take good care.
