Fantastic experience: When you first walk in the door the staff always give a warm welcome and listen to your concerns. The Dentist Dr Love Singh is such a great dentist and is always ensures you that you are in control of the visit and can take breaks whenever you feel you need to. I hate the local anaesthetic feeling but is definitely needed to get the job done on some occasions. I definitely recommend going to see this dental surgery if you have dental problems. I find the pricing is fair as well and is not too expensive. Just wish it wasn't so expensive sometimes when you want to save your own teeth they will charge you an arm and a leg. I was quoted $3300. There is now way I can afford to do that and shouldn't have to be forced to choose the removal option just because it is cheaper. I do not see how it costs that much money.

My questions are answered clearly and options for treatment are given without feeling pressured one way or another. They’ve always been more than accomodating when I’ve had to reschedule appointments. If you need dental treatment in the Innisfail area, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I called in and admitted they were not my usual dentist but were there any emergency appointments available as I had been kept awake all night with a tooth ache and would most likely need an extraction. They could fit me in that day with only a few hours wait and as I was giving my details to the receptionist Dr Lo came out and confirmed he knew my brother. As he had a spare moment he saw me immediately to confirm my self diagnosis and I returned later for the operation. Very friendly, efficient and thorough on the follow up I needed .

Fantastic experience: I recently had cause to attend the Innisfail Dentists with Love-Armit Sing attending to my issue. He explained the whole procedure when you get there, during the visit and at the end as well. I generally hate going to the dentist but Love-Armit Singh and his assistant always make me feel relaxed and that "scared" feeling of dentists doesn't seem to exist anymore. The receptionist is always welcoming, helpful and the office has that warm feeling. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Im not exaggerating when I say this was the best experience I ever had with dentists. Like many others experience, dentists trigger panic attacks in me, and even when Im medicated still makes me incredibly uncomfortable and nervous. Dr. Love was amazing. His patience, empathy, and care helped me feel at ease and more relaxed than I ever felt at a dentist visit! He was explaining everything he was doing beforehand, being gentle and reassuring the whole time, and allowing me to take short breaks (even though this was a simple clean-up). Incredible grateful for him!

Fantastic experience: My son just had his first tooth extraction yesterday and he had a wonderful experience. Big thank you to Dr Jay Lo and his team for their professional expertise and patience. My son had lots of questions especially about how the anaesthesia works, so they had a bit of a lecture while doing the procedure with him. He made it fun for my son, so he was comfortable while he had his tooth extracted, he said he barely even felt that his tooth was already pulled out as he didn’t feel any pain at all. It was really a memorable experience for him as it was just very peaceful and no tears at all. Dr Jay’s hand is very light, you would really know that he is an expert in his profession. That is why he has been our family dentist for a while now. We are truly blessed to have them in our town. The quality of their service is exceptional.

Fantastic experience: My trip to the dentist was more like my social event of the week. Leisa, the receptionist, greeted me with a warm smile and I didn't have to wait long before Dr Love-Amrit Singh invited me through to the sunny surgery. The overhead TV took me to Tibet, this visit, and the plush, reclining chair was so comfortable. As always, Dr Love-Amrit explained everything as he worked, and his calming manner is very reassuring. Did a great job on my wifes' teeth after she had a fall, and now fixed an old dead tooth of mine which I thought may have to be removed. All at a reasonable price. Cannot speak too highly of them.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing team they have at Innisfail Dentists. Had a killer tooth ache this week, Dr Love squeezed me into to his full schedule (for a full hour). He sent me home with the problems solved - Dr Love might just be the most caring and gentle dentist there is. Always ready to give full explanations for what is happening, what options exist and how we are going to get the best outcomes. Supported by a wonderful team of dental staff and Admin - it is as good as a dentist visit can get. Innisfail Dentists would definitely get my recommendation.

Now here's the Best Part... How many Dentists Do You Know that rings You back after hours 5:30pm to check up on You and to make sure You're OK...Dr Love does that's who...What an awesome Clinic awesome caring Staff...Totally recommend them. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Jay Lo, Tessa & the team since 2007; so 15 years. I have found Dr Jay Lo & his team 2 be very professional, polite & caring. Over this time I have had the usual clean & fillings and repair of same. I have also had a root canal & Dr Lo also tried his darnedest 2 fix 1 tooth where there was only 30% of my tooth left. I have found Dr Lo is very reasonable with his pricing considering the effort and professionalism he exudes. Dr Lo & his family always say hi if seen when out & about, so he is also very community minded & also shows how down to earth he & his family and team are in their behaviour out of office. When I 1st saw Dr Lo my gums were extremely sensitive & Dr Lo took every avenue he could 2 make cleaning, etc easier on me. As I am almost 56 years old I obviously have been 2 a few dentists in my time & cannot think of 1 that comes close to Dr Jay Lo. Therefore I would encourage anyone who needs a dentist, as described above, 2 definitely make an appointment with Dr Jay Lo. I have no intention of going to anyone else as once one has found the best; that’s where you stay. I would really like to thank them 4 helping me over this period and wish them nothing but success.
