Fantastic experience: I can't thank Ellie enough for transforming my smile. After spending thousands on veneers and replacements over the years and never truly loving the results. I drove six hours (seven if you include the shit GC-Brisbane traffic) to see Ellie after discovering her on Instagram. I was hesitant to invest more money, worried I might be disappointed again, but I’m so grateful I did. Ellie is not only a sweetheart but a true magician when it comes to teeth, and the entire experience was incredibly positive. I’ll admit, I was one of those pain in the arse customers, messaging her at all hours worried that my temporaries would fall off and my sexy little pegs would be exposed, yet she was always kind, responsive, and reassuring. I genuinely couldn’t recommend her enough. Her team of ladies were also an absolute pleasure to deal with and I love my new chompers.

Fantastic experience: This afternoon (Wednesday), I went to Adore Dental to have my teeth scaled and cleaned and the dentist (Dr. Ariel) was very kind and told me that I have a chipped tooth that she wants to fix, so I'll be going back in about 2 weeks time. Also both the reception girls were very friendly as well.

Fantastic experience: Loved my smile makeover and giving the best possible options for my situation!

Negative experience: Don't be fooled by the smiles and joyful persona. I went into adore back in January for two root canal treatments and both were unsuccessful. The incompetent dentist broke a file deep in the canal and failed to completely remove the nerve and treat it with antibiotics. She told me not to worry about it as everything will be fine and washed their hands with it. This resulted in 11 months of a heavy infection, swollen jaw and pain and agony and thousands of dollars later with over 20 hours of sitting in specialist chairs to try and fix the negligible incompetence of this clinic to no avail, the only option was to have the tooth extracted along with a piece of my jawbone that was starting to rot from the tooth infection. The other tooth had the first stage done and then was forgotten about. Only after 5 months did a different clinic check that tooth and find that only the first stage of the root canal was done, and my tooth had been hollow and not filled as it should have been done.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has always had a bit of anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist, I can honestly say that my experience at Adore Dental was truly amazing. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that this was not your typical dental office. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. My experience with Dr Pim was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of dental. Once I was taken back to the exam room, I was greeted by Doctor Ellie and her team of dental professionals. What struck me most was the genuine care and concern that they showed towards their patients. Dr Ellie took the time to explain everything she was going to do and answered all of my questions patiently. She also made sure to constantly check in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. This level of attentiveness and care truly made a difference in my overall experience. Thank you!!
