Fantastic experience: They were so nice. From the moment I walked through the door. The receptionist was kind and funny even through my pain she made me smile. Dr Upma and her assistant were lovely, they listened and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable in the least. Here's hoping I don't need to but I would definitely go back there again. Fantastic experience: Just had a memorable trip to DentalCross this afternoon, and let me tell you, it was an adventure! I had to take my 9-month-old with me, who was over tired and sensing my pre-dental jitters.. She decided it was the perfect time for a meltdown (this never happens) - Cue the tears, the drama and a little bit of baby spew right on the receptionist! But here's the amazing part: the dentist, assistant and receptionist were absolute superstars! They went above and beyond to help us both, even letting my little one cuddle up on me while the dentist worked on my tooth. Seriously, huge shoutout to DentalCross for their incredible kindness and understanding! Highly recommend them, definitely for parents – they're truly the best! ✨

Fantastic experience: Dr Upma from DentaCross Family Dentists was able to do a wonderful job on my front tooth of which the complete front part broke off and could not be placed back on. When she finished rebuilding the tooth I could not tell the difference how it looked between before it broke and after her workmanship. I was able to get an appointment straight away the next day after my tooth broke and it was fixed at that appointment. Very professional and friendly

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this dental clinic!! My 10-year-old daughter visited today for a dental check-up and cleaning. She was quite nervous since it had been a while since her last visit to the dentist. However, Dr. Chen and the dental nurse (apologies for forgetting her name) were incredibly friendly, reassuring, and informative, which helped ease her anxiety. By the end of the appointment, she felt so comfortable that she said she would love to return here for her next visit because of how much she enjoyed the experience. Jiayang was very personable and easy to talk to, making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. She provided a detailed quote when I inquired about other services, which I greatly appreciated. The teeth cleaning was thorough yet gentle, and I left feeling well cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Chen and will definitely return for future dental needs.

I hope she stays as she had a very soft approaching manner, very thorough along with explaining, an easy going lovely dealing with you as a patient. Fantastic experience: The team here are so patient and caring. They take time to ensure you know all the facts, and Dr. Jay is so meticulous you are guaranteed a good result. Best of all is the TV mounted on the ceiling so you can watch a concert if your choice, which takes your mind off the procedure. I can't recommend them strongly enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jiayin Chen is one of a kind Dentist. She took care of my dental issues and has been the best thing happened to me. She is very professional, caring and highly knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: First visit to Dr Li a week ago! She is so lovely and her assistant so kind! Felt very comfortable and everything was explained in detail! Today is start and temp crown so will see how that goes and report back! I have been at this practise for 10 years and after my dentist left for medical reasons i was very hesitant! I am very pleased so far! My temp crown went very well and i had it for two weeks Today Dr Li put in my permanent crown and i am so happy with it and Dr Li who is amazing! Recent visit- Dr Li did reconstruction on the back of my teeth! Being with her makes me feel confident that my teeth are in good hands and will be good for many more years! Fantastic experience: I needed an immediate extraction a day before my trip and as scared as I was, I really had to go to the dentist. I was pleasantly surprised that everything worked out well from the appointment scheduling to the procedure itself because Dr. Jay and her assistant made me feel very comfortable and less afraid. I also loved the fact that the clinic had that screen above that showed relaxing views cos it honestly helped a lot to calm my nerves. Will surely come back to this clinic for all my dental needs. Fantastic experience: The team here are very friendly and professional. Dr Bista is a great dentist. If you've been holding off getting necessary dental treatment, afraid of having local anaesthetic needles because you remember the pain the last time you visited a dentist, you'll be very pleasantly surprised by how little pain is involved these days. Dr Bista will numb the injection sites with gel so when it comes time to have the needles, it doesn't hurt at all. At worst it may feel a little uncomfortable, but even that is probably mostly due to nerves and the expectations we have based on previous dentist visits. The girls who work admin and assist Dr Bista do a great job putting patients at ease and making the whole experience a positive one.

Took a lot of time to assess my teeth and my situation, explained all my (current and longer term) options clearly and in detail before addressing my immediate dental needs. Dr Pawan and his team were very responsive to my needs including my financial constraints. I left the surgery with my immediate dental issues fixed and a plan for the future. Fantastic experience: The receptionist I spoke to on the phone on Monday went above and beyond to help get my problem fixed. I arrived yest highly anxious in pain and in tears. Megan made me feel comfortable and like I had been there 10 times before. I felt like I was in good hands. The dentist helped me beyond words and has a kind gentle nature. The team made me feel at ease. I will definitely be going back I've never met a dentist like them! 10/10 recommend to anyone!

I had my first appointment with DentaCross last night with Brandon and Trish who went above and beyond to make me comfortable and relaxed. They explained everything in detail to make sure I understood what I needed done and the process moving forward. I will be going back for all my future treatment. Fantastic experience: Really friendly reception staff and hardly any waiting time. Michael made me feel really comfortable and didnt rush me through the consultation when I had questions. Performed a great clean and hassle pain free filling. I will be back for sure.

Negative experience: Constant stuff around. Brandon is a good dentist but when the receptionist sends your voucher away and uses it incorrectly not much u can do. Michael did nothing but charge consultations and say come back for a consultation for every issue then come back for work each time - each time paying more and more. Disgusted in the service especially what it's cost me and still haven't actually had work done even though I'm out of pocket and my government voucher has been used. Wouldn't recommend ever. No reflection on Brandon.
