Fantastic experience: For someone who completely avoids the dentist due to childhood trauma, i even returned a second time due to the kind and supportive staff. My Dentist even made up a song using my name which was very unique.

Negative experience: I went here based off the good reviews.. I saw the dentist and she “fixed” my tooth and said it may flare a bit until it settles down. After 2 weeks it was still flaring up until I realised she hadn’t even sealed the whole properly which was my cause of pain to begin with! She also drilled out the base of my tooth so it felt hollow and than she covered that gap. I wasn’t able to get in anywhere to get it fixed over Xmas and whilst waiting for my appt elsewhere I have eaten food today and the entire side of my tooth has cracked and fallen off!!! I have never had this happen before but it is purely due to the fact she drilled my entire tooth out (1st stage root canal) and didn’t fill the base enough. I will never recommend nor return.

Positive experience: After suffering pain & visiting the satellite hospital, I had a terrible painful infected tooth which needed extracting as soon as possible. I rang this practice out of desperation not expecting to be able to get an appointment because I wasn't a regular patient. Not only did I get the help I needed immediately but was so impressed by the lovely ladies who extracted my tooth . They are all so friendly, caring & professional & my years of anxiety with dental procedures elsewhere has all but disappeared! Thank you all so much for making my painful days of infection a thing of the past. I will no longer fear a dental visit & yes I will be your client as of today. You are exceptional.

My procedures were always thoroughly explained to me, they constantly checked to see how I was going throughout the appts and courtesy calls once finished. They have great communication, customer service and a wealth of knowledge. I am beyond happy with the outcome of my teeth and will continue to return when needed without hesitation. A great team!

In the last 4 years we have seen May every 6 months for cleans and checks, May has helped me wih a chronic TMJ dysfunction and has always supported and addressed our needs with a gentle and caring touch. Making us leave after every visit feeling seen, heard and not scared to come back. After being to so many dentists over the years I can honestly say Dr May is above and beyond the best! Dr May is honest and will always discuss all the options with you and if they don't suit you, she doesn't give up until she helps you find what it is you need.
