Negative experience: First time coming to this practice, the staff here are amazing. Front office receptionist, Dianne was so welcoming and friendly. I am very anxious going for any dental work and the staff here are so friendly. Dentist dr Jessica was absolutely amazing with a lot of patience. Her assistant was very caring and wonderful as well. Amazing place to get dental work done, a very friendly and welcoming team.

Fantastic experience: Online booking was a breeze. I did not have to wait for an extended period. The checkup and cleaning were performed efficiently, and there was no gap payment required for the initial visit. I even received a complimentary travel kit.

Fantastic experience: Amazing friendly staff, it was my first time visit on Saturday & the whole experience I felt at ease. I was a little nervous going in but Dentist Dr Mitu & staff were so lovely and explained everything. So professional , friendly & caring, I Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My front tooth cap came off and Dr Jessica and her lovely assistant did a fantastic job They were efficient gentle And explained everything. Also they were very undetstanding of my other health situation which could have interfered with their procedure...but everything went smoothly. Both ladies were happy friendly and kind whilst still being professional. I highly recommend them to family and friends especially to any that are nervous of dentists or needles as they both had a calming demeanor

Positive experience: I was squeezed in with very little notice to them as I had hyper sensitivity to a couple of teeth. After X-rays and a check over my teeth I was clearly explained what needed to be done. I was also shown each X-ray so that I could visibly see the issues mentioned. After seeing the dentist I was given a printed itemised receipt of payment and also given an itemised quote for further work needed. I felt compared to other dentists the quote was actually fair and reasonable. I would recommend this dentist. I would also like to mention the friendly and kind receptionist who even went to the trouble of texting the address to me as I was driving while booking the appointment.

Positive experience: Ease of getting an appointment for an emergency was great. Dentist Matt and his assistant were very professional. Will use the practice again in the future. 2 months down the line and now living in NSW and my tooth has broken in half… a little disappointed that it didn’t last longer.

Thank you Jessica for being the first dentist in 16 years who has taken the time to not only listen to me but to offer solutions and support. I could not recommend them any more highly. Fantastic experience: From the first call I was made to feel welcome, any concerns I had about my dental health were quickly put at ease from the friendly receptionist who assured me that an appointment to assist with a severe tooth ache was available, on arrival I was seen promptly by Jessica and her assistant who quickly got to work in assessing my needs, pleasant surroundings along with Jessica’s friendly and efficient care ensured I was able to get back to work with the confidence that my teeth are in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting family in the area (who recommended the practice) and took the opportunity to get some work done that was long overdue. I was extremely pleased by the service and care I received to the extent that I'd seriously consider returning for any future treatment.

Negative experience: Booked my app online. Stated I was a new customer and the service I would like. I was constantly contacted re the appointment. Quoted 200ish dollars, then to arrive .... quote has changed to 300dollars. I was in there for 2secs as that wasnt what i could afford today.. Dentist seemed like he just couldn't be bothered. I took half a day off work for nothing when they could have told me this on the phone. Extremely disappointed. The reply to this proves my point of attitude. Ended up at another dentist who said they don't have to do X-rays like kinross stated. Con.

Negative experience: Last week my son had an appointment for three fillings at this dental practice. On the morning of the appointment he went to work and came home as he was being very sick. I called the dentist to advise he wouldn’t be able to make the appointment due to being ill. The receptionist told me that she would have to speak to Dr Tan to see if they would charge!! I said even though my son is being physically sick ( which was later diagnosed as gastro by the dr) she said yes because you haven’t given 24 hours notice. My son then got a message saying he was being charged $50!!! I’m assuming they would be happier for him to have gone and vomited in the practice than cancel the appointment? I wouldn’t mind but he was going to rebook appointment anyway. I wonder if he rebooks if they will cancel the $50??? Doubtful . I will presume their reply to this will be the the dentist lost money due to the appointment being cancelled, however I bet they filled the appointment as a late booking and still expect my sons money

Fantastic experience: I had a fear a going to the dentist from child hood but I had to get some attention to my teeth! I was made Welcolm the minuit I phoned for an appt to walking in the door. Matt and staff are fantastic and the care in the work has taken my fears away. I actually look fwd to going now as their after care and messages to me make me feel so special. Thanks heaps guys! If I can overcome my fear of the dentist, I will be able to overcome anything that life throws at me!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to kinross drive dental by a family member. For someone who absolutely hates going to the dentist it was a lot to overcome, but as soon as I stepped into the practise I was welcomed kindly by the receptionist which put me at ease straight away. The dentist and nurse were excellent and made me feel as comfortable as possible, they did a very thorough job. The tv on the ceiling is a big bonus and helped to take my mind away. I could not recommend Jess and her team more!

Negative experience: VERY disappointed with their cancellation policy. I turn up to my appointment I've been waiting a month for, for them to tell me it's been cancelled as they've tried to contact me many of times to confirm the appointment. They have called me twice within the last 4 weeks, but as I work full time I haven't been able to contact them back in their trading hours. They don't even leave any messages to say that they're trying to reach out to confirm the appointment NOR do they leave you any type of message to say my appointment has been cancelled by them. Very disappointing and I won't be coming back here again!

Not only professional and did a great job she was awesome with my child. Then to Jessica who gave me outside of work hours support and advice when I was at the children’s hospital after my child had an accident. Not only she gave me the right advice she had discussions with the hospital dentist to make sure the right treatment was happening. Great personal care, professionalism and manner to not only our child but to stressed parents.

Fantastic experience: Kerry is very friendly, she always has smile on her face despite my 4yrs old boy cause a lot drama at clinic. Kav is a very talented and knowledgeable dentist, he spends a good amount of time identifying the real problem and proper solution plan, without hurting much on your pocket. I have been to quite a few dental clinics but the care I received at Kinross dental is exceptional.

My 3 year old son had his first visit and from the moment we walked in to the practice he was welcomed and put at easy and the excellent experience continued on all the way through to him having his teeth checked while watching the TV on the ceiling. I had my wisdom tooth extracted, but she also noticed a filling that needed to be done and rather than have me come back she managed to do both procedures which i was greatly appreciative of. It was a comfortable experience and I look forward to my regular check ups in the future.

The staff was really helpful and made me feel right at home. Dr Jess was able to get me right in and got me out of pain.
