Fantastic experience: Don't be put off by all the 5 star reviews. I know that may seem like an odd way to start, but if you're anything like me nothing but glowing reviews can feel suspicious, artificial. But if my experience here is anything to go by, that is absolutely not something anyone needs to worry about. I don't handle trips to the dentist well. I hate needles, hate people doing things to me I can't see, have sensory issues that mean the lights and noises can get to me, overall dental trips are pretty much the bane of my existence. So when I tell you that the staff here went out of their way to make the experience as easy as possible I want you to understand that they are working at a disadvantage right from the start. I had a broken tooth removed and o can tell you the only pain I felt during the entire procedure was from having my mouth open too long. They talked me through all the options, they accommodated my issues, and they were good for some fun banter. I honestly can't speak highly enough of the staff here, and while I hope not to find myself in a dental emergency again, if I did I wouldn't want to head anywhere else. Solid 5 stars.

The location near Castle Towers is convenient, with ample parking and an easily accessible entrance. Upon entering the impeccably clean practice, my wife and I were warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional practice manager/dental assistant, Zeinab. She introduced us to Dr. Ahmed Wahba, who demonstrated excellent bedside manner while thoroughly explaining his findings and treatment plan using advanced 3D imaging, panoramic X-rays, and detailed educational models. Dr. Wahba's skill and professionalism were evident through his use of state-of-the-art tools. He also provided us with a comprehensive aftercare plan. The fees were very reasonable, and the practice offers financing options. I highly recommend Dr. Wahba’s services.

Negative experience: I think all the good reviews are from family & friends. But I saw Dr Ahmed years back in a different clinic. I still remember the bad experience with him every time I book a new dentist appointment. Needed to warn others, Dr Ahmed is the worst time of dentist, incompetent one. He is friendly and nice enough but that won't help when you have serious dental pain.

Positive experience: Dr Ahmed was very calm and attend our family. It was my girl’s first dental visit and it was such a great experience. I was surprised to see all the latest scanning technology used for clean up and check up. His quotes for my husband’s root canal seemed reasonable. They are not pushy for any treatment and will only recommend if required. We would definitely coming back for our treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Ahmed Wahba when he removed both of my upper and lower left-side wisdom teeth in same appointment today. The procedure went smoothly and was surprisingly not painful. Dr. Wahba's constant concern for my comfort was evident as he consistently checked in with me and provided the breaks I needed. Fantastic experience: Dr Ahmed Wahba’s experience is outstanding. My mother was suffering from a reinfection of a root canal treatment done overseas, the pain was unbearable !! After olny 2 visits she was able to bite and eat normally with no pain!.All staff were really nice and helpful with my mother situation, they also followed up with us the next day to make sure she is fine.
