Fantastic experience: Dentist Kinnari Shah & Alysha were very friendly & done a great job in checking my teeth & deep clean. Without their support & advise, it wont be possible for me to feel ok. Both receptionists Glen & Tash were very approachable to check in & book further appointments. Its a great place and definetly will be a returning client.

She has worked on my daughters previously and done an amazing job on them also. They honestly discuss with all costs with no any hidden cost later on after sevice, and also kindly give suggestions if there is anything about your teeth need to be done. I feel really comfortable to do the treatment here and will become my personal dentist from now. ❤️❤️ More than anything...my dentist is very gentle, working super duper quick on the treatment and ...her tiny hand doesn't cracked your jaws open that wide like others . Fantastic experience: I went to a different dentist and he said, no nothing wrong, but I knew ther was, I pushed and he said we clean and then you're fine. I was still in pain, and decided to get a second opinion. Dr Nick was brilliant thorough and very gentle. He found a multitude of issues put together a comprehensive plan, costs etc and got to work. Yes dentistry is expensive, yes there can be pain, but where one dentist couldn't be bothered another took care. Where one dentist just wanted to pull teeth another sought a better way. So yes, I would recommend Dr Nick from Primary Dental Blacktown. I am confident and trust that he will look after you. Now my whole family sees him.

Fantastic experience: Experience & memory of dental visits with Dr. Sanjita Karna Communication with her travels from Dr. To patient is like not only from Head but also with heart, which is the reason she exactly knows what is in patient's mind & she performs above the expectations. "This has helped me to follow her guidance in change habit of brushing teeth+floss before bed time."As s result I am enjoying daily routine as follows: 1)Eating raw carrots 2)Because I am vegetarian so due to Iron deficiency many years ago, had gone through Constipation, hence required to put extra push on tummy +other areas. As a result everyday in the morning had to wait min. 1 5-2.00hrs. After wake up time to leave home. 3)But now with extra natural fiber from carrot I am able to clear tummy without extra push & leave home early. 4) Regular bowel daily encourages absorption of nutrition in food+water consumed, giving more energy for other Segments of my life: A)helping my family B) not feeling tired after 5.00days. Job C) exercise D) with kids in physical activities. E) gardening F) weekends _going with friends for Bush walks 5_10k.m. __have finished Rocky mountain Bush walk in National Park near Blue Mountains NSW

Negative experience: I saw Dr Yifan Lu at the beginning of this year and he was very unprofessional and not gentle. He told me I had many tooth decays and needed root canal treatments. However , he put me down basically blaming me for mistreating my teeth. BUT Little did he know nor did he bother to ask me if I am on Medication which I am that cause severe tooth decays. MY now dentist explained that to me and treated me appropriately.

Fantastic experience: I had a badly broken wisdom tooth that I desperately needed to be taken out and Dr Yifan Lu helped make my experience a lot less daunting. He told me it was over and I laughed because I didn't feel a thing. Thank you Dr Yifan Lu, I will definitely be seeing you soon for some regular checkups.

Fantastic experience: I find that Dr NICK GALATHRIS is FANTASTIC, he is gentle and considerate and I do not understand that comment by Amanda White below. This is a dentist who does everything for the patient to make them happy and yet there are some patients who are never satisfied. Any inconsiderate comments by this AMANDA WHITE should be ignored. Make an appointment with DR NICK GALATHRIS and see for yourself how good this dentist is.

Negative experience: What a TERRIBLE experience I had with Dr NICK GALATHRIS today. Had composite veneers done elsewhere years ago and they were really great until recently when I had a few chips. Booked in with DR Nick today to refresh my composite veneers and the result was yellow and uneven chuncky front teeth that don’t match the rest. To top it off as I was driving home from the dentist and piece of the front composite came off in my mouth! I have completely lost trust in this dentist and just want my money back so I can book in elsewhere and fix my teeth properly. Very condescending man and made me feel really uncomfortable telling me after I complained that “maybe I shouldn’t look in the mirror so much” . I would have rather he tell me he didn’t have the right colour to match my teeth and save me the stress and embarrassment of having to walk around like this.

Negative experience: If you can avoid this place do at all cost. They charge double the price for an extraction than any other dentist in Blacktown. I found out the hard way.

Negative experience: where a suburb full of dental clinic with everyone provide no cap cleaning,even on your website says cheaper than others,but why i get charge 131 for the cap after a simple cleaning,i was going to book my whole family, lucky i didn't,otherwise, 131×4=? wow!thank you
