Fantastic experience: i came to najmi dental to get my teeth pulled out for my braces with dr mamta. dr mamta was so quick i was shocked when she said done. the dental assistant luisa was very kind and reassuring. she could tell i was very stressed out and gave me a stress ball and both her and dr mamta helped me with breathing exercises. the receptionist is so kind as well. the staff at najmi dental are amazing and definitely will come back for regular check ups. thank you all!

Fantastic experience: I recently have changed dentists and I will definitely be making Najmi Dental my go too dental clinic. Dr Mamta is super lovely and knowledgeable. Her and the dental assistant Luisa work great together, both are very gentle and communicate well and explain procedures and post op information clear and in detail. Heidi at the front desk is very welcoming and kind. The clinic it self is very clean , modern and calm. I would definitely recommend this clinic and Dr Mamta!

Negative experience: Doctor mamta is one of the worst dentists I have ever seen my entire life, she has no idea what she is doing, she tries to rip you off, waste your time talking for 2 hours,then asks to see u again for another consultation ! What were u doing for 2 hours talking exactly? scans your teeth super rough she cut the side of my tongue and hurt me so bad and I asked her to be gentle then she was extremely rude about it and made me feel so disrespected and told me that I am being difficult !!! You need to look after your customers ! Or else go and sit at home you dont need to hurt people ! I needed to remove a tooth ! She made me more anxious ! Wasted my time for 2 hours ! Didn’t remove my tooth cz she made me so uncomfortable and so scared! I went out feeling devastated. Highly don’t recommend ! I have shared this with my 400K instagram following too !! That was hell of an experience!! I feel sorry for the rest of the team, the girls at the reception are amazing !!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Najmi Dental has been wonderful. I have seen Dr Mamta Soni over the last two months for a root canal and crown. Dr Soni is kind, thorough and gentle while explaining each and every step. She is not judgemental which a lot of Dentists are and made the experience as pleasant as possible. The whole team at Najmi has been welcoming and efficient. Price point seems reasonable. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was on holiday from the uk visiting family, three days into my holiday I had chronic tooth pain, I found this place simply searching google. I rang in the morning, they got me in on the same day and removed my wisdom tooth out there and then. All staff very friendly & helpful! The dentistry had a modern feel and was very clean - as you would expect. In terms of cost, it was comparable, if not cheaper than if I had had it done in the Uk. Thankyou all staff.

Fantastic experience: Came in a couple of days ago to do a check up an clean and all for $195! Best deal ever compared to other dental places i've paid at (approx. $250+). The staff were super welcoming and friendly, the dentist was gentle when cleaning my teeth. The dental assistant Luisa, was super friendly and amazing at giving good company and conversations. Will be making this clinic my regular.

Negative experience: Last year, I left a negative review because the dentist was incredibly rough when I got a check up & clean. After leaving the review I was given a response from the owner offering a free check up- which I declined because I will not be subjecting myself to that again. Later I got calls from a private number and it was the dentist. I hung up and ignored any future calls from a private number. Over a year later, on Sunday evening the owner called me on their personal phone to partly berate me for leaving a negative review and also cut a deal of again offering for a free appointment, I said I wasn't interested then they offered to reimburse me for the original appointment as long as I removed the review. Which I accepted because it was a rough appointment. While I appreciate the reimbursement, I will note the owner breached my privacy in contacting me for non-medical reasons. I believe we should be able to leave honest reviews without being harassed. Please do not contact me again.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend anywhere better, team are professional and helpful and facility is always looking fresh and clean, would not go anywhere else

Negative experience: Good things first: modern practice, friendly reception staff and no wait time with appointment. Now the bad things: dentist was super rough and not considerate about my pain. I only went in for a dental clean and never hurt that much at any dentist before. Dentist didn't stop when I tried to alert her that I'm in pain. It went to a point that I literally jumped up in the chair from pain and was then told by the dentist to sit still as it will only hurt more if I jump. I won't go back there and will look for a more considerate, gentle dentist.

Fantastic experience: I booked myself in for wisdom extraction for three of my teeth yesterday. Unlucky for me I had to get my bottom right one done as a surgical extraction as it was horizontally impacted (growing on its side towards my teeth). Lucky for me I had such a great dentist! Dr Mamta was so lovely and reassuring! As well as the dental assistant Jim! I decided last minute to have gas because I was pretty nervous about the needles, which Jim gladly set up for me and helped picked out a show. Both made me super comfortable and reassured me the whole way. I’m so pleased I went to Dr Mamta instead of going to a specialist as she was extremely nice and quick! No nerve damage so I appreciate that to another level as my exo had high risk of it. Love the clinic so much and definitely recommend it to everyone especially with extractions as Dr Mamta is quick and thorough!!

Dr Navisa and Dr Mamta and Heidi really took care to come up with a treatment plan that works for me. They were very warm and understanding and took time to make sure I understood all of my options. Fantastic experience: Went in as a new customer. Was not rushed in at all. Was introduced to my dentist casualy and genuinely. I needed a filling that was starting to give me some uncomfort from some decay that had been getting worse over the last few months. I was treated on the spot and the whole process was done within 45 mins. Great job very satisfied. The girls at the counter were genuinely nice and fun. thank you everyone.

The practice is clean and modern and the waiting room makes you feel like you're at the spa. Dr. Najmi is extremely patient, delicate and thorough - didn't feel a thing during my treatment. She gives genuine advice and listens to your concerns. She also explains things in "normal English" and not in complicated medical terms which made me feel super at ease as I understood what she was saying. Hunter, who's at the front desk, is a delight to deal with. Always extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend ! Updated review: I was away from Brisbane when I had some issues with one of my wisdom teeth. Fantastic experience: Hidden Gem - Amazing attention to detail! Walking in I was greeted by a friendly reception, which helped but didn't remove my anxiety for how my damaged teeth would be fixed / repaired. This was my first visit here at Najmi Dental, as I was recommended here by a couple of friends speaking highly of Dr Rowe. Straight away Dr Rowe was super friendly and professional and I felt as though I was in very capable hands. Her straight forward and honest approach, plus good natured chair banter, had my anxiety gone within seconds. The repair to my teeth was amazing, a great eye for detail, continually checking in that I was okay along the way, an very informative on the repair. The before and after pictures show her experience, but my smile walking out of Najmi Dental practice knowing my teeth were fixed shows and tells of my satisfaction and gratitude. Hands down the best dental experience I've had, and I highly recommend Dr Rowe at Najmi Dental, as she goes the extra mile for her patients.

We have a very nervous 10 year old here who was turned away from two other dentists as he just got so scared they could not continue. We called Najmi dental and got an appointment same day. We explained to Dr Navisa the issue with his anxiety and asked for an extra long appointment so we can talk him through each step. He was able to complete the entire consult and get a filling!! She was so fantastic with him, getting him through the process without any rush but with alot of patience and calm. She has a great way with kids and really got him through the appointment. From booking all the way to end payment was so effortless after such a bad experince i was so happy to find her. Thanks again you definitely will have us back!!

Fantastic experience: This clinic is the most advanced high tech and modern dental clinic that I have been to. For example, the injection was digital and it was 100% pain free! Even when Dr. Navisa injected the needle I didn't feel anything. I was so relaxed during the treatment I was told that I was snoring! Partially it could have been because i was watching David Attenboroughs documentary during treatment which was a great distraction. The chair was the most comfortable i have sat on. I always get shoulder pain on other dentists chairs but not this one! The dentist explained everything beforehand step by step. one by one. She went as far as showing me pictures of my teeth on a big screen to explain things better which I have never seen before. Even her prices were reasonable with best service i got! I think Najmi dental deserves 6 stars instead of 5.

Fantastic experience: Professional, experienced, pain free, caring dentist with state of the art equipment and very strong focus on patient ease and comfort - including the most comfortable dentist chair imaginable and choice of distracting TV viewing mounted on the consultation room ceiling. Soothing music and calming aromatherapy set the mood for a stress free visit. Coupled with outstanding communication: I have learnt more about a dental complication I have in my first two appointments than I did over 5-6 visits with my previous dentist, through comfortable, patient focused conversation. Fees are very reasonable with easy on site parking.

Dr Najmi and her team made the whole experience feel more like a retreat than just another trip to the dentist.
