Fantastic experience: This is a good Dental Clinic. I have been lucky to have gentle dentist s and Staff attend to me in past and in times of dental crisis and pain. I feel Re- assured and safe coming here. Like today my usual Dr ( Dr Masti) who unfortunately will be leaving gave me numbing injections and cream for my clean up as my bottom teeth were so sensitive and sore. It was the best intervention and she was in tune with making me feel comfortable and good. Coming to a dentist is daunting and feels very overwhelming, so having Staff like this helps us to seek treatment even when it’s the worst thing we do not look forward to!. Negative experience: 19th September/ Receptionist extremely rude on the phone. My son went to get a mouthguard which is covered by our health fund. After it was fitted she tried to charge him a fee. I called my health fund who assured me that it is covered and no out of pocket expenses. I then called the receptionist to explain that it appears that the wrong code has been used, she was condescending and would not listen and ended the call. The most rude and unprofessional receptionist I have ever encountered. My family have been going to this dentist for over 15 years and we will never return. The business has lost a family of customers due to the rude condescending receptionist you have employed on your front desk.

Fantastic experience: I saw Darryl a few weeks ago who took out my tooth and did a filling, I did not feel any pain whatsoever. Darryl was an absolute professional. I also saw Alex who made my denture.The denture fitted perfectly and you would not know what tooth was the 'fake' one .. Alex,too was an absolute professional. I would recommend attending this practice if you need any dental work done or just a check up ..

Positive experience: I have been having some work done recently and have found the reception staff (Vanessa & Kath ) to be very friendly and helpful and able to adjust to many client"s area of concern. Both have a pleasant sense of humour which gives a relaxing atmosphere along with dental nurse Teagan ,Dr.Lee always displays a gentle approach to his work.

Negative experience: Have emailed through website multiple times trying to arrange check up appointment as they were a Medibank Members Choice but I guess as they get no money from my visit so not interested no reply, Im unable to call during business hours and shouldn't have too, dont have a website function that doesnt work or you wont respond to...after reply have tried 2x more times via web enquiry box and found an email on their website, emailed this week at around 2.40pm Wednesday its now Friday 4pm and still no response? 2 business days man, not professional. If you cant do it without talking to me on the phone then just at least reply and tell me that is the case, but also if you operate via phone only to make appointments then just dont have a web enquiry box or public email. If its too difficult to reply to an email then I do not want to know what their dental work is like, im done, I give up, NEVER dealt with a company who has been so difficult to make an appointment!

Fantastic experience: My grandmother had recently received new dentures from Alex, and couldn’t be happier with the results. They were very professional and friendly. Alex took the time to ensure her needs and expectations were met and a perfect fit. Thank you to the entire team there.

Negative experience: The worst experience ever. They want your money but won't fix their stuff up. Dentist name ( Q Wu )takes out the wrong tooth and now i need a dental implant to be able to wear a partial denture i paid thousands for at this business. Was promised a month ago free treatment to fix their mistake. Contacted this business on many occasions and still waiting for a call back. They have no intention of fixing the issue and don't care about the patients. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE

I moved to Minchinbury about 7yrs ago and have been a regular at this practice since. I've honestly never been treated so thoughtfully. I always find the receptionists to be great. Dentist at No gaps dental recommended the tooth needs to be removed but as it is not causing me any pain I can keep it until it causes discomfort. He saved me a fortune all due to his honesty. Negative experience: While the receptionist and dental nurse were lovely, Dr Lee appeared totally disinterested in treating my 8yr old daughter. He diagnosed 2 cavities on the x-ray and after a bit of gas and air decided my child wasn't still enough for a filling. He referred us to the local private hospital where he would do the treatment under a general anaesthetic (costing thousands of dollars with no private hospital cover). We just today had 2 further cavities diagnosed on the same x-ray pictures by my previous dentist and they did the fillings for her in the chair with no fuss. No, she wasn't perfectly still but what 8 yr old is? We won't be back.

Negative experience: Just rang these guys looking to book a person I look after with a disability and I hope the dentists are better than Jodie the receptionists phone manner. I found the woman rude and unhelpful and I am sorry I bothered trying to support this local business. Silly me for even calling them as last time I went they overcharged me by hundreds of dollars. They eventually refunded the money but I was out of pocket for some time. Lesson learnt.
