From the moment I booked my appointment, the reception team were incredibly helpful and informative, making sure I had all the details I needed beforehand. Even when I got lost and arrived late, they were so lovely and understanding. They even validated my parking, which would’ve cost $30 — such a thoughtful touch! Dr Priya Patel was the most thorough, informative, kind, and effective dentist I’ve ever been to. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. The whole team were efficient and managed to book me in so quickly. I can’t recommend them highly enough — such a kind and professional practice!

Fantastic experience: NDC Queen Street is a fantastic dental practice. With friendly staff and caring dentists, this place is great to go to for everything from large scale dental issues, to run of the mill cleaning, for adults and children alike. Even without private health insurance, their prices are fare, which is another huge bonus.

Negative experience: It was a total time waste today. I called upfront and told I need to get cleaning done, whereas they were bent on me getting extra xrays so that they can more money from my health fund. At the end when I refused them to take out more money, they told me cleaning cant be done today and I have to rebook. Never ever told me they will not perform cleaning. I will recommend everyone to avoid this as it wasted my work hour. This happened when my appointment was rescheduled twice already. I cant believe how much people can go low for money.
