Negative experience: Having recently relocated from Sydney I was looking for a new dentist. My experience here was not good. The scale and clean procedure was completed rapidly and, in comparison to my experiences with other dentists, did not leave my teeth feeling clean and smooth as they normally do. Additionally, the gap with my top tier private health cover was $174.50 for this routine procedure. My previous dentist is located Sydney city and is not affiliated with my health fund, but the gap for such a procedure has never been so great. Unfortunately, in good faith, I could not recommend this dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: I am so so happy with my veneers from Morisset dental Clinic. They look amazing. But apart from my veneers the communication and the knowledge and service Morisset dental clinic provide is exceptional. Also obviously dentists can be a daunting experience but they made it actually quite easy and comfortable. I would 110% recommend Morisset dental Clinic.

Positive experience: good service however, they did not explain that it would cost me more to get an x-ray (i did not know this already) when i went to pay and they said it was $200 i was shocked to say the least! overall it’s a great dental clinic however i think they need to explain to their patients when things are going to cost more.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this dentist for years and would never go anywhere else. Kanika is not only a great dentist but a beautiful person who genuinely cares about her clients. 10 out of 10 from me !!

Negative experience: I went here with dental vouchers from Hunter New England Health. They did not treat me well and when I said I'd be 10 minutes late they said if you don't get here in exactly 10 mins we will have to reschedule. I said well how long does it take to do the 3 fillings, shouldnt younhave enough time still, and they said they could only do 2 but when I got there they only did 1. Tried to do my filling without anaesthetic and didn't even ask me first if I wanted it. Turned out I really needed it. The dentist didn't even take the time to smooth over the filling on the side of my rear molar which they should do and all the other dentist's always do that, that I have been to. Then at the end the dentist was so cold toward me and I felt that because I am a public patient they look down on me. She said I had to wait for them to get more vouchers approved when the ones I had should've covered treatment. Dentist said she would ask for approval for an acrylic denture for 2 teeth but then side stepped the question when I brought it up. The Receptionist was rude over the phone and I am really unhappy with the service I had to wait 3.5 weeks in between a clean and the 1 filling. GO ELSEWHERE... THEY DO NOT SHOw RESPECT TO ANYONE WITH VOUCHERS. IM GETING THE REST DONE ELSEWHERE.

Negative experience: It's was very bad service incredibly rude staff. The Female dentist destroyed my tooth by overdrilling and burning off enamel on entire tooth with etching solution. Just a total lack of care with something I have to live with for the rest of my life. When I complained about it they Told me they would make a new appointment to have a look but after multiple Attempts by me to arrange a new appointment. They then refuse to make me any appointments and told me to go away This was in 2020 it turns out They have Illegally and illegitimately removed my previous review on another Google account so I am making a new review on a different account. This company is utterly disgusting And filled with dishonest employees That lie. For your own sake keep well away from this company and they're destructive Deceitful employees

Negative experience: Went in to have a tooth removed, dentist insisted on filling it, stuck filling over gum that had grown into where tooth broke off and created a massive infection, 2nd visit diff ent dentist and was told filling was done incorrect and they attempted the filling again, worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life the next day, 3rd visit and yet another dentist, denied all wrong doing and attempted to remove it, snapped half tooth off and gave up and sent me away with antibiotics and told to come back in a week, I’d paid $630 by this stage and still had half a tooth in my mouth aching like hell, I had to pay another dental clinic $580 to fix their handy work, unless you enjoy pain and throwing money away, I do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: This morning I attended Morisset Dental Clinic, and for the first time in my life I didn't have a panic attack. The young dentist and her assistant were so thoughtful and caring, they talked to me and put me at ease, assuring me I could stop and have a break at any time. The dentist explained what I needed done, ask did I want something for the possibility of pain, I said I would prefer not to have a needle, again she reassured me. I have to say I had no pain, I had an old filling removed, a new filling put in and I didn't feel a thing. I will have no hesitation to go back again and I would highly recommend/ will recommend them to all my friends and colleagues. Thank you to all the staff at Morisset Dental Clinic.

I'm the biggest wimp and I had no hesitation booking my NXT appointment. If you have children and whant them to love the dentist through out there life. Then this is the place to go... Previously, we attended the dental clinic at our medical fund, however travelling there takes all day. We found the staff very helpfull and efficient. The clinic was very modern and our check up was fully funded by pur fund. Quotes for further treatment compared with the health fund costs. We will be going to Morrisett Dental Clinic from now on.

Fantastic experience: I first came to the place with my parents as a child nearly 40 years ago, but inside the surgery is as modern as if it was built last week. It’s probably changed hands over that time, but is still one of Morissets oldest establishments. The ladies are all great and they will send you a message to invite you to come in earlier if they are running ahead of time. I find their service is quite personal and they adapt the treatment to how you are coping with it ha ha. The best thing is that check-ups are actually covered under my health cover, so there is no reason not to go. My only other suggestion is to go a bit before dusk so you can watch the sunset over the Watagans from the comfort of your dentist chair! 10 out of 10. Would recommend to anyone that will listen
