Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience with Dr Sumeet! His approach is caring, informative, and truly focused on understanding the root cause of airway and breathing issues rather than just treating the symptoms. Negative experience: Being in pain for quite sometime I was charged over $400 to have the wrong tooth extracted.... When I informed them of this I am pretty sure the woman at the front counter got stroppy with me. I was offered a root canal as an alternative in my bad tooth something I could ill afford. I had to wait longer in pain before I could raise the $200 to have the bad tooth extracted from a very nice Dentist in Bayswater. I will be following this up with a complaint to the relevant authority mostly likely Ahpra and the Dental Board of Australia. Edit: 29 OCT 25. I am constantly chewing on bare gum and it is becoming very painful. I will constantly have to favor my left side although I can see that becoming a problem in the longer term.

Negative experience: Dr Sumeet told me I had a dead nerve and needed a root canal. I was sceptical because I had no pain and could feel things on the tooth so I got a second opinion which confirmed I did t need a root canal and the nerve was very much alive. Felt like a money grab, would t recommend.

It was done quickly and painlessly, and has healed excellently. Dr Sumeet was wonderful through the whole process. Pricing was transparent and reasonable. Staff were caring and accomodating and Dr Singh was so gentle and patient. He went out of his way to educate me on all the options available and made the terrifying emergency root canal experience a whole lot less terrifying!
