Negative experience: I just called to make a reservation but the lady at the reception who answered my phone was really rude. I couldn't hear them clearly. So, I asked once again and she literally sighed loudly. They responded with a frustrated tone, which was very unprofessional. I understand it might be tiring to work in the afternoon, but I’m spending my own money to visit — do I really have to be the one understanding that? I think you should retrain the receptionist on proper customer service.

Fantastic experience: I had emergency while travelling and Dr. Susie Kim was able to help me a lot. Fair price and good service. She mentioned she had some polish friends. She has one more now! Thanks!

I was injured at the very beginning of my trip and was in a panic, not knowing what to do. Your thorough, attentive, and compassionate treatment brought me great comfort during a very difficult time. I truly appreciated how you took the time to understand my situation and showed such considerate support throughout. Thanks to your help, I was able to return to Korea safely and continue receiving the necessary treatment. I will always remember the special attention and warmth you extended to me. Negative experience: I went to there for a chipped tooth nothing serious, once I got there in the middle of the process the doctor change the price to doble without any reason saing it was a misunderstanding.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Christopher Lee is an excellent dentist. He made me feel completely comfortable during my wisdom teeth removal and explained everything clearly throughout the process. He’s also very professional and thorough with general cleans. What really stood out to me was how genuine he is, he takes the time to have friendly, down-to-earth conversations that make each visit feel relaxed and personal. I always feel well cared for and confident I’m in good hands. Highly recommend!

I recently had a check-up and clean with Dr Chris Lee at The World Square practice where I was made to feel very comfortable in the most professional way. Dr Chris Lee went above and beyond, not only providing me with a comprehensive clean and examination, he also addressed my concerns and took his time to explain things to me in an understandable and caring way. Looking forward to seeing the World Citi Dental team for my next check-up.

Positive experience: I reccommend dr Chris and his assistant Yuri. They couldn't do much about my problem but I felt taken care of and got a refferal to the right specialist. Very friendly and professional!

Negative experience: I’ve had a bad experience at this dentist. The receptionist charged me for a wrong bill and didn’t even say sorry when I called after about this. It’s not organized at all and I will never come back.

Fantastic experience: My experience with dentistry was often disappointing until five years ago. I was rather pleased to finally meet Dr Matthew Lee and his team at World City Dental. Their approach to dental medicine is what I was looking for all those years: professional and compassionate. While utilising the latest technology Dr Lee is determined to achieve the best possible outcome of a treatment - even if it involves a little more time and work. The patient’s well being and future dental health is always given priority. I have had seven implants, general dentistry and surgery performed by him and I am very impressed by his skills. Fantastic experience: I needed to remove my wisdom tooth which had been annoying for a while. It was an amazing experience because I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. That was quick and also reasonable price! Even they looked after my 4 months old son while I was sitting on a dental chair. I recommend to everybody.

Fantastic experience: 안녕하세요~ 최근에 신경치료 받은 곳의 재 염증 으로 상태가 너무 안 좋아서 걱정하다가 찾은 병원인데요 처음 진료 보러 갔을 때 부터 병원 시설도 너무 깨끗하고 최신 기술 장비 인거 같아 한국 치과 온 듯한 느낌이 들어 마음이 안정감이 들었습니다 그리고 엑스레이를 찍고 상담을 받았는데 너무 친절하게 자세하게 제가 이해하기 쉽게 진료 해주셔서 너무 좋았고요. 정말 환자를 위하는 마음이 느껴졌습니다. 비용도 다른 제가 알아본 치과에 비해서 저렴했고 사실 가격이 신경 안쓰일 만큼 좋은 진료와 서비스를 해주셨습니다. 그리고 일주일 후에 다시 고름 빼러 갔는데도 진심으로 환자를 걱정해주시면서 진료해주셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 또한 진료도 꼼꼼하게 봐주셔서 감사했습니다. 굳이 치아에 문제가 있지 않아도 주기적으로 가서 진료 보는걸 강력 추천합니다

Fantastic experience: 여기서 어금니 발치할때도 진짜 너무 순식간에 끝나서 안아프고 좋았어서, 스케일링도 한번 해보자 해서 갔는데 정말 대박! 정말 이가 너무 센서티브해서 항상 스케일링 할땐 부분마취를 하거나 아예 기계 못쓰고 손으로만 다 긁어주는걸로 했었는데 여긴 진짜 1도 안아프고 깨운하게 다 긁어주셨어요(dr.송쌤 강추합니다) 근데 생각보다 오래 걸려서 왜케 오래걸려요 라고 했더니 원래는 더 길게 하신다고... 그만큼 꼼꼼하게 해주신다는거 알지만 치과포비아가 있는 저는 손을 얼마나 떨었는지 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 그리고 사은품으로 제공되는 칫솔 치약 세트도 잘 받았습니다(나이스 터치!) 6개월 후에 또 뵐께용 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Consultation is very useful and convinced so deciced to get my teeth embrace here. The process is very relax from begining. Dentists are very expert at what he is doing. Fantastic experience: Excellent Dental Clinic. This place runs like all should. The receptionist greets you, takes care of you, sends reminders of appointments etc. The Dental Hygienists/Nurses/Assistants are very professional and expert, doing everything efficiently and courteously. The operating rooms are well separated , clean and equipment is neat and tidy! Lastly, the Dentists themselves, take time to understand the issue, provide suggestions and options for care. Once decision is made, they arrange it all, get it done, and the after-care service is exemplary. Wanted to give more stars... but only 5 available!

Negative experience: I went to this dental clinic for a problem in my mouth and dr.Song ji suk gave me prescription to get "Emla topical cream" for my inside of mouth. But the pharmacist said it's really dangerous if I put this cream inside of my mouth. The pharmacist really got upset for me. And the cream is for local anesthesia for human skin, not for inside mouth. I really don't imagine the happening if i ate the cream ;( I think the nurse understood what I want but the doctor didn't listen her. 작년 일인데 서류 정리하다가 그때 생각이 나서 화도 나고, 이건 알려야겠다싶어 글 씁니다. 한국인이 의사라길래 의사소통도 편할것 같아서 갔어요. 입안에 심한 염증때문에 간 거였어요. 오라메디같은 약 찾기도 힘들어서 그런 약필요하다고 하니까 간호사는 알아들으시고 의사분께 설명하려던것 같은데 의사분은 오라메디를 모르시더라구요. 별로 귀담아 듣지도 않으셨어요. 송지석 의사님이 처방전으로 "emla topical cream"을 주셨습니다. 약국에 가서 처방받으려고 갔는데 어디를 바르려고 이 크림이 필요하냐고 묻더라고요. 입안에 바르려고 한다니까 엄청 놀라면서 절대 이건 입에 바르면 안된다 위험한거다. 너무 어이없어 하시면서 절 대신해 화가 나신것 같더라구요. 다른약 가져가라고 하셔서 발랐네요. 인터넷 찾아보니 그 처방전에 쓰인 약이 피부 표면마취, 비뇨기과에서 주로 쓰이는 국소마취하는거더라구요. 그 약사분 덕분에 위험 모면할 수 있었네요. 만약 제가 그 국소마취제를 먹었다면 진짜 악몽이였을거예요 ㅠㅠ 의사가 맞는지 의문이고 간호사 말좀 들으세요.

Dr. Lee and his staff became our new dentist, we(my family) have experienced nothing but top notch care. He obviously cares about his patients, their comfort during the procedure and the total experience. He communicates well about the procedures before and as they are performed, based on our experience. And best of all-he is very thorough and dental work of high quality! I would recommend Dr. Matthew Lee any day.
