Fantastic experience: Had a difficult wisdom tooth removal with Dr Christian (root close to sinus and 4x roots going in different directions). Dr Christian was patient and professional, he took his time to do everything correctly and made sure I was okay every step of the way.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Subin and his team at Signature Smiles for about 6 years now and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From standard dental hygiene and cleans to orthodontics and tooth extractions, I have been in the hands of professional and caring people. Subin and his staff have gone above and beyond during my treatments. Especially during my orthodontic journey which was quite a task but Subin worked his magic and the result is fabulous. Negative experience: Completely unprofessional conduct. Last year I organised Dr Subi Dutta at Signature Smiles Dental to give me a referral to a periodontist for a DVA Health claim for an approved condition. He assured me he would coordinate the paperwork to be submitted to DVA health. I was told it would take 6 months to get an outcome. So I waited 6 months and followed up with the periodontist, who advised they would contact me when the approval had come through. So I decided to follow up with DVA health and Signature Smiles Dental who lied and told they hadnt received anything from the periodontist. So i followed up with the periodontist and they provided the email showing they had been sent my file in Jan 2025. Which means they haven't submit anything to DVA. So I've been waiting 8 MONTHS for nothing. Then they advise that they dont want the business.. Absolutely Ridiculous

Fantastic experience: Dr Kim is currently treating my 12 year old son. He not only has the most calming beside manner but his treatment plan for my son focused on what would be most cost effective and less intrusive for my son. He could have recommended braces much earlier but said to wait to avoid having to do it all over again later down the track. He is so gentle and has such a calming manner. He went to the trouble of messaging me to check on my son after he had is expander fitted, such a great guy who genuinely cares.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Subin for years and found him amazing with my adult orthodontic care. He tailored my orthodontic care to suit exactly what I needed, a combination of traditional braces and later, aligners. When I fell pregnant with my daughter, Subin continued to alter my plan to get the desired end result of my straight teeth. I cannot thank Subin enough for my wonderful, straight smile and the thorough care he provided. Subin is amazing, I highly recommend his work!

Fantastic experience: I was originally referred to Subin by my partner, whose family has been seeing him since he first started dentistry, after one of my teeth had completely decayed, and was immediately impressed with him. Subin shows a confidence and pride to his work, but will always work with me to make sure I'm as comfortable as possible, apologises if he hurts me, and is descriptive and understanding of concerns I have, working with me to achieve an outcome that best suits me. I recently finished the long process to get my implant to replace the aforementioned tooth and was almost in tears at how happy I was to see how perfectly he had sculpted and colour matched it, being almost unrecognisable as a false tooth. I have had 4 extractions at this point by 4 different dentists, and the one Subin extracted was almost entirely painless and quick. I'm super impressed with the work he has done on my mouth so far, and while I can't say I look forward to the road ahead, I'm glad Subin is the one navigating that road.

Fantastic experience: Dr Subin recently successfully extracted all four wisdom teeth for me. It was a difficult procedure due to bottom wisdom teeth being horizontal and very close to the nerve. He provided all the important details through a visualisation during my pre-surgery consultation on how the removal will be done and took the relevant x-ray’s before the surgery. I would recommend Dr Subin for those looking for a dental surgeon.

Fantastic experience: We came to Signature Smiles looking for continuity on our daughters orthodontic treatment that she started abroad. Dr Subin studied her case and gave us his recommendations and plan to carry on the treatment with him. The plan that he proposed was completed timely and professionally and now our daughter has a a beautiful healthy smile thanks to Dr Subin and his team. Dental treatments aren’t cheap, but the cost that was proposed initially was kept and we always new what to expect during each stage of the treatment. Providing we have enough time in Canberra, we would like our son to have his orthodontic treatment done at signature Smiles.

I have very sensitive teeth and a small mouth and have had some negative experience with other dentist in the past but Subin has always been gentle and patient with what I am able to cope with in the dental chair, even during a tooth extraction and tooth implant which is quite a feat given the nature of these procedures. Fantastic experience: Subin was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions at the very beginning before we started to put on the braces. He informed me that I would have to get all of my wisdom teeth removed so that there would be enough space for the rest of my teeth to move into which made me concerned at first but he reassured me that it would be done quickly and wouldn’t hurt. I have been visiting him for 2 years now and the braces really helped fix my teeth, I do recommend visiting him for issues with your teeth.

Negative experience: My husband and I have been Dr.Chris and patients for more than 2years and always have good experiences with the Dr.s there. Today is my 23months old daughter’s first dental appointment. Dr.Christine has been professional as always But we finished at the reception I find the lady who served us is very insensitive and child-unfriendly. Somehow our private health fund didn’t get through.and the whole time during my association with this lady.My daughter was very fussy and screaming and yelling. I tried to calm her down with my best . This lady insisted me to call Medibank and ask them to solve the problem right at that moment. Even though I told her I can pay full fees just give me the receipt and I can solve the payment afterwards with he health fund. She interrupted my explanation a few times and proceeded to tell me there might be sth wrong with my credit card so my private health fund didn’t go through. The whole negotiable was within a child screaming and crying. And she kept asking me to press the red button of her Efpots machine with a fussy/screaming child holding with one arm . I said I can pay full fees,I ask how much I owe you? I just need to calm my child and she still asked me can I call Medibank right now!! After I refused her she went to talk to Dr.Chris and give me an invoice and restate that I should call Medibank which I could pay at my left.. What between me and my private health fund is my problem. I never experienced such an unhelpful receptionist in my whole life.

Fantastic experience: Signature smiles is a great dental service. Both Christian and Subin are amazing. I’ve been Dr. Subins patient through Invisalign services, wisdom teeth removal, fillings and other dental work and he is always very lovely, intelligent and he cares deeply about his patients. My whole family have been there to see him and we wouldn’t go elsewhere. Christian is also really lovely, he has a great bedside manner and it’s a lovely team there at this dentist. Fantastic experience: After having had four wisdom teeth extracted at Signature Smiles, I'm really glad Dr. Subin performed the procedure. I was nervous about it but Dr. Subin's calm demeanour put my mind at ease and before I knew it the procedure was over. To my surprise I had very little swelling, pain, and went about my routine pretty much the next day. Highly recommend Dr. Subin and his team! The service is second to none.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist! I *hate(d)*going to the dentist - I'd always assume I was going to get ripped off with unnecessary dental work. Signature Smiles literally turned down making thousands off of me! (I had been told by various external dentists I'd need a bunch of work done, which turned out to be unnecessary). They're not out to make a 'quick buck'. If you're scared of the dentist in general, they're so so professional and do such a brilliant job - your dental fears will melt away instantly! Fantastic experience: I came here purely based off google reviews, Dr subin extracted all 4 of my wisdom teeth under a local anaesthetic, He was professional, reassuring and attentive to my needs and (very mumbled) responses. Fantastic experience: Had four teeth extracted in one sitting here. Staff made me feel very comfortable and the operation went very smoothly. Recovery has been a breeze based on the clear instructions provided by Dr Dutta. Very competivitely priced too - would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service, flexible and personalised to your situation. Subin and his team were very supportive during a tooth implant process. From start to finish (including initial assessment, removal of the tooth and implant fixture) the procedure went smoothly and the end result is fantastic - the implant looks and feels like a real tooth. Negative experience: Dentist was friendly and helpful wil professional manner. The work done for my tooth is a bit less effective compare to other dentist I have been. The young assistant is not hygiene in cleaning equipment and I believe is due to her age

Had my Wisdom teeth removed last month by Dr Dutta at Signature Smiles, Gungahlin. The procedure went very smoothly and the recovery turned out to be much less painful than expected.
