Fantastic experience: I just had a root canal procedure and I did not experience any pain or discomfort during the procedure. Afterwards I had only a mild discomfort after the procedure which was relieved through paracetamol. The staff are wonderful and it is always a pleasure coming to the dentist. Lise at reception is a delight. Taiga is the dentist that I regularly see and he is knowledgeable, informative and highly professional. Erin was the dental assistant and again made the experience a pleasure. I was able to watch a movie from start to finish and this was the first time I had ever experienced such luxury during a root canal procedure. I look forward to my dental appointments now after finding such a great dentist and dental team. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: AMAZING DENTIST! Can't believe I have walked passed this dental clinic so many times going to coles and not thought to use there services. Dr Charlie, Dr Jill and all their staff are so kind, caring and honest. Such an AMAZING TEAM! They make going to the dentist a pleasant experience and one I even look forward to heheh. They are also the most affordable dentsit i have visited in years which is normally why we avoid making that appointment. Dr Charlie saved the day when I was in alot of pain late Friday afternoon and saved me a hospital stay over the weekend. Followed up by amazing service the days that followed. Fantastic experience: White Sands Dental Clinic, Gympie and Buderim White Sands Dental went over and above to sort out my infected tooth. Dr Charlie was so good to fit me in , he did a fantastic job. I required Root Canal, which he did very skilfully in one appointment, saved me $2,000 over a another quote, which included a crown , which I didn’t need. I am so grateful .

Fantastic experience: Charlie and the team are amazing! Whilst on holiday I had an emergency appointment that I needed the last day before Christmas shutdown at 4pm. I called 15 dentists around the northern Sunshine Coast and they were the first to take my appointment. When I arrived they were nothing but welcoming, didn’t make me feel rushed given the time. During my appointment instead of “putting out the fire,” Charlie took a step back and first understood what was going on, provided advice to prevent further issues. There was no pressure, no sales pitch, just good customer service. I honestly couldn’t thank you guys enough, I’ll be making the drive from Brisbane for my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Was referred to Charlie for a root canal & am so glad I was, it was worth the drive from the Sunny Coast. Not only did he explain everything to me & made me feel so comfortable, but he was also meticulous & it never hurt. It was uncomfortable but it never hurt even though my tooth proved to be difficult. Best of all it was capped priced, something I should of had a heart attack over wax quite affordable. I would highly recommend & if I needed major dental I wouldn’t hesitate to make the drive.

They do not perform unnecessary procedures, but will flag issues and explain what needs to be done, things which are not urgent are monitored over future visits. We find their fees very reasonable. The first two of these qualities are essential but a personable dentist is a total bonus as far as this hesitant patient is concerned. I left the clinic feeling fabulous and cared for which was wonderful because I was expecting a stern talking to for avoiding a check up for far too long. The other staff I met were also really lovely and the clinic is sparkling clean too. Fantastic experience: Love this dental clinic, they've been so helpful with my orthodontic journey so far, the most helpful clinic I've come across in my search for the right treatment, nothing seems "too much" and every time you walk in to the Gympie or Buderim clinic everyone is SO nice to you, it makes all the difference. I'm quite a nervous person with anything dental and they have a service dog who also just takes that edge off with nerves etc which has been really helpful and distracting in a good way. Also the clinic is always sparkling clean looking, beautiful interior design & they're not so expensive that you want to avoid going (happened to me in the past a few times) Highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of dentists, Today I had an appointment with White Sands Dental and left smiling, I was amazed that it was such a stress free experience where I was informed of what was happening and why, every step of the way. I had no painful experiences and left with clean, healthy looking teeth. I'm still smiling. The dentist and his staff were really friendly, helpful, informative and willing to answer questions, they also didn't ask questions and expect you to answer while having your mouth full of paraphernalia either. The office and dental rooms are decorated in a beautiful way that makes you feel calm and relaxed and they are exceptionally clean without looking sterile. The design and style are fabulous and really had a lot of thought put into it. I never thought I'd say this but I look forward to my next appointment, Thank you all so much.
