Fantastic experience: This has been the most pleasant, relaxing dental care / check & clean I’ve had in my life! I’m usually nervous when at dentists but these dentists are amazing! Loved watching an animal documentary on the tv on the ceiling above me! What a brilliant idea! I completely zoned out and didn’t choke or get anxious like at other dentists. Clean, beautiful reception and rooms! Very thorough check up and reasonable prices. I’ll be back!

Fantastic experience: I went to Dentocare with my fiance because one of my tooth broke while I was eating. It´s the first time I visit a dentist in Australia, but Sylvie made everything easy for me! She received us in the front desk and was very welcoming, kindly giving me all the instructions for the documents I had to fill. She was super sweet and maintained the conversation with us while we were waiting, to make me feel more confortable. With her I knew I was in good hands from the very beginning! DC Susan and her dentist assistant were also very kind and professional. She explained all the details regarding the best options for my threadment before fixing my tooth, and detailed to me how the insurance coverage works for each case. The result of her work couldn´t be more perfect. The excellent attention continued the next day after my visit, when Sylvie called me to confirm that she had send me all the data (dental notes, x-ray, pictures) to my email, so I can save them in case I need to check them in the future. I had a great experience and I recommend them 100%. Thank you very much for everything! <3

Fantastic experience: We’ve always had a fantastic experience when we go to Elwood Dentocare. They are very patient with my 8 year old, who actually looks forward to his visits. The team make him feel so comfortable, and he absolutely loves the little gifts he gets every time we go. Highly recommend for families with young children!

Fantastic experience: I called Dentocare as a new patient in severe pain. Feeling pretty defeated, sore & sleep deprived I just wanted the pain gone so I requested my tooth to be taken out (mid root canal treatment). Sylvie booked me in for the first available spot and even tried to move some appointments around to fit me in even earlier. On arrival Dr Natasha talked through all of the options with me in detail. Besides the local injection I did not have one bit of pain or discomfort the ENTIRE time after being in pain for three weeks and finally not feeling pain or pressure I even fell asleep for a few seconds. I’ve never had a pleasant experience at the dentist but this was the best dentist appointment I have ever sat through. Dr Natasha even organised and booked a specialist for me whilst in my appointment. Sylvie is so sweet and kind, she genuinely cares about the patients not only coming in and out of the doors but also on the phone's I knew I was in safe hands from the first few minutes of my booking, she even made time to have a chat/check in after my appointment. Couldn’t recommend this team highly enough and have already convinced half of my colleagues to go there Thank you all so much!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Elwood Dentocare!! I came in as an emergency patient due to a terrible toothache that resulted in a tooth extraction, and I felt so safe with Susan and her team. So much so, I came back twice within the next week to get my teeth all fixed up, with multiple fillings and a clean. I suffer from horrible dental anxiety, and couldn’t step into a dentist, until I met the crew at Elwood Dentocare. They are a truly lovely group of staff, who are judgement free and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Shout out to Sylvie on reception who was one the nicest people ever. My son and I started coming here because it’s convenient in the same building as Medical One, and we’re both so glad we did. Friendly reception staff, brilliant dentists, impeccable modern treatment rooms. My son (10) loves that they have Netflix and let him choose a toy, he’s never been so happy to go to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing this dental for over a year now, and have since moved across Melbourne and still travel back for my appointments. I had extensive dental issues when I first saw them as an emergency patient and have since had contact with all the staff including all 3 dentists working there. They are all patient and understanding with my anxiety around extractions and are excellent with doing what I'm comfortable with for each appointment while being clear and upfront about what cannot wait until the next appointment. They are also the least painful appointments/recovery for a dentist I have ever had. Follow up calls from reception and dental assistants are always prompt and very empathetic. And pricing is always reasonable, especially considering I don't have private cover. I couldn't recommend this practice more!
