Fantastic experience: Highly recommended…

Negative experience: Very disappointed with my experience here. I had a filling done on my broken molar (tooth #26) and was charged $390 upfront, which is already much higher than what other clinics in the area charge. Despite paying that much, I later developed pain and sensitivity in the same tooth. When I went back to have it checked, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional $47 just to identify the issue—on top of the $390 I had already paid. And that didn’t even include the cost to fix the problem! I feel misled and taken advantage of. If $390 doesn’t even cover a proper resolution or follow-up, then what exactly did I pay for? This is not how dental care should work. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to others.

As a first-time dental patient, I continued to ask questions about things I was unsure of, and after a month, I did not expect that the individuals I was communicating with through this page would post my mistakes on a Filipino page where many friends and fellow Filipinos recognize me. Negative experience: Came here twice to have a check up and clean. Re-booked for my 6 months check up for 1st February. Received an email, no phone call or contact to say my appointment was moved to 1st March. Then recieved another email to say my appointment was moved again to 29th March with no phone call or contact. I phoned to ask what was going on, the person on the phone said my appointment had been moved. She tried to tell me my original booking was for 24th March and that someone had phoned me and spoken to me. I informed I have had NO communication other than a flurry of emails changing my appointment and further pushing them out without anyone reaching out to me. She just kept telling me someone spoke to me on the phone. Bit rude to not believe me and not take on feedback. Clearly no care around customer service. I'll be going elsewhere.
