While the fees are slightly higher than some other clinics, the difference in quality and attention to detail is clear from the moment you walk in. Fantastic experience: Alex is just amazing! We have followed him from different locations prior to this clinic. He is so gentle and caring, you are his #1 priority! My 9yr old son recently had to have 2 baby front teeth removed. My son was understandably nervous but came out saying 'I really trust alex & happy to go to the dentist'. He has been many times before for 6month check ups, but this was the first 'big' procedure for him. I always recommend Alex & will continue to take my family there. Fantastic experience: Thank you Dr Kim Phung. You are a master of repairing my broken teeth. I have been seeing Kim for 18 years and in that time he has done a Crown in gold, a root canal, saved 3 teeth from extraction and just this afternoon did a repair and filling on a tooth that had a temporary repair done in 1989. He is knowledgeable, gentle and generous with his time and skills. I have kept him busy over the last 18years as a consequence of doing karate when younger and security as a job for the last 30 years. I cannot thank him and the team at eDentistry Wantirna for all they have done for myself and my partner. 10 STARS.

Fantastic experience: Thumbs up for Dr. Alex! I've never found a dentist who is as informative and thorough about the process. Trust me, I've been to many dentists! We recently had a minor surgery for an extra tooth extraction in the gum, with local anesthesia. Dr. Alex was incredibly gentle, patient, and polite. He calmly guided my 14-year-old through the entire process, never rushing and always following my son's lead. The surgery was a complete success. Fantastic experience: Seriously couldn’t be more happy to have found this place in my time of need! I had spent an entire night unable to sleep due to extreme pain, turns out I needed a wisdom tooth extracted which had previously broken and had an exposed nerve. From the very first interaction over the phone with Matt, it was thumbs up. He was empathetic and very informative. I was treated by Jacqui and a lovely dental nurse (wish I got her name). I was anxious about the procedure and worried about the cost. These ladies were amazing. The lovely dental nurse was very attentive and Jacqui was outstanding in her expertise. She was a great listener, extremely patient and very gentle. She did everything possible to ensure my pain was managed well (and it was despite the awkward positioning of the tooth) and did everything she could to minimize the cost. If you can ever say a dental procedure was great, this was it! I genuinely will never let another dentist besides Jacqui near my teeth! Fantastic experience: Dr Jacqui is the best. I have anxiety with dentists, Jacqui was patient, informative and really aware of sensory issues helping to navigate each one (e.g. when the suction was too cold for me before anaesthesia), and has a screen overhead with streaming services to help as a distraction. The addition of simple photography to help explain what was to be worked on & why, greatly helped. I definitely recommend for anyone who isn't neurotypical.

Fantastic experience: I started taking my daughter to eDentistry Wantirna a couple of years ago, she was 8 but she was so scared she wouldn't even go into the room. Alex her dentist would have to check her teeth in the hallway, every appointment we tried to get her in the room eventually we did (Alex was very patient) then the next step was the chair!! Fantastic experience: Sharing my experience as a patient looking for urgent assistance with my toothache ... As my dentist whom I've visited over 20 years not in the country while I had a bad toothache, I was fortunate to get an appointment with Dr Kim Phong. He did a thorough check and then provided the appropriate treatment. Before I left, I also booked a follow up visit. After two days, the pain went away. Then I received a call from my dental clinic advising me my dentist was now in town and could see me. With good knowledge of my dental history, I ,of course, would like him to see him as a follow up. The nurse also reminded me to request eDentistry to release the X'ray and medical notes as they are important to understand my current dental issue and treatment received. So I called up eDentistry and explained the situation. Matt, who answered my call, was very friendly. After hearing my request, without further questioning, he guided me through the process, which was easy to follow and cancel my next appointment. As I would be visiting my dentist the next day, he told me that he would keep an eye on my release request in the afternoon. This was so supportive and professional. So I highly recommend eDentistry, where I've found great dental care provided by a team of professional medical and support staff.

So grateful when they offered me an emergency appt for the next day , and Dr Daniel Fan then spent a lot of time skillfully repairing my tooth . Fantastic experience: I honestly do not often put reviews but dr Alex, Janet and team deserves a mention... Having moved suburbs and my previous dentist moving on, it was hard to find a local dental that I could trust but thanks to a recommendation from a work colleague, and a preferred HCF member, thought I'd give it a try. From first appointment they certainly greet and treat me like family. Very professional but not 'in your face' service. They really do try to care for your tooth-being and they are even happy to perform free checks against the insurance cover so you know exactly how much you will be paying up front. The clinic is new with lots of brand new equipment. But fair pricing. Certainly no fine prints. I basically decided to have a filling done and Dr Alex was certainly full of care and ended up (hate to admit) one of the most "comfortable procedure" ever had. Not a single pain. Janet was also very down to earth and lovely to talk to.. It's very family oriented to make all patient feel comfortable. It's my kind of clinic! I am sure lots of people would have their preferred dentists, but if in doubt or if you are looking for a friendly local dentist, please give this place a go. You won't regret it. The only issue is that while the centre is still growing, there might be a waiting list for appointments, but that's the same anywhere really, esp the popular clinics. Once again thanks Dr alex, Janet and team.

Positive experience: If you are with a patient - bring your own chair! The waiting room seats are INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. I complained about this 12 months ago - I'm sure a successful Dentist can afford to accommodate those in the waiting room (who are most likely paying the bill)

Fantastic experience: My family has been seeing Alex for over 7 years. He is an amazing dentist , very gentle , kind and very thorough . I trust him with my four daughters dental needs and my children trust him. Alex educates and empowers my children to take care of their teeth. I remember Alex gave them a teeth flossing lesson .They were all standing along the wall copying Alex flossing his teeth with lots of laughter. One of my daughters had a terrible accident at school that broke her arm , grazed her face and broke her front tooth. She was so afraid to have her tooth fixed but Alex was so very gentle, compassionate and cared about her we'll being. He listened to her and talked her through all the procedures .Then referred her to a specialist . He has removed teeth from my children and now we are going through braces.
