Had an wonderful experience from initial consultation with Dr Serina who recommended having braces to fix my underbite and gap in front teeth. Both Dr Serina and Ashley assisted me throughout my journey with utmost professionalism and really took out the time to address any concerns I had before taking off the braces. As well as great aftercare with retainers and periodic follow-up. Plus the reception is incredibly friendly!!

Fantastic experience: My partner has gone here for years and I called up today because my wisdom teeth are really painful but I’ve never been a patient at this clinic. I left a voicemail and sent an email that was answered within 2 hours this morning. Regina (who I think is the receptionist) talked me through some remedies over the phone and gave me clear instructions on how I can reduce the pain or solve the issue at home as I couldn’t attend an appointment. I then was sent an email with the instructions for future reference which was so helpful. The customer service here already in my first encounter is second to none. Can’t wait to book with them and have a consult when lockdown lifts.

Fantastic experience: As a very anxious patient with a deep seeded dental trauma, I don't know where to start with expressing how forever grateful I am to find such a great team of dentists. Over the last few years especially, I've visited quite a few different clinics, but no one could approach me in such an amazing, easy, correct and gentle way as dr Kingston. He was the one who: - not just fixed my complicated root canal from 15+ years ago, and made it looks better than my original tooth; - he extracted my wisdom tooth just today and my mouth doesn't look like a war field; - but MOST IMPORTANTLY, he helped me to start overcoming my dental phobia, and I am no longer afraid of booking a regular check up. He's also just a really nice genuine person, who doesn't try to overcharge you and honestly wants to help. He also has a very lovely assistant. I would trust him with my kids, family members and keep coming back regularly myself! Regina is a total admin boss. Any advice she can give you over the phone comes in handy, she's really helpful with scheduling appointments and following up. She's always nice, polite and very friendly. Her significance within the team really stands out! Thank you for everything you've done for me, the community and people, no idea who would have done it better <3 P.S. I meant to write this a while ago, but just kept forgetting!

Fantastic experience: If you need a really good dentist, or orthodontist, this is your place. Kingston and Serina are the most delightful and empathetic professionals. I visit Kingston as my dentist, and he's so incredibly thoughtful and kind, and does a sterling job on my teeth. I had a raging fear of the dentist until recently and he has never made me feel shameful about that. Serina is in the process of doing my son's orthodontic work and she is so positive and made the whole experience of fitting his plate very easy and pain-free. She's also great at communicating and plotting out a path for the future with the treatment. Also Regina who is the first person you meet on the front desk is equally emotionally intelligent and lovely. These are special people in the industry.

It's a brand new set up and Dr Soo was great with my 3 and 5 year olds as well as my wife. There were also toys to keep the kids entertained while Mum got looked at.
