Fantastic experience: I had a tooth removed recently. As it out, the roots had hooks on the ends of them. What should have been a straight forward procedure ended up taking an hour and a half. My tooth had to be dissected so it could be removed a piece at a time. As you can imagine, I was dreading the pain that was sure to come once the anaesthetic wore of. Well imagine my relief that didn't occur. No pain whatsoever, and I credit the 3 doctors who treated me that day for that to be the case. I will definitely be returning when I need further dental assistance.

Negative experience: Receptionist seems to think its ok to leave me with an infection when all that was required was a script Tony has written before. I was told I would have to make an appointment which was 2 weeks ago. Dangerous and unprofessional. I had lost a tooth 4 months earlier from the same type of infection during root canal Procedure.

Fantastic experience: I was holiday in Torrumbarry and had a crown fall out. Campaspe Dental reattached it and saw me within 24hours of calling, great service!

Negative experience: At my initial consult I was told I had evidence of damage and that they would keep an eye on it and add a sealant to the area if needed. I asked about this in the following consults 6 months later and the dentist didn't seem to know what I was talking about. Eventually I went to another clinic and they said it had just become a micro fissure and would require a filling. I was told that if I'd gone somewhere else this could have been prevented. I attempted asking the dentist about the benefits of different treatments and the research given my specific circumstances. I was told (unkindly) it was up to me, and received no information, research-based or otherwise. I was told by the dentist that my teeth required 6 monthly cleaning, however the dental hygienist said during the cleaning that I had sensitive gums and good dental hygiene, and it would probably be more harmful than good to continue 6 monthly cleans, contradicting what I'd been told be the dentist. She proceeded to cause so much damage that I had ulcers for the next month. I have not and will not be returning to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: You won’t find a better dental clinic in the area Dr.Tony is professional caring and efficient, he has a friendly team that always make you feel safe and provide amazing service. I take my whole family there and highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

I was looked after very well. Hayley gave me advice on future dental work and then I received a follow up phonecall today to see how I was after the work that was done! Fantastic experience: Dr Lee is a very professional and courteous man, I have never liked the dentist due to the fact they always find a cavity. Dr Lee explained what was happening with my teeth to cause the discomfort and explained what the complications could be. I made the decision to get a mouth guard and Dr Lee was very clear with his instructions and a pleasure to have as a dentist.

Negative experience: Not helpful at all!!! had an emergency with my 9 year-old girl who has a condition they refused to see her and insisted we made an appointment for a "quick look only" the following day. I stressed the importance and the fact we were 3 hours away from home. Also the fact they were the only dentist open. The care factor was zero they did not care. We were forced to go back home in a rush to our local dentist... turns out my daughter had a really bad absess. And in fact did need urgency in treatment, Thanks for nothing and treating the people that pump money into your town like nothing. I wont return to Echuca again.

Fantastic experience: I had to drive from Albury to Echuca to find an appointment for my broken tooth. A quick phone call and thanks to Joy the receptionist reassuring receptionist, I'm boked in at noon. Thanks to Courtney and Dr Tony, no waiting, I was attended to with efficiency and expertise. Negative experience: The dentist Tony was argumentative and had me trying to play guessing games instead of discussing treatments like an adult. He refused to do procedures i asked about i can only think because he was incompetent thst he could do the job to a satisfactory standard. All the other staff were very helpful and friendly.
