Positive experience: Lovely clean clinic and friendly staff. EDIT: Just a note to other patients, the clinic actually rang me to follow up on my review. They asked me to change my rating to 5 stars to which I declined stating it would not be genuine. My 4 star rating does not reflect bad service but more so not feeling 100% confident leaving the clinic due to anxiety around being at the dentist in general and being told I need all 4 wisdom teeth out and a filling (a first for me). I have been to other practices where I’ve been made to feel more at ease around my anxiety and this was only my first time visiting the clinic so when asked to leave a review it didn’t feel right to give 5/5. Following the phone call I do feel a bit put off returning to the clinic as it no longer feels like it aligns to what I’m looking for in a dental practice. The team were lovely and friendly, but I would urge those looking through the reviews to take them with a pinch of salt as others may have also been asked to change their ratings and comments.

Fantastic experience: I've been to Smile Design Dental a few times for general check up and cleaning, and my experience there has been amazing. Dr. Danielle is very thorough and she explains the steps as she was doing things, which I found very helpful. The clinic is also very hygienic and they have a TV on the ceiling while you lay down on the chair, so you can focus on watching calming nature videos while they're doing their job. They have online bookings too and payment was super easy with private insurance. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had 1 wisdom tooth removed by another dentist a few years ago. The experience was so traumatic and horrible, I completely gave up on the idea of having the rest out. I set up a dental plan with Dr Danielle recently. 3 days ago she took out the other 3 wisdom teeth and a molar, all in one sitting. Under happy gas, in the space of just over 2 hours, she carefully, and painlessly pulled each tooth. Making sure I was O.K every step of the way. When it was done I couldn't believe it, I was blown away the care that was taken. Several hours earlier I wanted to flee the country. And now 3 days later, no swelling, no complications, no bruising, my mouth is almost back to normal. Now the worst is over, I'm very confident and happy about finishing my dental plan here. Dr Danielle has made me feel safe at the Dentist again

I went in today to get it fixed and Dr Danielle went above and beyond and even fixed up the roughness of my two top front teeth along with filling in the chip. Ruth the dental assistant was great and did her job well. Couldn’t recommend the team at Smile Design Dental enough.

Fantastic experience: Whilst on holiday from NZ, my rear top tooth broke in half. The team at Smile were able to see me straight away when I rocked up without an appointment and temporarily fixed my tooth with a new filling until I could get back home to get a crown fitted. The friendly and accommodating service and the dental work I received was fantastic and I could not fault anything. I highly recommend Smile!
