Fantastic experience: I’ve always been very anxious and scared about going to the dentist, but my experience with Dr. Komal completely changed that for me. I recently got a cavity removed and a filling done, and to my surprise, I didn’t feel even a pinch of pain throughout the entire procedure. It was absolutely painless, smooth, and so much more comfortable than I ever imagined. Dr. Komal is not only extremely skilled but also very friendly and reassuring, which made me feel relaxed the whole time. I left the clinic feeling super happy and relieved, something I never thought I’d say after a dental appointment! I still need another filling, but honestly, after today I don’t feel anxious at all about going back (well, at least not with him!). Highly recommend him, especially to anyone who feels nervous about visiting the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I think I had Dr Julie, it was the first time I’d been to a dentist in years today. She was absolutely amazing and every thorough with explaining what I needed to do and showing visuals so I really understood everyone. She also was super kind and considerate to my TMJ, my previous dentists used to force my jaw so wide it would be excruciating for days but Julie worked well without needing to open my jaw more than was comfortable. As an AuDHDer with sensory, pain and social issues, she was amazing to work with and the experience was so nice I ended up crying from feeling so well looked after. I might actually look forward to regular appointments now!

The dentist and assistant were understanding, answering all my questions, and making sure both my child and I felt at ease. From the front desk staff to the Dental Assistants, Oral Health Therapists, and Dentists, everyone at Liverpool BUPA is professional, compassionate, and great at what they do. Negative experience: The dentist and doctors at Liverpool bupa dental are great and support their patience very well. Although, their front staff at reception are very unhelpful. I find it unbelievable that every time I call up there’s no appointments available. The new staff they’ve hired within the last 12 months are unbelievably rude, even if there’s an emergency and you call up to ask for an enquiry they make you wait for two weeks before an appointment. A receptionist with the name of mumata(not sure the spelling) is unbelievably rude and should definitely not work there, I rang up due to being extremely sick and unwell for my appointment and I’ve asked to change it for my wire to be fixed which has been now broken twice after getting it replaced already, that apparently I need to wait until next year. It amazes me how they let the patiences walk around with broken equipment in the mouth because they are too busy to squiz you in for a 10 min fix. I’ve been going to Liverpool bula dental for years and never had an issue until the last few months with this lady at the receptionist. This is terrible service and management should investigate.

Fantastic experience: Dr Romy is the best dentist I have dealt with. I have had really bad experiences at a few Bupa Dental practices around Sydney and drove a lot of extra kilometres to get my bi-yearly cleans at this Liverpool practice. Dr Romy is very professional, explains patiently when I had any questions and does not overcharge, on the contrary he's given me extra discounts when he learned that I sometimes drove from the Eastern Suburbs. Very recommended!

Fantastic experience: My 4 years son had filling procedure done for his tooth decay today at Bupa Dental Liverpool located conveniently in Westfield which is very easy with parking especially for someone with kids and pram. Dr Romy Mikhael was very nice and professional. My son was only 4 years old and had his first tooth filling but he was quick and explained very clearly to my son so he didn’t get scared and cooperated. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Komal Jaswal to get my wisdom tooth extracted and there was no pain at all during the process. He is a professional and very skilled. There's a small prick from the local anaesthetic needle and after 5 minutes the area was completely numbed. The extraction took only a few minutes and I was out within half an hour. The only dentist I see is Dr Komal Jaswal and this is by choice because of the level of professionalism, his depth of knowledge and the way he explains each process and procedure. What sets Dr Komal apart from the rest of the dentist and why I chose to travel 50 minutes for my appointments is he explains thoroughly each option I have and the outcome of each one...this was never done by any other dentist I've seen before. Also I don't feel like I'm being rushed out the door for the next person to come in and this also makes a huge difference! I would highly recommend Dr Komal to all my family and all my friends!

The receptionists are always polite, friendly and thorough in the quote. The oral therapists always do an awesome cleaning job. Last but not least, Dr Komal has been amazing. He made a detailed dental plan and took before-and-after photos, explaining every step in the process really well. More importantly, it was 100% painless. Fantastic experience: I ignored my wisdom pain for a while (a year)as I was told by a specialist I would need to be put to sleep and have surgery and be in debt for it. The pain was bearable but then it wasn't, I was worried about the cost and recovery so went to see a second opinion and so glad I did! Dr Komal Jaswal was happy to take out both in the chair. I was very nervous at the time but he kept me calm and the procedure was so much easier than I thought it would be. So happy all the stress has been taken off me! My advice is wait a bit if you can with your pain and get a second opinion!

Fantastic experience: Hello Readers, I just wanted to say, All my life, I have been petrified of going to the dentist, to a Point I physically stopped going to the dentist for over 5 years due to being so scared and terrified of going to the dentist, I would avoid the dentist at all costs!..I finally found a place that has changed my anxiety/panic attacks of seeing a dentist. Dr Komal Jaswal is honestly the best dentist I have ever been to in my life, his changed my life, my mental state, my everything, I can now honestly say..I am no longer afraid of the dentist, it's only taken 34 years to find the most perfect dentist. Thank you so so much Dr Komal for the first time in my life making me not afraid to visit a dentist. I cannot thank you enough!! Fantastic experience: Dr Komal was awesome. My teeth aren't in the best of shape and rather than lecture and shake his finger he helped to prioritise what had to be fixed. His work is excellent and it was painless (big hole was filled). I just found my new dentist.

Negative experience: I had very unpleasant experience with the Dentists here as well as with reception. If you are polite, you will feel that you got a very good service here. But, if you are smart enough to realise what they do, you will never visit there again. Last year, one dentist recommended me to replace two of my no-troubled feelings. When, I was asking questions, he behaved like I should just do what he says. Very arrogant. I didn't visit again due to COVID lockdown. I visited again few months ago to see a different doctor. I was advised the same by this dentist. I am sure he followed the previous dentist recommendation from records. He booked me to do feeling of two back and one front teeth in one go within less than an hour. He had trouble with first one. He couldn't make it event after spending significant time. Due to time shortage, he quickly did the other two. All not properly labelled. I can't make my my jaws close evenly and properly. I asked him what did he do. His answer was that I will be used to with it, Orthodontics can fix it, bla bla. I am very surprised with his professionalism. He just damaged my teeth. Then, he is relying on Orthodontics. He is not that proficient and he booked me to do a longer job in short time. As because the time ran out, he ended me up with quick finishing. Now, I can't close my teeth properly. There are few dots of feeling materials out from tooth surface which the dentist didn't care about while finishing. My teeth from upper jaws have started coming down due to the gap between all upper and lower teeth not connecting together.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience from start to finish, I usually freak out going to the dentist but not this time, I had Dr Komal as my dentist and he was awesome, very friendly and provided a great service. Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic experience: I used to prolong seeing dentists because of my bad experiences. Even when I voiced my fears, my experiences got worse, then I finally tried BUPA. From the front of house to dental nurses, to Dr Komal, I had so much reassurance that I was in good hands and that I was. I went from sweaty palms, anxiety, and extremely nervous to someone who attends every week without any concerns, thank you for turning things around so quickly.
