Fantastic experience: I was very impressed at how the Dentist looked at all of my teeth individually and fitted my denture plates into their correct place as part of her inspection of my mouth. I found that the cleaning procedure was superior to what I have experienced before and less painful.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to thank Dr Marlyn and her assistant for a good experience with my tooth extraction last Monday afternoon. Negative experience: Extremely poor communication, the staff running the place are rude. Very unclear in what they say. I would go to any other dentist possible. AVOID.

Sorry about the 15 minute wait . Sometimes it’s hard to predict how an emergency appointment will go. If we know we are running out of schedule completely , we do try to inform the patients to adjust the day .

Negative experience: Very old school tools. I went there for teeth cleaning and the whole thing was 10 min although in other places it it’s more 30 min. I felt the didn’t do almost anything and I paid $200. I can’t add a comment to the places response so I will add here - the first time in my life I was told by the dentist to swallow my saliva during the procedure because they don’t have a tool sucking it!!!! And I was told the price half way through the procedure
It is always difficult to hear that a patient hasn’t had a good experience.
Ours is a modern practice only set up 5 years back, with new equipment and instruments.We are on par with all other dental surgeries , if not better.Our dental software records the time, the dentist takes for a patient in the surgery.Our dentists always give the patient a cost estimate before any treatment is commenced and I’m sure you would have received the same if you had an appointment. If you would like to discuss this further, please call us on 9583 1234 and speak to our Practice Manager.
