Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of meeting Dr Sam and his wonderful team. Prior to making my initial phone call to Ethical Dental I hadn't visited a dentist for many many years as I had a very bad experience with a wisdom tooth elsewhere. Tina answered the phone and immediately I felt at ease. Dr Sam sat and asked me about me, my story my health and I knew he was going to make me smile again. I had 4 extractions at the front with very little pain or discomfort. When Dr Sam had my new teeth ready for me I admit I shed a tear. I have a beautiful smile and my confidence back. Fantastic experience: It was my first visit to the practice today and it was beautiful and welcoming from the moment you walked in. Such an inviting waiting room with very kind and genuine staff. My son had a filling today without anaesthetic, Dr Heidi was so gentle and explained everything so well and it was lovely to have a chat also. The dental assistant Kaziah was also super friendly, professional and very in tune with reassuring and encouraging my son. Thank you to the team for such a wonderful experience. Fantastic experience: The absolute BEST DENTIST I have had the pleasure (yes - PLEASURE) in attending in my life since my first venture into the chair at 6 years of age in 1955. Dr Matt is brilliant. His assistants(all of them) have been superb. I told him, "I'm a bit of a sook with dentists! Go with the shot, the local, and if need be, a mallet as I don't like pain." It's good to find a dentist with a sense of humour! (By the way, he didn't use a mallet.) Great staff, from the warm greeting at reception through to all the other friendly staff you bump into along the way. Thanks for taking that inherent 'child-like fear' of dentists I have savoured since childhood totally away. "10 STARS for your service!" "I'll be back!" Who said that?

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr.Sam at Ethical Dental, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, setting the tone for a comfortable visit. Dr. Sams professionalism and expertise were evident throughout my appointment. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the procedure, ensuring I felt at ease and understood what was happening. His gentle approach and attention to detail made the entire process pain-free and efficient.

Fantastic experience: When the son chips his tooth at 5:01 on a Friday afternoon you call around and most dentist have closed or about to close or refer you to the hospital, these guys said “come on in we will see what we can do.” All the staff were lovely. Dr Kate Amos saw my son, took an X-ray, stuck the chipped tooth back together, sent X-ray back to our regular dentist and we were home by 6:30. A BIG thank you.

Fantastic experience: We are so very grateful to the service we received from Sam when it mattered most. We had a dental emergency with one of our young children on the weekend and Sam, unbelievably, communicated with us to seek further information. He then proceeded to respond and make suggestions, helping ease our family’s concerns and booked us in for the first session the next day for a fantastic result. We’re very conscious of trying to not set anyone else’s expectations as Sam may have been free just at the time we reached out via email. I don’t know another Dentist here in Coffs that who would do this though and he gave us all reassuring peace of mind. Our family has been patients for some time now and always found the service to be excellent. This was something quite extraordinary however and we felt obliged to share the experience. Coffs seems to unfortunately really struggle with available specialists I’d suggest. We have found the contrary, when it comes to this practice. Kind Regards, Scott

Fantastic experience: Had my invisaline done here and highly recommend Kate and the team. Everyone was so lovely and gentle through out the whole process always checking in with how you tolerate things as they go. Initally I was told by a Canberrian dentist I would need to have a front tooth removed and old school braces to achieve the same result I got in just 10mths with Kate. So greatful!

Fantastic experience: This practice lives up to it's name. Dr Kate and the team went above and way beyond when I needed to transfer my son's Orthodontic care. They contacted the previous Orthodontist and sourced equipment needed to maintain my son's braces. Payments were transferred and more manageable. My check up with Dr James was the best dentist appointment I have had to date. Was gentle and extremely thorough. The whole team was friendly and the practice calming. Cannot recommend this practice enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this place since I was young and I have no mind to stop. There are such amazing, friendly staff here who always give me a good laugh. My dentist, Kate who has been my dentist for maybe 17 years, has been just incredible. I had to see another dentist here at one point and even though we had never met each other before, he was super friendly and made me feel like he had my best interest at heart. The advice and help I’ve received from these guys has me coming in only once a year, sometimes less! But even when it’s been such a long time between visits, when I walk in I’m greet with smiles and happy faces. I Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr Kate Amos who is always very professional, caring & incredibly talented, placed veneers over 2 of my front teeth, which while sound had been previously been filled ( not by Kate ) & the fillings were very obvious. The veneers look amazing & I am so happy with the results In the past I have been very nervous when visiting a dentist, but at Ethical Dental, I always find Kate & the staff very friendly, accommodating & caring. Yes we do but call tomorrow for the appointment as we need 40 mi ss 3 sorry don't have an appointment as we need 2 hr fpr a new patient and we are not taking g on any new patients

Fantastic experience: After visiting Ethical Dental yesterday, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Since a horrible experience years ago in Brisbane during a wisdom teeth extraction, dentists are not my favourite places to visit. I was incredibly impressed by the use of modern technogies to clean my teeth at Ethical and even the use of bi carb soda in my mouthwash, no offer of fluoride which I personally do not like, and the gentle happy greetings I received from my dentist Kate, her lovely assistant and all the staff. Even paying the bill was a bizzarely pleasurable experience! Thank you so much to you all. Great practice I highly recommend. .

Fantastic experience: I grew up with a fear of dentists and therefore did not like going to them. Add extremely sensitive teeth, and I can guarantee I really don’t want to go. I first came to Ethical Dental as I was desperate, in pain and needed some serious work attended. What made it even more challenging is I had just moved to Tasmania however Ethical Dental particularly Sam have been amazing in looking after me. My second visit I needed 6 needles and I can say I didn’t feel any of them. Ethical Dental use the most current practises which means that you get the best treatment and practises. Ethical Dental made me feel relaxed during the procedures and have gone above and beyond to sort my appointments with my ability to travel here. I will be back as Ethical Dental are the BEST!

Fantastic experience: I 1st met Sam & his team after a dental emergency / equine accident late in 2017. I can't thank them enough for all the amazing & complex dental work done to date post accident. Work is of a very high standard, their facilities are 1st rate and their customer service is outstanding! There's not many businesses around where you ring after months of not seeing them and they remember your name! So I'm more than happy to give Ethical Dental 5 Stars! I had braces and now my daughter is getting some as well , it makes her comfortable knowing that I went through the same experience at the same dentist. My husband didn’t like going to the dentist at all , but he really connected with Sam and it isn’t a hassle to get him to go now .

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend highly enough as a clinic, in particular my dentist Sam. I have had ongoing complex health issues affecting my teeth and gums and Sam has always been very patient, provides excellent communication regarding treatment options and recommendations, does not charge exorbitant or unjustifiable fees for service. At various times I have had difficult anxious episodes and Sam has supported me through dental procedures with immeasurable empathy, support and consideration. My children both look forward to visiting Ethical Dental for checkups. My eldest child has previously had poor experiences with other dental practices and has overcome his fear of dental procedures largely due to Sam's guidance and manner. All the staff are kind, professional and friendly. The view from the dental chair is fairly spectacular as well!
