Fantastic experience: Grand Plaza Dental is a dental clinic we have been using for a few years now, five at least. The clinic may have changed hands a couple of years ago, some staff continued and all in all, the service provided by the dentist and support staff continues to be friendly, professional and simply excellent. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: We have been bringing our daughter Grace to Grand Plaza Dental since she was just 2 years old, she is now 6. From the very first visit, the team has gone above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and excited about her dental care. She absolutely loves the kitty cat glasses they let her wear during her check-ups and always looks forward to watching Bluey while in the chair. And of course, getting to pick a sticker at the end is the highlight of her visit every time! The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and skilled at working with children, creating such a fun and positive environment. Their preventative care approach has been wonderful, and they consistently take the time to educate both parents and kids on healthy dental habits. Highly recommend to any parent looking for an amazing dental clinic!

Fantastic experience: My mortal fear of dentists has been lessened because the AMAZING care and expertise I have been shown and given by the staff. I honestly recommend them as a place to have your dentals needs meet. Even for kids!

Negative experience: Sadly I had a very poor experience. I went in to have a wisdom tooth extracted under local anaestheic and was in tremendous pain. I tried to tell Dr Vanousheh that I was in a lot of pain however she implied it was all in my head. Dr Vanousheh also became frustrated when I asked for a 2 minute break to deal with the pain. I wrote a letter to Dr Vanousheh outlining my concerns however she never got back to me. I cannot in good conscience recommend this practice, especially as if you do have concerns or issues you are likely to never have them addressed.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can't say enough about Grand Plaza Dental. The best dentist I've ever been to in my life. Dr Vanousheh is an excellent dentist and I felt I was in very good hands. She's very professional, patient and friendly. Her assistant, Ava was amazingly helpful and the owner, Nooshin also very friendly and helpful. I'm very pleased with the job done on my teeth. Very proactive, friendly team, that makes you really conformable. I'm always going to use this wonderful practic. I highly recommend GPD to anyone who needs a really good Dentist

I visisted four times now, and each time Dr Vanousheh and Noah both made me feel very welcome and comfortable during each of my visits. Fantastic experience: I went to this dentist yesterday 13 October 2023 petrified and in pain with toothache. The dentist and assistant Noah listened to me and were very understanding of my fears. The dentist was absolutely so gentle. Never felt any discomfort or pain at all. 1 big filling was fixed and Noah was such a calming person and made me feel so relaxed and very gentle too. Thank you to the dentist for being so gentle and friendly and now after that visit after 4 or more years last time I went to a dentist, I will be back for some more work to be done. Fantastic experience: Had a full check up and clean done today. Dr Vanousheh was very thorough, and gave advise on cleaning techniques and products to use. Explains concerns and treatment plan very well.

Negative experience: Im very upset with my clean today, I feel like the dentist was really rough and rushing. I didn’t say anything as it was my first time at this dentist and I honestly feel like my mouth isn’t clean. I unfortunately won’t be back again. Just a heads up to people that sometimes it’s worth paying more to go somewhere that takes the their time and doesn’t rush. They were polite just wouldn’t recommend to go to for a proper clean.

Positive experience: This is this best dentist I have ever been to and at the age of almost 70 years old that’s an awful lot of dentists I’ve been to, Dr Jugenis is amazing so calming and gentle I won’t go anywhere else now, so pleased to have found them, and Katie is a gem, it’s a pleasure to go to the dentist now which is a miracle for a person who hated the thought of going to be tortured at the dentist, thumbs up to them. If your looking for a great dentist, look no further.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely hands down the best experience I've ever had! I needed two fillings and the start of a root canal done today, my anxiety was extremely bad to the point I felt nauseous (bad previous experiences with other dentist). I was able to get it all done today with out needing a needle for anesthesia ! I can not thank the team enough for what you have given me back not just my smile but also my self-esteem, i feel so much better knowing I'm now able to smile in photos with my children! Dr Jugenis Falcon of Grand Plaza Dental utilises her incredible skills in these three areas to provide the best dentist experience I have ever had. Previous procedures have left me traumatised and in pain; Dr Falcon completes necessary work with hardly any notice of the work being done, and all without anaesthetic where appropriate! Clean and check-up appointments are more than just the basics, with education and helpful-tips being provided to ensure your dental health is optimal.
